I don't own Phineas & Ferb. Mr. Marsh & Mr. Povenmire are the rightful owners.
A/N: This installment isn't quite as light as others, I hope it works though.

I stood in line and ordered the largest hot chocolate and a large piece of chocolate fudge cake. "Would you like some chocolate drizzle on top?" I was asked, I nodded affirmative. I took my order and found a seat in a corner of the coffee shop.
'I can't believe my friends forgot.' I thought to myself as I overindulged in the rich chocolate.
"Excuse me, do you mind if I sit here?" Someone asked, causing me to look up to see one of my fellow Fireside Girls, Katie. "Sure, whatever." I replied glumly as she happily took a seat. Katie reached over and took a corner off the cake and popped it into her mouth. "Mmmm, that's really good." She said.
I sat and glared at the blonde sitting across from me. "Isabella was wondering why you weren't over this morning." Katie said. "I don't feel well." I told her. She had the audacity to start laughing. "Well," She started, "… chocolate won't make you feel better." I looked at her incredulously and took a fork-full of cake and a good sip of my beverage. "I don't know… I'm starting to feel really good right now." I sarcastically shot back.
"Gretchen, I shouldn't be saying this…" Katie started before I interrupted her. "Then don't." She looked hurt, but at the moment I just didn't care. "Isabella's planned out a huge party for you." She said and I just sat and looked at her with a fork-full of cake half-way between the plate and my mouth. Katie then continued. "You're supposed to be happy today, it's your birthday." She said and I shook my head then reminded her. "My birthday was two days ago."
