Somewhere in

near the Gulf of Mexico...

A familiar figure sat in the seat of a Blackhawk helicopter. They wore a black sweatshirt complete with a red mask. Lucas placed a fist in their cheek, staring at the dimensional sword in their hand as if it was a Christmas gift he didn't want.

This sword, wasn't Red. Her sword had a distinct aura that emitted from standing anywhere near it.

If this was not her sword, than it had to have been her parents. Undyne has told her the tale of her parents that were slaughtered by Newko. He had let him get away in Afghanistan. He should have killed the bastard.

Red had not returned to the Surface after the shattering of the barrier. For a reason, she stayed in waterfall, drowning in her own misery. However Lucas had come and offered to help her in exchange for help with defeating an enemy. Lucas didn't want to remember what happened. None of that even mattered now. Lucas didn't know if she was even still alive. With her skills she would easily be able to survive alone in the wild. But...with the recent discovering of several demonic entities on earth, he didn't know if she was. But after all, she was stronger than him. But then again, Red very well could have tried to exact her revenge on Newko. He had seen first hand what happened if she embraced her anger and hatred. She would take it out on anyone. And that included him.

But there were several others issues to worry about. The demonic entities had collaborated with the Barons Terrorist organization. This could be an issue down the road due to Lucas's history. With the Barons. Let's just say it isn't pleasant.

But right now he had one priority, to find Red.

"Pilot, engage cloaking device and set a course for New York." Lucas said.

"Understood sir." The pilot said. A high humming sound came from the helicopter. The sound lasted for a few seconds before it dissipated.

"We are cloaked, engaging thrusters."

While this was a Blackhawk helicopter, it was heavily modified, including many several features making it more effective in things such as traveling long distances. This helicopter also had a whole another layer of armor. Making it harder to shoot down making it very effective in large scale ground assaults.

Inside the helicopter with him, were the soldiers that had accompanied him in Afghanistan. And there was a good reason they were. They were some of his most elite soldiers. They had reinforced armor with a green visor, and a thruster pack that could be used for scaling small buildings.

Outside of the one that had been injured by Newko, they were all there. Which made ten.

He should need more than ten.

"Boss, do we even know where she is?" A solider with a British accent asked.

"Yes Daniel, I think I have a general idea. I used the sword before boarding. It showed me that she is in the country side of New York. Well at least she was. It stopped showing me her a few seconds after I used it. But I believe she is traveling in the country side heading south for NYC." Lucas explained.

"Isn't the country side where these things have been spotted the most?" A solider sitting across from Lucas asked. His accent suggesting he was native to an African country.

"Exactly, I thought you all enjoyed action." Lucas stated rather than asked.

There was a series of words through the aircraft that all relatively meant the same thing, Hell yes.

"I have an actual good question. Why do we need her?" A solider from the far back of the helicopter asked. His attention was aimed at polishing the knife in front of him.

"Hey, asshole you don't like superheroes?" The British solider asked, earning several laughs of approval.

"I don't like superhero's that leave the boss, to die, asshole." The solider said back.

"That didn't happen, they got separated idiot!"

Lucas hadn't told everyone how they were separated. Simply telling them they were attacked and were separated. The real reason would most likely make his troops turn on her, and he didn't want that.

"Cut it out! We don't need infighting here." Lucas stated with a sigh.

"We need her. She can help us defeat Newko and stop the Barons. So don't ask me anymore questions."

The solider mumbled something Lucas could just make out.

"More like another puppet to smash..."

Lucas ignored the comment, internally infuriated at how he badly he had been insulted. Not only was the comment utterly wrong. But the mention of his past didn't sit well with him.

But he ignored it. A bunch of Mercenaries working in the mountains of Brazil with little entertainment or military experience weren't exactly disciplined.

Lucas stared at the sword. Wondering what that hybrid wanted with it.

—————————————————————-

The Doom Slayer and his new companion had been walking down the path for 5 hours. They had not said a word to each other and the sun was just beginning to settle over the horizon.

"We should find shelter." The Slayer said.

"I know I bar close to here. I'm not sure how long it will take us to reach it though. I would rather settle in a cave or make a fire in the woods." As soon as the words left Red's lips a raindrop fell on her nose. Red looked up and a steady stream of water began to fall from the sky.

Red sighed, looking up to Slayer.

"I guess we will find a cave..." She seemed disappointed. A cave would be better than sleeping under the stars regardless of the rain. What would be wrong with a cave?

The two began to diverge from the main path, their guard raised to combat any demons if the need arose.

Fortunately that didn't happen.

Just as the rain began to pick up, Red spotted a cave in the side of a cliff. Red quickly ran over to it while the Slayer took his time.

The cave was dark, but from what could be seen there was hardly enough room for the Slayer to stand. So he immediately sat down on a rock.

"How will we stay warm? We can't make a f- What are you doing?" The Slayer got up and out it the cave.

Red was going to go after him when she saw he was collecting firewood.

Did he just listen to her?

The Slayer returned soon after with a pile of different sized sticks.

He crudely threw them down on the cave floor, earning a strange look from Red.

"Didn't you here me?" Red asked, slightly annoyed.

"Yes."

"So how are we going to light the fire?" Red asked, looking to the firewood with a disappointed expression.

The Slayer faced the firewood, the shoulder mounted objected Red assumed was just a turret turned to the firewood. And suddenly flame burst out of it, setting it alight.

The Slayer let out a satisfied grunt and sat down across from Red, staring intently at the fire.

Red relaxed slightly, sinking back into the cave wall.

However she still felt uncomfortable.

The Slayer noticed this and spoke.

"What's wrong with caves?" The question made Red's breath catch in her throat, it suddenly became dry as she realized how thirsty she was.

"Nothing, they just make me uneasy, that's all." Red said. The answer was not satisfying, but he had other things to pry at.

"How do you know me." The question hung in the air for a moment, seeming not be heard by Red until she perked up.

"I've been targeted by hell for as long as I can remember. Katherine is very religious. She cared for me after she found me, starving and half dead. She told me one day an angel with the powers of void mastery would come and save me from Hell." Red exclaimed.

Now that was some bullshit, The Slayer could tell she was lying based on the nervous look and shifting she did. Not only that, but this was a completely different dimension. Maybe even a different reality. No human, or whatever she was would know about him here. After all he was hardly known on his earth. This girl was bad at lying. Very bad at it. But why would she have to lie about the reason she knew him?

The Slayer decided to return to that question later.

"What are you?" The question made Red flinch. It wasn't how he asked it, it was the question itself. He was referring to her as an it. Which made her uncomfortable.

"I'm a monster. A race made of pure magic. Most of us take the forms of various animals seen here the surface. But our magic is what makes us so unique. Each monster type has their own magical abilities, and weaknesses. Some are humanoid, like me. And some animals, like rabbits. Rabbits and bunny monsters are a common occurrence in most rural areas here on the surface.

The Slayer stopped moving at the mention of rabbits. Memories flashed in his head. He remembered his pet rabbit, Daisy. He remembered the last time he saw her. She had been brutally killed by the demons, her head placed on a pike in-front of him.

"Hey, are you...alright?" Red asked.

"Yes." The Slayer said, looking up from the ground.

"Any other questions?" Red asked.

"No."

"Okay, that's good because I have some questions for you." Red said, leaning forward.

"Shoot."

"I know quite a bit about you. Like how you gifted your powers by the Seraphim. But, I want to know some more recent things. Like, why haven't you spoke until now?" Red asked. The Slayer wasn't aware that she this much. But at this point he wasn't surprised. But, no one knew about how he got his powers. How could she know?

"No reason to. Always killing demons." Was the simple response which she was given.

"Your sword, is it from Sentinel Prime?" She asked.

"Yes."

"Why are you here, in our dimension?" Red asked. The knowledge that Red was aware that he was from a different Earth didn't seem to faze him. Instead he just responded.

"Demons are here, I kill them." Reds lips curved upwards slightly.

"I'm out of questions for you." Red said.

The Slayer relaxed into the most comfortable position he could muster and stared at the ceiling.

Red got laid down, using her cloak as a pillow and closed her eyes. They weren't closed for long though as she opened them and looked at the Slayer.

"Are you going to rest?" She asked.

"No." Came the simple response from the brute.

"You are just going to stay up all night?"

"Why not?"

Red sighed, her mind dancing at the Slayers logic.

"We won't be able to continue walking if you you collapse." Red reminded him.

"Don't need rest. Never tired." Red looked at him confused, before she sat up.

"Now that I think about it, I'm not tired." Red said.

"But I am hungry."

Manhattan.

"Holy shit." Asriel said, as he and Frisk stopped running to catch their breaths.

They could hear police sirens and the sounds of running footsteps converging on where Asriel had fought the demons and Terrorists.

"T-they aren't chasing us." Frisk said panting heavier than Asriel.

"Yeah, lets go home." Asriel was about to start walking when Frisk grabbed his arm.

"Shouldn't we tell the police?" Frisk asked, concern lingering in her voice.

"No, I-I don't want to be questioned and everything..." Asriel said.

"But they should know what actually happened." Frisk protested.

"And they will when they investigate. L-let's just go home a-" Asriel stopped as he felt a pair of eyes burn into the back of his head.

"Well, I thought I'd find you kiddos here.." Asriel sighed and mumbled something before turning around to see Sans the skeleton, permanent grin plastered on his face as always, hands in his pocket and a ketchup stain on his hoodie that wasn't there before.

"Sans, why are you here?" Asriel asked, frustration audible in his tone.

"Relax kiddo. I heard I skeleton of gunshots and screams in the same alley you two happen to use as shortcuts. So just making sure you are okay. Did you see what happened?" Sans asked Asriel.

Frisk cringed and looked to Asriel.

"No, we ran as soon as we heard gunshots." Asriel said.

"Yeah, I would hide something like that to." Frisk and Asriels eyes went wide. Frisk cursed under her breath. It was useless telling a lie to this skeleton. Telling him a lie was looking like holding up the body of your recent victim with finger prints and all and saying you didn't do it.

"W-what are you talking about?" Asriel asked, taking a step back.

"Relax. I'm not gonna tell. The media would freak out if they heard about a teenage monster killing terrorists in a back alley." Sans sarcastically said.

Asriel sighed in relief.

"See Frisk, this is the reason I didn't want to go to the police." Asriel said a grin spreading onto his features.

"Alright kiddos, how about we talk somewhere else and not in an area being secured by police?" Sans asked.

"Uh, yeah." Frisk said

Sans put a hand on both of their shoulders. A strange sensation emitted through Frisk and Asriel's body as their matter began to transfer to another location. In less than second, they were gone.

"System malfunction!" A electronic voice blared in the small room.

A small shape scurried to the machine, checking various components to see what the issue was.

"O-oh no I-I put to much determination!" A frightened exclaim rang out through the room as the shape darted from the machine and under a table whimpering softy.

"P-please don't let it blow up..." As if on cue, the machine gave up, sparking several times before it internally exploded.

The shape under the table covered their eyes, up stairs a loud noise sounding like a chair being knocked over could be heard followed by a loud "damnit"

"ALPHYS, HOW MANY TIMES HAVE I TOLD YOU-"

"I-I know I know, I'm sorry..."

Undyne walked down the wooden staircase leading to the lab, dressed in her armor for some reason.

She got to the bottom and put her hands of her hips, eyeing the machine with disappointment.

She turned her attention from the machine to the quivering short orange reptilian with glasses and a lab coat that slowly crawled out from under the table.

"Sorry about the machine Alphys..." Undyne said sympathetically.

"O-oh no U-Undyne it's fine...I-it will only take another t-three and a half months to fix." Alphys said, walking over to the machine.

"What even is the machine anyways?" Undyne asked staring curiously at the mess of wires before her.

"W-well originally it was going to be a way to harness the power the determination. B-but then I-I realized I could turn determination into a power source. B-but that's not working out." Undyne rolled her eyes and bent down towards the machine.

"Why don't you make something simple, like a toaster or something?" Undyne asked.

"A-a toaster?" Alphys asked.

"YEAH A TOASTER!" Undyne shouted a little to loud.

"W-well I-I could if you r-"

"THEN DO IT, IM TIRED OF THESE CHEAP HUMAN TOASTERS!" Undyne screamed far to loud. Alphys giggled.

"One t-toaster coming r-right up!" Alphys exclaimed.

Suddenly Undyne's phone rang.

"Uh, sorry I have to take this call." Undyne walked back up the stairs and looked at the caller.

"Shit..." She cursed and answered the call, bringing the phone up to her ear with gritted teeth.

"Hello?" A male voice came from the other end

"Yeah, I'm here punk." Undyne said walking over to the living room.

"So why did you call?" She asked.

"Three things."

"Are these three things, good things?" Undyne said a little sarcastically.

"Well technically yes, they are all "good things".

Undyne rolled her eyes. "Alright then punk, what is it?"

"I found Newko." Undyne almost dropped her phone at the mention of that name.

"W-where di- is he dead?"

"Heh, far from it. We found him working with terrorists in Afghanistan. He got away."

"Goddamn it Lucas..."

"Second, we found Red's grandfathers sword."

Undyne's eyes widened.

"Go on."

"It was in Newko's possession. I'm not sure what he wanted with it." Undyne sighed, lowering her brow.

"Three, we found Red." Undyne dropped the phone.

"S-shit!" Undyne shouted, and scrambled to pick up her phone.

"Are you still there?" Lucas asked, in a concerned expression.

"Y-Yes! I am. W-where is she? Is she okay? Undyne bombarded Lucas with questions.

"H-hold on. I don't know if she's okay. And she's north of New York City." Lucas stated.

Undyne nodded, taking in the information.

"I'm going to get her then!"

"Okay." The voice didn't come from the phone.

Undyne whipped around to see Lucas face to face with her

"Damn it!"She exclaimed, reeling back.

"D-don't do that!"

"Sorry, you want to find her?" Lucas asked. Undyne nodded multiple times.

Lucas held out his hand.

Undyne sighed and took it, and the two were gone.

Just a few seconds later, the door to the basement opened and Alphys looked through.

"U-Undyne?"

North Carolina.

11 PM

Undyne and Lucas fell on the floor of a Blackhawk helicopter.

Undyne looked around, taking in her surroundings before slowly getting up off the ground, turning and taking the seat next to Lucas.

Undyne looked at him. "Why are they here?" Undyne pointed to each of the soliders.

"Is there something wrong with them?" Lucas asked.

"N-no, but why do we need them?" Undyne asked.

Lucas explained. "To put it simply. The area area she is in is full of...strange entities." Lucas tried to put it simply as he was sure she wasn't aware of the current pop up of demons around of the world.

"Because of this, we will need support. And since Red has been traveling through the woods for god knows how long, she's might be injured. So that's why we have medics." Lucas pointed to the two soldiers with crosses painted on their chest.

"Why two?" Undyne asked.

"You know, I could die..." One of the medics said as if it was the most obvious thing for her. To be honest it wasn't. The Royal Guard usually fought in small groups. And due to how powerful they were, large scale battles usually consisted of only 50 or 100 Royal Guards.

"So, when will we arrive?" Undyne asked.

"Sometime tomorrow. These helicopters can travel as fast as a plane." Lucas said, seemingly proud.

Undyne looked to the soldiers.

"So, do you guys have names?" Undyne asked, the right side of her move curving upwards.

The British solider spoke up.

"The names Daniel, just call me Dan."

"Enrique." A solider with a Spanish accent said.

"Rais." The solider from African decent said.

"Chad." One of the medics with a southern accent said.

"Han." A Chinese solider said.

"Ryan." A solider with a New York accent said.

"Boris." A Russian solider said.

"Panzer." Undyne's eyes went wide as the solider that told her their name formed a small magic ball in their palm. They were a monster.

"Call me Phantom." One of the soldiers sitting next to the solider polishing their combat knife said. They had black armor with a black face mask. They held a FAL assault rifle with a grenade launcher attachment.

The last one didn't respond. He just continued polishing his weapon.

"Oh, we call that lad number 10. No one knows his name. The only time he talks is to complain." Daniel said.

"Then why is he even here?" Undyne asked.

"Oh, yes just here for the fun of it. Telling you he doesn't get paid or anything." Enrique said.

Undyne narrowed her eyes at number 10. All he seemed concerned about was the weapon in-front of him.

"I'm Undyne." Undyne said with a smile.

"Oh, we know who you are alright." Rais said.

Lucas looked just as confused as Undyne was. The two shared a confused expression.

"Panzer over here told us all about you. He won't stop talking about you. It's kind of annoying." Boris said.

Panzer dipped his head slightly, most likely in embarrassment.

"Yeah, the kid has a poster of you in his room!" Han said.

"I-I do not!"

Lucas sighed, shaking his head.

"Cut the bullshit, he doesn't." Lucas said. Panzer sighed in relief.

Undyne grinned at the back and fourth banter between the soldiers. It reminded of her of the old days back underground when the Royal Guard was operating regularly.

"But he does have an autograph." Lucas said.

Undyne looked slightly confused. She remembered children going up to her all the time and asking for autographs. She didn't remember a monster named Panzer.

"Um, not trying to be an ass or anything but I don't remember anyone name-" She was cut off by the monster holding up his hand, signally her to stop.

"It's a fake name. I'm not going to tell you my real name." Lucas spoke up after Panzer was finished talking.

"No one knows each other's real names here except for me. They all create a fake identity." Undyne wanted to ask why they had to go by a fake identity. But considering this wasn't necessary a legitimate military organization and had been involved in some pretty questionable affairs, it made sense.

Undyne felt strange. She didn't know what it was. But the fact that a monster had joined a military organization like this. It felt wrong. Lucas and his men weren't the worst people in the world. But from doing some digging online after their first meeting, Undyne found out they really didn't care about how they went about doing things. If they wanted to save an operative or recover something from a rival organizations outpost? Simply everyone would be killed including any servants, slaves, and anyone else that happen to be in their way.

Undyne shot up as she realized something. She took out her phone and unlocked it, scrolling to her messages.

"Undyne, I cant find you at home. Where did you go?"

Undyne quickly responded, a single bead of sweat leaking from her forehead.

As soon as she send the message stating she simply went to the grocery store she sat back and sighed. If she wasn't back in a few hours she would come up with a story. Say she crashed at a friends or got lost.

Undyne turned to Lucas and just noticed the Dimensional Sword. Lucas had used it, looking into the void. Obviously he didn't know how to use it, but being able to look into the void for even a second is a useful feature. I guess that's the reason the entire helicopter was quiet except for the rush of the wind and the spinning of the helicopter blade.

"That's her grandfathers sword huh?" Undyne asked.

Lucas nodded.

"Yes, this is what I used to track Red. But I notice something else. Something that shouldn't be here..." Lucas said, putting the dimensional sword.

Lucas looked at Undyne.

"I couldn't see the soul, but whoever it was is surely more powerful than any of us. I saw a powerful aura. It was...hateful. I-I can't really explain it. It's not one of the entities , I know that." Lucas explained, clearly confused.

"Are they near Red?" Undyne asked.

Lucas sighed, and nodded.

"Extremely close, I can't tell through the sword, but they must be at least 5 miles from each other." Lucas said. Undyne's hands balled into fists.

"We need to hurry!" Undyne exclaimed.

"Pilot full power." Lucas stated.

"Engaging full power. Even with full power we aren't going to reach the drop point until late afternoon." The pilot said.

"Fuck." Lucas swore, massaging his temples with his hands.

"Can't you teleport us?" Undyne asked.

"Yes, I can, but traveling that far would exhaust me. Meaning we couldn't go back. Also we would most likely miss the drop point. Since I still haven't mastered the ability, we could end up in New Jersey instead of New York." Lucas said with a brief chuckle.

Undyne sighed in annoyance.

She just wanted to see her favorite student again.

The next day...

New York

Red opened her eyes, immediately closing them as she felt the nights buildup of crust in her eyes force them shut. In a swift motion, Red brought her right arm her to her eyes and wiped. She lowered her arm and opened her eyes, blinking a few times to adjust to the suns rays that streamed through the cave.

Red turned to where the Slayer had been sitting, he was gone. Red sighed, the fire was also out. But that didn't matter.

Red slowly began to stand up, suddenly wincing as she felt a pain in her right arm. She had slept the wrong way. From a quick analysis of the cave, The Doom Slayer was no where to be found.

Suddenly a gunshot rang out, startling Red. A few seconds later she heard heavy footsteps then the Doom Slayer stepped into the cave and dropped the body of a deer on the floor.

Red now understood that he had gone to get food. The blade on the forearm of his armor released and The Slayer carefully began to cut away at the animal. When he was done, the Slayer picked up two stick and planted each of them into one end of the animal. After that he placed them on the diminished campfire.

Red was curious of what kind of trick we would pull this time. And he did pull one, by firing an icy projectile at each stick holding the deer up.

Then he lit the campfire.

After a long wait, the deer was cooked.

Red had never eaten a deer before, but she didn't care. She hadn't really eaten anything for an entire day. Not counting a chocolate chip cookie Katherine had made.

The Slayer tore the deer from the sticks, and threw it towards her.

Red looked to the deer and then up at the Slayer, confused.

"What i-"

"Food." The Slayer said.

"Aren't you hungry?" Red asked.

The Slayer just shook his head.

Red looked back at the deer. She wanted him to eat. Why didn't he want to eat? He most likely hasn't eaten anything since he got here.

The Slayer simply sat back down.

"Eat, you said you were hungry." The Slayer said, referring to her mention of hunger earlier.

Red sighed and began to cut the animal with her sword. She made a mental note to clean the blade when they got to civilization.

After Red finished. The two were on the road again.

"Is it okay if we stop at the bar I mentioned yesterday?" Red asked, looking up as the Slayer who stared straight at the path ahead.

"Yes." He simply said.

Red didn't really want to go to the Bar for its drinks. She was more interested in those there that could give them a ride. Red hoped that the hulk of a man wouldn't get that much attention at the establishment.

New York City

Late morning...

Frisk sat on the green couch that the skeleton brother had kept after moving to the surface.

Asriel was pacing back and fourth while Sand just stared at him.

"Ya know kid, you shouldn't think to much about it. It's under military investigation now." Sans said.

"Yeah but they aren't going to be able to do anything against these things!" Asriel exclaimed, earning an eye roll from Sans.

"If you could, I think they can." Sans said, is grin getting slightly wider.

"Asriel, it's not our job to investigate these kind of things. Why don't we just leave it to the Army?" Frisk asked.

"Asriel, it's not like one day they are gonna knock on our door and ask for ou-" Suddenly the window behind the couch broke. 4 Dread Knights and 2 Barons of Hell leaped through, blades drawn.

One of them leaped into Asriel, knocking him out.

They landed in the middle of the room.

"Well, I wasn't exactly expecting guests, but I'm sure Papyrus could manage." Sans said chuckling.

One of the Barons had Red energy blades instead of orange spoke.

"Seize the girl and kill the monster." Yes, Frisk was a female.

Frisk backed up into the couch as the second Baron of Hell closed in on her.

"P-please d-don't hurt me..." Frisk said, covering her face with her hands. The demon just snarled and grabbed her by the collar.

Two Dread Knights suddenly leaped at Sans. But he vanished. The demons looked around, clueless to where he could have gone.

Suddenly a white energy blast knocked one of them backwards into the wall. The other one swung at Sans, who simply appeared behind demon and summoned a volley of bones with penetrated right through its armor and out the other side of its body. However the demon did not fall that easily. The Dread Knight leaped into the air, slamming down onto the ground and creating a small shockwave.

Again, the skeleton vanished, appearing to the left of the demon. Sans summoned a long spiked bone and thrusted it towards the demon, who slid under it and ran at him. Sans curled his index finger and the bone stopped moving and turned around and raced towards the demon.

It spun around and slashed the bone. It was knocked back a few feet but remained in the air. It dove back at the demon who crossed its blades. The bones spun for a second before coming down on demons head, connecting with a satisfying crunch.

Sans summoned a wall of bones behind him, impaling the Dread Knight that was slammed into the wall. It wriggled and struggled for a few seconds before going limp.

The bone that had been attacking the second Dread Knight had been cut clean in half.

Another Dread Knight jumped over it and slammed down on the ground, Sans used his magic to throw it against the wall and dash forward, summoning a volley a bones at the other. It attempt to block as many as it could, but its attempts were futile and the demon fell, dead.

Sans narrowly ducked under a swing from one of the two remaining Dread Knights and teleported behind it, using his magic to move its energy blades. The demon shouted in confusion.

With a snap of Sans fingers, the Dread Knight cut it's own head clean off.

Suddenly, the lead Baron tackled Sans to the ground. It attempted to stab at him several times but Sans just barley moved his head away out of the times every single time. With an irritated snarl, The Baron three him across the room and straight into the TV, sending the shirt skeleton straight through.

"Well, I guess I have to start saving up some money..." Sans mumbled.

Sans wasn't able to teleport just yet, as he was stuck in the TV. So quickly, Sans summoneda Gaster blaster, firing a white beam of energy into the spot above where he was stuck. Sans quick fell through and teleported behind the charging Baron, using his magic to through it behind the TV.

"Take her and let's get out of here!" The lead Baron shouted as it got to its feet. The other baron nodded and jumped through the window with Frisk right behind it.

"Oh no you don't." Sans said.

Sans teleported outside to see the last remaining Dread Knight and Baron were running away.

Sans teleported in front of them. The Dread Knight attempted to strike but was met with multiple bones in it's chest.

The Baron jumped back and dropped Frisk. There was a bone a long bone in their stomach. With a snarl the demon disintegrated into red ash. There was a pentagram carved on the spot where the demon had teleported.

Sans quickly snatched Frisk and teleported them into the house.

Asriel was awake. Infact both of his sword were plunged into the Barons chest. He painted and stood up as he saw them.

"H-holy shit!" Asriel said.

"Heh, yeah. Guess I was wrong after all, they do want Frisk." Sans said, turning to Frisk who was in fetal position up against the couch. Sans was slightly surprised to see the kid so spooked. Nothing ever scared her. Asriel had also took notice as well.

"Kid, whats the matter?" Sans asked, his permanent grin faltering for the slightest of moments.

"Their souls." Frisk muttered.

Asriel spoke up.

"What about them?" He asked rather insistently.

Frisk exhaled.

"They...they didn't have any."

New York

3:30 PM

Red wiped sweat from her brow. They had been walking for 9 hours now. They had kept to the path and so far hadn't gotten into any trouble. The thought still hadn't been comforting. She most likely would not be able to hold off any attackers due to her current exhausted state. The Slayer seemed just fine someone. Even though he had not eaten at all. What had the Seraphim done to him?

She wished she had his power right now. Red almost fell right then and there. God she felt like a solider, marching for hours just to meet their demise. Luckily that wasn't the case. How she desperately wanted relief from the pain her body felt. And they had not reached that bar yet.

The Slayer turned, noticing she was falling behind. He waited for her to catch up then grabbed her by legs and slung her over his shoulders.

"Wha-what are you doing?" Red asked in stunned confusion.

"Your weak, helping." Red went slightly redder as she realized that's all he was doing. She felt quite silly.

Now she could entertain herself with her own thoughts, the only thing that kept her company in the wild until she met Katherine.

The Slayer didn't seem to care about his own needs. Instead whatever he did was solely to help her. She came to a conclusion that he could gone without eating and sleeping long periods of time. This would explain is unwillingness to eat. This would also explain how he hasn't tired after hours of walking without eating or sleeping.

Red suddenly winced as she felt a rising pain in her stomach. It was happening again. Pain still lingered from where had she had been stabbed by Newko. Her and Newko had fought only a couple short months ago. It seemed like yesterday for Red. She saw that psychopaths face everyday in her dreams. She dreamed of her parents dying before that monster. His grim smile as the blood coated his hands. Red internally shivered at the thought.

The Slayer stopped.

"Why have we stopped?" Red asked.

An answer was given when the Slayer put her down she saw a building in the distance. The building was a barn but had a crude sign with the word BAR outside of it. Red sighed in relief. She would be able to relax for real now. Two guards with black armor and battle axes stood in the doorway, reminding the Slayer of something out of the Medieval days.

Red saw the Slayers scoff and piped in.

"The armor is used as an intimidation tactic. It works surprisingly well." Red said.

The two walked up to the entrance, earning them stares from the two guards. The bar was very run down, a single light bulb hanging loose from the ceiling, providing little light for its occupants. Fortunately the inside was rather large. Consisting of the bar with over a dozen bar stools, as well as several small tables which had people sitting in them.

As soon as they walked in, everyone stopped what they were doing and stared. However they weren't staring at Red. The stares were directed at The Doom Slayer. Red pointed to a vacant table in the middle of the establishment. As the two sat down, the waiter, a middle aged man in a suit walked up to the table.

"What would you two like?" They asked.

"Tea please." Red said. The waiter wrote the order down in a notebook before turning to the Slayer hesitantly.

"And you,sir?"

There was a brief moment of silence as the beast processed the information he had been given.

"No."

"Excuse me?" The waiter asked in slight confusion.

"H-he means he's fine." Red clarified.

"Oh, alright then." The waiter said before walking off.

Red glared at the green armored man sitting across from her.

"You could have just told him that you were fine..." Red said, trailing off as she eyed something in the corner of the room.

Red cursed under her breath. At the far side of the room was an occupied table with three men. Two of them had black masks, black hoodies and they were both armed with different blades.

The third was a young man. He looked slightly nervous. Red recognized this man. He had bursted into this bar a few months ago bloodied and exhausted. He told the guards about a hybrid monster that killed his friends in the woods. This was how Red discovered Newko's location and was able to fight him. However the two masked figures were looking at her.

Red looked back to the Slayer. "We might have problems sometime soon." Red said. The Slayer just grunted.

The waiter returned with Reds tea shortly after. She was grateful for the energizing drink. She desperately needed it.

The Slayer was staring past her. Red turned around to see 6 men sitting in a table that had the same articles of clothing as the 2 others. They were also looking at them. Now Red knew something was going on.

"There is two others behind us." Red stated, taking a sip of her warm beverage.

"Do you know them?"

"I might, I can't be sure." She said, placing the half empty cup of Tea on the table. A few seconds later the door opened to the bar and 3 more men with the same clothing walked in. However, one was much larger than the other, with a Red streak going all the way down their mask.

"You know they are onto us." Red reminded the Slayer.

"I know, I don't care." Red narrowed her eyes.

"They won't do anything." The Slayer said, which was true. They wouldn't stand a chance against the Slayer. He cracked his knuckles, and was about to get out of the chair.

"What are you doing? Wait for them to attack us, they might not even want to attack us you never kn-" Suddenly, Red ducked to avoid a swing from a dagger and swung at the mans chest, causing him to fall to the floor in a puddle of blood.

Red expected the other Customers to freak out, but they didn't. They were actually cheering on a fight.

"Come on, get those assholes!" A drunk old man sitting at the bar said.

Two others began to close in on her. Red stood still, waiting for the impending attack. One of them dashed forward, swinging a knife. Red grabbed the arm holding the knife, breaking the arm and kicking the man back just in time to duck under a swing from a dagger. Red quickly swept the mans legs out from under them and stabbed them in the chest, before spinning around and blocking multiple blows from a man with an axe. With a swift motion, red blocked an incoming strike and used her free hand to punch the man in the head and cutting him across the throat. He held his throat with wide eyes as blood spilled out in endless streams.

Red breathed heavy as she looked around. She had just killed 3 humans and injured one in less than a minute. The Slayer was still sitting down at the table, the masked men didn't dare attack him.

Red looked at her hand to see she was covered it was covered in a bright crimson.

The 7 remaining men held their ground, hesitating to attack the girl. The larger one which Red assumes was the leader pressed a button on a wrist communicator. Red didn't know what he did, but didn't want to find out.

She charged forward, slashing at the nearest man, cutting them in half. Red flipped backwards as one of the men slashed at her. The man attempted another strike but are blocked it and grabbed man by the neck, squeezing hard enough to separate it from the head. The entire bar gasped. Even the Slayer stood up, shocked at the display of brutality showcased that reminded him of his own handiwork.

The remaining men reeled back, weapons shaking in their loosening grip.

Red slashed the air, the bar suddenly splitting in two as Red broke into the void. One of the men fell in and screamed. Red jumped through and it closed. The remaining men desperately looked around, trying to find her.

"Where the fuck did she go!" One of the men shouted.

Suddenly she appeared behind him and he screamed as he was vertically cut in half. A gunshot rang out.

"Enough." Red stopped as the Slayer stepped forward. A few loose pieces of wood fell from the ceiling.

"W-what?" Red asked as the Slayer walked up to her.

"Get out of here." He said to the remaining masked men, who scurried out, not bothering to take their injured comrade with them.

Red glared at the Slayer furiously.

"Why d-" Red was cut off by the Slayer holding up a hand.

"Let's go." He said

As soon as the two left the bar, it returned to normal.

The Slayer walked to the side of the bar.

"Why did you kill those humans?" Red was stunned at his question. He should be the last one asking that.

"T-they attacked us!" Red shouted, her face red with anger.

"You could have knocked them out. They were simple goons, nothi-" The Slayer stopped as he saw the man the masked men had spoken to walking down the path.

The Doom Slayer grunted and walked towards him, steadily increasing his pace to a run.

The man shouted as he was tackled to the ground.

"Who are they?"

The mans eyes went wide. He started to breath heavily and put his hands out defensively.

"I-I don't w-work with them! T-they asked me I-If I knew someone of her description." His Head turned to Red who was standing near the Doom Slayers, her arms crossed.

The Slayer tightened his grip, causing him to wince in pain.

"I-I don't know why. I j-just assumed that t-they were associated w-with her. As s-soon as I figure out that they were going to attack I was going to warn you but I-it was to late!" He shouted.

The Doom Slayer grunted and roughly let him go.

"Go."

The man quickly scrambled to get on his feet, and sprinted down the path as fast

as he could.

"You didn't have to do that..." Red said.

"You didn't have to murder 7 men."

Red huffed.

"Bu-"

"They are people, demons aren't. They should be brought to justice." The Slayer said. Red sighed, shifting her gaze to the ground. He was right, and she felt bad about it.

"Sorry..." Red apologized.

"It's fine, just don't do it again."The Slayer responded, and began to walk down the path. Red kept staring down at the ground for a moment before realizing her companion was resuming their journey and ran to catch

4:15 PM

New York.

"Sir were at the drop point, but there seems to be some kind of battle going on down there."

Undyne, Lucas and his men were all ready but it seems there was a complication.

"What is it?" Lucas asked

"Radar is picking up several demonic entities as well as well as a couple dozen or so humans and a few monsters." The pilot responded.

"We have to help!" Undyne said.

Lucas wiped his head around. "No." He stated.

"Why?" Undyne asked.

"First of all, they aren't our problem. Second of all according to the dimensional sword Red is not in the fight. And third, we aren't going to risk are medics in case Red is hurt." Lucas explained.

Undyne sighed, he was right. She had heard the reports of several demonic like entities around the globe. If Red got injured by one of those, she would need all the help she could get.

"Redirect the drop point to

5 miles north of our location." Lucas said.

"We will most likely have to spend the night!" Undyne exclaimed.

Lucas sighed. "It's either that or risk losing medics and other men with medical experience."

"On the bright side, we won't be eating ration bars tonight." Daniel said, earning chuckles from the soldiers.

Han spoke up. "I'm not going for the animal this time." Han said.

"Fine, you aren't." Lucas said, annoyance prominent in his voice.

"Approaching the drop zone in 1 minute!" The pilot exclaimed.

Each solider checked their weapons and equipment.

"I hope we actually get some action this mission." Panzer said.

"I have a feeling you will get your chance my friend." Rais said.

"Alright boys get ready!" Daniel said. Each solider stood up as the modified Blackhawk helicopter touched down.

"Good luck boys, have fun down there!" The pilot said before each passenger exited and the helicopter slowly ascended back into the sky.

The group was in a large sprawling forest. They landed in a clearing.

"Alright, we are heading north, let's move!" Lucas shouted and the group headed off.

As they walked through the forest, Undyne decided to exchange small talk.

"Hey Panzer can you use magic?" She asked walking beside him.

"O-oh I can but my magic level isn't significant enough to fight with magic alone. I usually combine firearms and different equipment with my magic. I can summon flames and that's pretty much all. They get larger and larger until they become the size of a basketball. They usually do as much damage as a missile when fully charged." Panzer responded.

Undyne grinned. "Well your magic is not completely useless."

"The Hell is shit?" Chad said, stopping suddenly.

The entire group stopped as they entered a clearing. The clearing was covered in blood and gore. Most importantly the several demon bodies that were strewn about.

"Who could have done this?" Enrique asked.

Lucas walked up to the head of a fallen baron. Analyzing where it's neck should have been.

Lucas dropped the head and stood up.

"The head was cut by a sword. And regular sword isn't sharp enough to behead a creature like this." Undyne's went wide.

"I think we've found her." Lucas stated as he pointed to a trail of blood.

The group followed the blood trail, occasionally passing the mutilated limbless bodies of demons.

The trees began to clear and a large house came into view. A large pig pen was outside it and a woman was outside, presumably feeding the animals or just watching them.

The blood trail stopped here.

The group walked forwards and up to the pig pen where the woman was watching the animals.

Lucas cleared his throat, starting the woman and causing to wipe around in shock.

"W-Who are you?" She asked, looking ti the soldiers.

"I was wondering if you had any idea who this belongs to, and where they might be." Lucas took the dimensional sword from his belt and showed it to her.

The woman cursed under her breath, just loud enough for him to hear.

"I'm afraid I don't know who this belongs to." The woman said as politely as she could.

Lucas sighed, he had developed a strange power in recent months. He knew when someone lied.

"You are lying." He stated.

"Where is Red?" He asked more sternly this time.

"Who are you?"

"That isn't important, where is she?" He asked one more time.

She seemed to smile.

"She went straight down the path, but you won't be able to hurt her." She says.

"I don't intend to, thank you for your cooperation." Lucas said before holstering the dimensional sword and the group began walking the path.

After Frisks near kidnapping, Frisk, Sans and Asriel had all been interviewed. The police had come to a conclusion that she would have to be protected at all times. Most regular police officers couldn't do that. So the military was turned to. Frisk was placed for at least two weeks in the a U.S army base in Hawaii. Sans and Papyrus had moved into Undyne and Alphys place temporarily until the damage done to their house by the demons had been fixed.

Hawaii

Late afternoon.

Frisk sighed as she sat up in her temporary bed. It was surprisingly comfortable as Toriel and Asgore invested a lot of make sure she had a decent room. As everyone assumed she would be there more than 2 weeks.

Frisk was allowed to bring her phone, clothes and most of her other belongings.

Frisk slid off the bed after just waking up from a quick nap. She went over to the small wooden desk in the far end of the room. It housed a lamp, her laptop and various other small items she had like a pencil sharpener.

Frisk was about to boot up her computer when there was a knock at the door. Frisk hurried to open the door. Behind the door was Sergeant J Sherman.

Frisk liked Sherman. He was a goat monster. He reminded her of an older Asriel. He talked a lot, he was reckless and participated in as many sports activities he could. Well he did when he was in high school. He had recently graduated college.

Shortly after the barrier had broke Sherman immediately joined the U.S Armed Forces, always dreaming of being a Royal Guard while he had been growing up.

"Hey kid, General told me to tell you he wants to have a meeting with you. He told he me it was to discuss possible reasons these things could want you. My best guess they think you could know is from all your experiences in the underground." Sherman told Frisk.

"Right now?" Frisk asked.

Sherman nodded.

"Yeah he's already there." Sherman said.

The monster motioned for her to follow him. The two walked for a minute before reaching a room at the end of the hall. The door was wide open to reveal a large rectangular meeting table.

Frisk walked inside, Sherman staying outside to guard the room.

"Take a seat child."

Authors Notes: Yeah big cliffhanger.

Anyways I hope you all enjoyed this chapter. The next few chapters are going to start bringing the characters together and developing the main plot. I decided to give Mega's soldiers names and their own personalities because they aren't mindless robots. And some of them will appear a lot throughout the story.

I hope this was better than the first chapter.
