Phineas & Ferb

(three weeks after No One Said Life Was Easy)
Phineas was sitting in the coffee shop waiting for his brother. I don't believe it. Ferb and Gretchen arrived home yesterday and he's not called. Gretchen called Isabella while they were in the taxi. Isabella screamed so loud I thought she cut herself, then she sat and cried for hours while on the phone.
The door to the coffee shop opened and Phineas looked up, then back to his drink. The past few weeks have been difficult, to say the least. I still can't believe that they almost eloped that night. Gretchen was so upset when she got home. I'm glad they were able to work everything out.
The door opened again and Ferb walked in. Phineas stood up and greeted his brother with a smile. "Ferb, bro! Welcome home." He said as Ferb nodded and went to place an order. When he came back to the table and took a seat, Phineas grinned at him.
Ferb took a sip of his coffee and raised an eyebrow at him. With a glint in his blue eyes Phineas took a breath, smiled and asked, "What's it like to be married?" Ferb took another sip of his drink and smirked; then grinned. "You'll find out soon enough."
