Chapter 21: Change X Special Ability X Onwards!
The argument keep lasting until they finally relent to chain user command for the spider to return to base aside from Pakunoda. Kallua could only look in amusement seeing Nobunaga whom still unconscious, being carried like a sack of rice. As they are arrived on base, Kallua is now being tied up with chains wrapped around him against the stone pillar. Kallua looks around the base, then slightly widen his eyes when he sees who supposed to be Hisoka.
`Illumi-Sensei!?' Kallua thought, recognizing his teacher even in disguise. Illumi whom disguise as Hisoka notices Kallua noticing him, and gives silent stare implying not to make a scene to reveal him which Kallua agrees inside. With his Sensei in here, he would have his percentage of escaping increasing.
Kallua knows that he needs to wait Pakunoda returns so that he could made his plan works, however, Kallua had no idea, Kurapika had made a deal.
A deal that change him forever.

Kallua could only widen his eyes, when Pakunoda returns, telling the spiders that she is taking him for the trading hostage. He can't understand, why!? Why when he made it clear that he will be fine! He has no value as hostage! How could they be so foolish!?
Phinks obviously disagree on the chain user condition, even demand the chain user location and will kill Kallua. Pakunoda relents, wanting to take Kallua alone with both Phinks and Feitan are in disagreement with Feitan also thought chain user may controls them. Machi and Kortopi are now in Pakunoda's side as they lets out their Nen, prepares to fight for death if necessary.
Kallua grit his teeth, he knows he made himself as no value in hostage. But the way he sees Machi, Pakunoda and Kortopi tries hard to save their Leader, their comrade made Kallua think, that may be why Kurapika made that deal, maybe.
He knows it's stupid, stupid yet...
It's unbelievable.
"Shut up"
Kallua can't even believe himself, he spoke out loud and successfully stops some of the spider fighting.
" You two really think they are being controlled? Because Pakunoda wants to go alone and Machi stops you!? The desire for wanting to save a friend, was that really that hard!?" Kallua is now shouting out loud which he himself surprised more for this is not what he has in any of his plan.
"Shut up! Are you really that desperate to be spared!?" Phinks yells for the outsider voicing his opinion for it angers him more.
Kallua can't stop, he won't even stop as he already understands, understand why the group wants to save him.
Stupid.
Burst of aura comes out from Kallua, breaking the chains and some of the pillar with the floor which surprises the spider. He maintains his hostile aura with a glare causing others to be tense and have their guard up as they thought that Kallua has finally shows his true colors, being dangerous and a threat.
" Kurapika may have deep hatred against spiders, but he won't kill without mercy. Especially when he makes promise, he won't break it" Kallua stated, his tone voice dripping like venom.
As the situation gets more heated, Franklin clear voice stops them and telling Pakunoda to go. Shalnark states their worst possible outcome for that but Franklin merely replies that the fall of spiders and perishes would be the most worst and Shalnark worst possible outcome will be pleasant. Knowing bickering will cause their perishes, Franklin suggest if the boss won't return they could kill the controlled member and rebuild the spiders. After seeing the situation has calm down enough, Kallua also stops his hostile aura and stay silent.
Contrary on his calm looks, inside his mind, he was brimming with confusion as in what the heck did he just do, provoking them and even Illumi-Sensei saw him. He could imagine his Sensei must have felt disappointment in what he just did.
Ringing sound is echoing from Shalnark's phone in Phinks possession. Before Phinks could say hello, Kurapika already cuts it off with handing the phone to the hostage. Pissed off, Phinks instantly throws the phone towards Kallua which Shalnark intercepts with "Don't break it!"
"You okay? Are the others there?" Hearing that made Kallua gives a simple "They are here" Even though he knows one of them is dummy, he didn't want to foil his Sensei as it will definitely cause something unpleasant.
Knowing Kurapika wanting swift conversation, Kallua instantly throws the phone back to Phinks earning a shouts in fear and anger from Shalnark. It was his precious phone after all.
With that, Phinks grit his teeth as he said the words "We are following your orders"
Afterwards, Kallua is now with Pakunoda on their way to where the group is. On their way, Pakunoda look at Kallua whom just walking obediently in front of her without any intention of escaping.
"Hey, why don't you run away?" Pakunoda asked in calm tone which made Kallua looks at her as they walk "You can easily escape and even probably stronger than me given your weapon are back in your possession and you seems to have hidden your true strength. If you did kill me or even escape, the chain user could kill the boss as I lose my leverage. So why won't you run away? Aren't you his friends?"
Kallua then stop in his track in which Pakunoda thought Kallua might do so but surprised when Kallua only sigh.
"I did have that thought. Honestly, I was planning to escape the moment you return to base" Kallua then look at Pakunoda "But your desire to save your boss got me, even when Machi also piped in. Honestly...even when I told them I have no value as hostage.." Kallua trailed off, giving half hearted smile "They still doing this, to save me. This is what my friends want for me, and so, I'll do what I can as their friends"
Kallua lets out a bright smile "Which is why I let this exchange happen. As their friends, I also don't want Kurapika to kill and to fulfill what they wanted, for me to return to their side with the exchange"
After that exchange, both Kallua and Pakunoda walks off, as if nothing happened. The moment they arrived at the airport for the exchange, Kallua is not surprised to see Hisoka walks in with a phone, he already knew his Sensei being a dummy for a reason after all. He even knows that it has to be Kurapika Hisoka's speaking with.
"What I want is simple. Allow me to be in airship with those two. If you refuse, I'll kill Kallua right here and now" Hisoka said on phone while thinking its a joke as its a waste, considering he already sees Fraze's and Kallua's strength " My target is the boss. Once he's released, I'll get off the airship. I want to fight the boss, that's all I wanted"
Seeing Hisoka comes in the airship gives all answer Kallua needed. As they are on their way, Kallua somehow have slight immunity for having Hisoka around (must be because of Fraze). Although he is lucky that Hisoka is not giving him assessment, it may still creeps him.
The two airship landed on both opposite side. Kurapika called Kallua wanting to make sure nothing happened. The exchange happened peacefully with Kallua returns and having both Killua and Gon are now grabbing both of his arms side by side with huge smiles that made Kallua smile as well. While The boss merely passing by Pakunoda without a word.
The group then returns and fly as they watch Hisoka comes back to the airship and flies away without fighting. Kallua knows that Hisoka would never interested to fight broken toys. It was then he sees both Killua and Gon are now whispering with each other which he caught as "Shall we" "We can do it" which he raise his eyebrow as both of them are now standing in front of Kallua.
"Kallua!" The two then gives a smirk and a glare which Kallua just founds them cute, not threatening. It was then the two opens their mouth and-
"HOW COULD YOU JUST THROW YOURSELF IN DANGER,HUH!?"
"EVEN NOT TELLING US!"
"YOU JUST THROW US LIKE WE ARE TRASH AND LEAVE US!"
"HOW COULD YOU DO THAT TO US!?"
"WHAT ARE YOU, STUPID!?"
Barrage of angry remarks from Killua and Gon keep being thrown towards Kallua whom just stood in silence. He can't believe they are getting mad at him, even worrying which he just...can't believe. Especially since he is so used to protecting his family without a care for his own well being and no one ever worried as he already so used to danger then always comes back without any life threatening injuries. Yet, it was different with his parents in this time currently, he knows, yet..it feels unreal.
It is real, they are worried about you
Hearing that from Karuze made Kallua has everything confirmed. They are worried, his parents are worried. He unconsciously lets out a hearty chuckle which just stunned both Killua and Gon as they are scolding him and Kallua just laugh as if its nothing?!
Before they could utter another word, Kallua just hugs both of them. As the two helplessly again, finding it hard to struggle free, their eyes picks up Kallua's soft voice.
"I'm back"
With that, both Killua and Gon gives a soft smile and returns the hug as both of them said-
"Welcome back, Kallua"

Kurapika is currently bedridden which Kallua noted it may have to do with his revenge stress and too much of using his abilities. Currently, they are staying at other residence in fear the spider may targeting them once more. Right now Kallua gives both of his parents his cooking , healthy snacks then some dessert as he can't believe that while he was away when he chase his uncle, even right now, Killua has brought so many snacks and they are munching a lot...so not healthy. At least he was glad that they are enjoying his cooking since he really do miss cooking for them.
" I hope Kurapika's fever doesn't break" Gon asked suddenly which both Kallua and Killua said "yeah" before look shock and said in same time"Oi! Did you just said what I thought it was"
"Eh?" Both Kallua and Killua look at each other which Gon noted both Kallua and Killua seems gotten more similar together recently.
The topic then goes about Kurapika where Gon thought his power is not about revenge as it the judgement chain is unsuitable for that, in which Killua disagree as it may not revenge for one person but Kurapika is dealing with entire troupe and have to extract information from other member and thinking that indeed Kurapika's power is for revenge for him.
"Ano.." Kallua started to talk, causing both of them look at him "Discussing about Kurapika is fine, but what should we do about Greed Island?"
That made Killua remembers about their own situation.
"Oh right!" Killua then turn towards Gon "You said that you have a plan about obtaining a copy of Greed Island. Your plan is the only one we have!"
"Uh..yeah..it's fifty percent deal" Gon said in which Killua countered" Didn't you said its seventy percent chance!?"
After hearing the plan, Killua agrees and thinking it might be eighty percent chance while Kallua just silently in thought, formulating a plan on what should he do. Obviously to go to the auction, they need a guardian then knowledgeable about auction and at that, they look at Kallua.
Knowing the stare, Kallua sigh as he is indeed looks old enough to be their guardian and he is a genius, well informed to the point being called walking encylopedia so he should know everything needed about auction. Kallua feels a bit skeptical for being their old guardian but still, he let it pass as he is worried about them. Given Melody and Leorio is taking care of Kurapika then Zepile is still handling their own auction so it just leave Kallua as their only choice.
"Fine, I get it. I'll go with you two" Kallua said, slightly troubled as he actually not that old but he is in a sense a guardian towards his parents "Speaking of which, you two better be employed. I'm not going to participate"
Instantly, both Killua and Gon having a dejected look as they truly crestfallen with what Kallua just said, seeing that made both Kallua having quite a panic attack.
" No! No! Don't misunderstood" Kallua said quickly " I already found my own way to Greed Island. So we will meet at the game!"
Both Killua and Gon suddenly found themselves relieved, as they are completely already attached to Kallua. But wait- suddenly a thought passed through Killua as he look slightly annoyed at Kallua.
"Wait a minute!" Killua gives a sharp gaze at Kallua "If you already found a method to go to Greed Island, you could have told us as well so we could all go together"
That made Kallua having panic inside, he can go to Greed Island with his own device but there is no way he would reveal that. It even only exclusively for him too! His brain did a quick thinking, and he found what should he said.
"You sure?" Kallua said in questioning way which made both Killua and Gon curiosity perk up as if Kallua is challenging them.
" Because it involves Fraze, you see"
That short statement made Killua decided to go with Gon's method. It's `Fraze-less' after all. Considering when they met Fraze back in the Spiders hideout was brutal, they didn't want to meet him. The reason they are fine with Fraze around because Kallua is protecting them and that does makes Killua felt weaker as seeing Fraze kept reminding him of that fact.
With that, both Kallua and Killua rent a tux then wears it for the auction, looking all formal and dashing.
"Wow, both of you looks really handsome"
The two turn to see Gon wearing a formal dress that is color green and modest type which earn a blush from Killua, seeing the clothes do make quite a difference as Gon looks like an angel to him as it feels like time has stopped or rather slow motion. Kallua just give a simple, polite yet sincere compliment in which made Gon smile brighter before excitingly turn to Killua whom just goes silent. Making her having dejected look which makes Kallua gives a slight nudge on Killua's arm, startling him a bit before then tries to lets out his true feelings.
"You..You look..." Killua trailed off before finally said it"You..look, beautiful. Gon" causing him to blushing madly which causes Gon the same. If Kallua didn't remember that they are going to auction, he would let both of his parents having their own moment longer, with flower petals seems flying in the room and somehow the room background turns pink in his eyes when he looks at his parents blushing and nervously fidgeting.
Kallua then claps his hands, breaking the moment, announcing that they should go to auction soon which snaps them out and going to auction they arrives, they go to the hall B where the auction is and on their way down the stairs their eyes met the Spider, Phinks and Feitan.
Both Killua and Gon instantly made their way out of the door and dash madly (surprising Kallua a bit that Gon can run in dress and high heels, though that makes her speed lacking and Killua winning by a second difference in distance), panicking as questioning themselves why they are here while Kallua still in same position then look at Feitan and Phinks whom he sees are not being hostile and pretty relax compared to when he is in their base.
"Chase them?" Kallua asked and the two nodded which gives a signal for three of them to chase after in mere 3 seconds to catch up.
Kallua grabs both of his parents to stop whom surprised he is here with Phinks then at front while Feitan at back.
"Kallua, what!" Killua tries to protest, afraid Kallua might be controlled by Manipulator back then but wait, wasn't Kallua a Manipulator!? Kallua merely shrugs as he release his parents then spoke "we should listen to what they said"
"Yeah that was cold" Phinks said "There's no need to run away"
Hearing that made Killua have questioning look as he thought `why wouldn't they run away'?!
"Don't worry, we're not going to kill you" Feitan piped in
"Because we can't kill the chain user now. He did use his chain on the boss, so that means we can't kill him" Phinks explains.
"Why not? Isn't it the other way around? Gon asked, causing both Killua and Kallua to look as Killua thought it's useful for having someone whom willing to ask question.
Phinks starts to explain that Nen could persist and doesn't necessarily disappears even after death. Especially Nen that driven by hatred and regret can persist a long time after death. That Nen will direct itself towards the target and since their boss can't use Nen, he will be overwhelm with the assault. Residual Nen is also quite fearsome and troublesome so which is why they can't kill the chain user.
After caught the look Feitan give, Phinks stops as he knows he is talking too much. Kallua knew what they are hiding, existence of Nen exorcist whom capable of removing others Nen. When Phinks passes three of them, he stops then let his gaze lock on Kallua whom just gives a silent stare.
"By the way, Paku wanted to thank you" Phinks said towards Kallua whom blinks in surprise. When he made eye contact with Phinks, he could see the look of soften in his eyes despite its actually quite well hidden.
As Phinks about to leave, Kallua called out.
"Tell her, that I also wanted to thank her"
Phinks goes silent and left but not before Kallua's ears caught his rough, soft voice.
"I'll pass that message when we return"
The three watch the spider go, slightly before they starts to meet their target, the tycoon, Mr Battera whom are walking in with reporters interviewing him. Once they sees him present at the auction they starts to join the auction, right on time when they are presenting the Greed Island. Once the bidding starts, both Kallua and Killua could see one of the bidders is Milluki, Killua grit as he can't believe he is meeting Milluki and questioning how much money Milluki has while Kallua is now busy with Gon asking about hand bidding.
"The hand signal signs different bidding you see, like thumb, index finger, two fingers that gives different amount" Kallua said as he shows more different fingers sign "even the front and back of the hand shows different amount of bidding"
"By the way, since I'm not an official bidder, given you are the one who has number tag, my sign won't count so..." Kallua held Gon's hand that already prepares for the sign, Gon slightly blush as Kallua gives her a gentle smile "If you do the sign, it will count so don't do it"
"Un.." Gon nodded, still blushing while Killua just grit his teeth and still locking his eyes at Milluki, not realizing the romantic atmosphere between Kallua and Gon.
The Greed Island game is won by Battera, once the auction is over, the three goes to meet Battera, declaring to help in clearing the game as they are Hunter. The bodyguards instantly goes in front of them making fun of them being kids and tell them to go home.
Battera then comes over, asking for license which Gon nodded and smiles while Killua looks disapprove at Gon as he whisper "uh no you don't. It's still in the pawn shop"
Realizing that made Gon gasp in surprise, unable to respond. When the bodyguards accuse her for lying and Killua thought its going in bad direction, Kallua takes out his own license, the current one and shows them.
"Here, I'm safekeeping it since she didn't have any pocket" Kallua said which made both Gon and Killua smiles in relief as they remember, Kallua still has his license.
Battera and the bodyguards do a quick check, nodding that its indeed a real license.
" Indeed, you have proven your worth as Pro Hunter and having license. I am indeed looking to hire Hunters in order to clear this game, but I cannot hire you because there can only be so many players" Battera said in clear tone.
Hearing that made Killua nervous as he recalls Gon plans on not having to buy the game for they only needed the data inside and betting some of the people who win copies of Greed Island will be looking for players too.
Gon is right obviously since they are looking for Battera for that reason. But if they can't get hired then they won't be able to get the clue they wanted.
"There can only be so many players?" Gon sudden question snap Killua out from his thoughts.
"Each memory card only has the capacity to store one player's data. With multi taps, you can have a maximum of eight players per console." Battera explains.
Hearing that made Gon recall, one memory cad of Greed Island save used up all thirty blocks on memory card. Battera is shocked as that info is only known by player, as Battera asked on have they played the game, Gon answer that they only have the memory card while Kallua merely silent, for he will play his own strategy later.
As Battera getting more digging, he knows had the memory card is real, there would be a need for another item to remove the card.
Hearing that made both Gon and Killua look at each other excitingly.
"Would that be" Gon look as Killua answers "That ring"
Kallua could see that Battera is now considering and calling someone to inspect. Kallua know who he is, and in current time, Tsezguerra, Single star Jackpot Hunter.
"I assume you three know Nen? Show me your Ren" Tsezguerra said in which the two nodded while Kallua only said that he is their bodyguard so he is excluded.
Both Gon and Killua starts, showing Tsezguerra their Ren whom are not impressed, saying they will definitely won't make it and will have game over in no time. Gon instantly goes mad including Killua (and Kallua though he hides it well) especially when Tsezguerra keeps insulting them and Battera trust Tsezguerra judgement for he had already hired 100 pro and amateur hunter and they gives up on returning to real world. Considering when player stills alive, they can't send another new player. Especially Tsezguerra will be the one whom doing the screening in the auction at final days and he will return to game afterwards. He starts to give condescending advice that they should work on their Nen if they want to pass the screening.
Kallua keeps trying to hide his annoyance at how this Hunter is really looking down on his parents. He indeed knows his parents are still raw but that still didn't give Tsezguerra any right to insult his parents, especially in front of him.
Seeing Gon looking really angry including Killua made Kallua starts to snap without his bloodlust.
"Tsk.." Kallua click his tongue which attracts their attention as Kallua being silent the entire time. It was then, Kallua starts to point his index finger upwards which brought more questions and far more questioning look when Kallua starts to twirl his finger around.
"Uhh.. Kallua? What are you doing!?" Killua can't fathom on what on earth, Kallua is doing
"Kallua? Are you okay?" Even Gon starts to look worried, seeing Kallua is acting weird.
Tsezguerra roll his eyes before then catching a sharp gaze Kallua directed at him. A moment later, Kallua use the same finger to sharply points at Tsezguerra who was then-
Scream in agony and the next thing happened, he falls and lost consciousness.
"Eh?" Gon blinks "Huh?" Killua goes slack jawed "Wha-" Battera widen his eyes
"Oh wow, that felt good" Kallua gives a smirk which made the three shock at what Kallua just did. Though both Killua and Gon can't deny that it does gives them satisfaction on what Kallua did towards Tsezguerra.
As Battera left speechless, Kallua shrugs and mention both Killua and Gon to follow him out and they do so without another word.
Kallua has just used another one of his Nen ability, Spiral Entrap, Wave of Surrounding. He uses his manipulation in electromagnetic wave and could only uses it when theres electromagnetic wave around. His electrowave manipulation mainly solidifies but he could also strengthen the wave. The reason why he twirls his finger is because he uses his aura to entrap those waves , creating a whirlwind of electromagnetic which solidify then he shoots it like a cannon. If he twirls his arms, the surrounding waves he collected will be 10x more stronger but will be longer to charge for a stronger solidify wave. Aside for attack, he could also solidify the waves in Tsezguerra case, he shoots it directly into the brain also with effects interfering with the brain waves which Kallua speculated when Tsezguerra regain his consciousness, he will have quite a headache like hangover level for some time afterwards.
`To be honest, there is no need to shoot directly to the brain, but I really want him to shut up as hearing him talking trash about my parents annoy me so... He should be thankful that I'm getting good at controlling my bloodlust and I didn't kill him' Kallua thought darkly which both Killua and Gon could see the annoyed expression Kallua has along with some dark aura that made them just obediently follow Kallua without questioning anything.
Once they are back in residence and returned their formal wear, Gon and Killua is still hung up inside with what Kallua just did so their anger kinda flew away. Still they obviously felt annoyed and they need to make sure to pass the screening.
"Hey" Kallua called out suddenly, surprising the two "To be honest, I do feel a bit agreement with that guy"
"What do you mean!?" Gon called out in anger which Kallua tries to calm her down, even though he already emphasis `a bit` loudly, it still fails to reach Gon.
"Gon, calm down" Killua starts to joins in "Kallua said `a bit' and we do need to take our Nen into next level"
Kallua nodded at Killua in thinking 'Nice save'
"You two are learning Nen in almost same time with Kurapika" Kallua starts to explain "He is capable to defeat to defeat the Troupe with his life on line, but obviously I won't let the two of you follow his example"
That warning sure feels heavy, especially since its coming out from Kallua.
"Your next level of Nen training this time will be Hatsu" Kallua said "Once the two of you able to find your own special abilities, that will guarantee a pass in the screening. Obviously no risk of life-threatening, fits your own specialities, practical then effective"
Hearing the special abilities made them nodded, but after hearing the condition of the special abilities made Gon having her brain roast in thinking but the two are used to it. Kallua knew his mother is not good at complex thinking or analyzing after all.
"Err... let's take one step at a time, shall we?" Kallua tries to explain in simple way "Like, maybe do you have some kind of ability you have in mind, Gon?"
Another smoke comes out from her ears are enough for the answer.
"Oh come on!" Killua said in frustrating way "You must have at least a vague idea"
"Umm... a really strong power" Gon answered shortly.
"That's way too vague" both Kallua and Killua said at same time.
Killua starts to help his girlfriend again "Try to think about your own category, you are an enhancer. So what part do you want to strengthen and how?"
More smokes comes out causes Killua to hit Gon on head which followed by short shout "Oi!" From Kallua.
"That hurt Killua" Gon slightly rub her head "Then what about you?"
"I already know what I wanted" Killua answered shortly "Which is why I'm helping you" Catching the look his girlfriend made Killua gives a teasing smile "And it's a secret"
Kallua already know his father abilities so it is no secret from him.
"Anyway, I'll practice my special ability. You better keep thinking about it" Killua starts to walk on the door "It might be possible that I will be the only one to pass the screening"
As Killua said that, Kallua could see how pitiful his mother look so he gives a gentle pat and reassuring smile at Gon which cheer her up but irked Killua.
"Don't worry, I'll help" Kallua said as he also knew his mother abilities and he could let her know how to do it "I'll tell you what to do on what I have in mind"
"Really!?" Gon eyes have twinkle as she felt happy that Kallua is with her "Please teach me"
Killua grew irritated at that so he goes to drag Kallua away which surprises the two.
"Kallua... Let us talk and leave Gon for her own thinking, alright!?" Killua said, emphasis on the `own` word that Kallua caught quickly.
With that, Kallua let Killua drag him further although seeing his mother look so helpless made him have to at least give a helping hand. So he instantly stomp his foot which made Killua unable to drag him further as they are right on the doorstep.
"Enhancer is simple! So there is no need for complex thinking! You would find the answer when you review everything!"
Once that is done, Kallua lets Killua again to drag him out the door leaving Gon just stare at the door with blank look.
`Kallua! That didn't help!` Gon thought as she is now back in square one and more thinking with steams keep coming out from her ears.
Killua drags Kallua to the next room where Killua tries to look annoyed as much as possible but it always melts away when Kallua pets him.
"Ugh.. You do know you are being unfair right now, aren't you?" Killua grumbles softly which Kallua slightly scratch his cheek at that.
"Well, I know Gon is having a hard time unlike you whom already gives a thought" Kallua said "Which is why I just giving out a hint"
Catching the look Killua gave him made him chuckle "I know, I know" Kallua raise his hands in mock surrender "I won't interfere with both of you"
Killua nodded as he thought, Kallua indeed knows what he is thinking and catching his intention really quick.
"Yeah" Killua said while he grip his fists "At least if we could pass this, I would be one step away in catching you"
Kallua blinks in surprise before gives a small smile as he sees Killua takes out his outer layer of clothing. All this time, it was him who keeps trying to reach his father. Who would have thought, his father now is trying to chase him instead. It feels quite funny to him.
"Alright then, I will leave for my own business. I'll see you two later" Kallua said which Killua gives a nod then Kallua goes out of the room.
As Kallua goes to his own room, he could see Kurapika is now walking around. He shrugs and then once he is in his room, he starts to activate his watch and lets out his own ring. Once he wears it, he lets out his aura.

Gon is still feeling frustrated, the hint Kallua gave is still not enough and Killua is not letting Kallua helps her. As she lets out her Nen in frustrated anger, she is surprised to see Kurapika has visit her.
"Kurapika! Are you alright?" Gon asked in concern which Kurapika brushes he is fine and his fever already broke.
Gon could see Kurapika is still not fine as her eyes wavering in concern. But Kurapika tries to change the subject for he wants to know their objective and what are they doing.
After Gon has said everything, Kurapika starts to gives his own short version of his training when he conjure chains where he starts image training. He close his eyes, feel the chains. Draw hundreds, thousands sketch of chains, look at the chains, licked chains..Smelled and listened to the chains which his master told him to do nothing but play with chains all the time.
Gon listens to Kurapika's training with mix of surprise and confusion, especially when Kurpaika starts to describe how his chain hallucination becomes reality the moment the real chain is taken away from him. Once that happened, he is capable of conjuring chain and he learns Ten and Ren, the same training like them.
"I see" Gon nodded as that also didn't help with her own situation but suddenly an idea for her wanting Kurapika to not being occupied with spiders appear "That's right Kurapika, you can become my master. You can point what I'm doing right and wrong"
"I'm sorry but I cannot" Kurapika instantly answered which made Gon's plan crushed.
"My boss will be leaving tomorrow, I'm obligated to accompany her" Hearing that made Gon surprised that Kurapika is leaving YorkNew City but also glad "Also considering Karuze already quit the job.." Kurapika silently grumbles at that " its true that I'm still concern about spiders but its been two days so they might already be gone"
"Yeah, that's a good idea" Gon said, not hiding she is relieved.
" Kallua aside, there is also another person who taught you Nen, right?" Kurapika said, giving idea "I think it's better for you to ask them, not me"
`Wing-Sensei!' Gon thought as she know whom to call now.

In Greed Island, starting from the start point, a woman starts to frantically look lost, seeing someone had unrecognizable data yet capable of entering the server. It was something they never had it happen before. It was legal yet unknown, still, they need to welcome the stranger, just like the procedure. As she opens the gate, seeing long silver haired guy with sapphire eyes walking with calm, ease look.
"You must be surprised, seeing how I arrives here in legal but unknown data" Kallua said in calm tone and let himself not be on guard to make her relaxed " But rests assured, Eeta"
Eeta is now surprised, seeing how this stranger able to know her name.
"This is a long story but are you willing to share it with the other game master?" Kallua knows he takes a huge gamble but consider some of his father family knows him, his mother family should also knows and they do spoils him rotten back in his time so they should be able to help him as he needs it " Like Razor, Elena, List and Dwun. They are here right now, aren't they?"
Eeta is still look lost but her face still have the same complexion of being monotone which Kallua felt better to look rather than his Sensei who is far more monotone.
"Alright" Eeta starts to gives a few typing before then look straight at Kallua "We are listening"

The next day, Kallua looks out for Zepile whom handing him Gon's saving book. Kallua could see the amount is definitely right for Gon to buy back her Hunter License.
"I keep my promise didn't I?" Zepile said, looking satisfied and asking Kallua to give them his regards.
Kallua nodded before then takes out his phone and types few buttons.
"Thanks and see you too" Kallua said shortly and turns away which Zepile made sure before lets out a short sigh before rummaging his pocket for a smoke. Thinking about debt he accumulate for buying the license back and even trying to look cool.
It was then his own phone starts to let out short beep and he just nonchalantly looks and widen his eyes.
"Wha!?" Zepile starts to look at Kallua whom just keep walking and waves his hand in dismissive manner.
The reason why is because there is money transferred to his account from Kallua, 2 billion 5 hundred million jennies which is far more than enough to cover his debt and for him to live of his life without any problems. He also noticed a small note on the transfer.
"Don't act cool when you are not cool"
That made Zepile shook his head, guess Kallua had figured out what he did to cover the rest for getting the license back. In any case, he happily skips as he is now off to pay his debt then have some fun while Kallua just shrugs as he again, change another future.
Kallua meets Leorio and Kurapika as they are on their way to airport without telling Gon and Killua as they are busy with training and Kurapika didn't want to bother them. Melody already meets them in the airport and the two share short farewell.
Leorio then calls Melody, ask her to take care of Kurapika because she is with him and he is worried about Kurapika. Kallua somehow understand, considering he has Karuze, acting as his own brake and inside, he could feel Karuze is now blushing as he thought of that.
Melody recommends career change to Leorio as an excellent teacher if not doctor for Leorio for he has pleasant melody of heartbeat. Soft, expansive and very warm which made Leorio blushes for the compliment and may think about career change.
As the two watch the airship where Kurapika and Melody boarded left, Leorio knew he has to get serious in which Kallua also made sure he did everything he could.
Everything is already in its places, he needs to connect the pieces on his way until the final.
Once they are back, both Gon and Killua surprised though Gon is much more as Kurapika leave without saying goodbye towards them. Kallua then hands out Gon's saving book and gives it back to her whom compliments that Zepile is amazing which Kallua just keep the fact to himself.
Few days later, the screenings finally begins. Kallua and Leorio just hanging out by themselves as Kallua is not taking the screenings. The two spends their time in library as Leorio starts some studying with Kallua at some times teaching Leorio whom just look dumbfounded for a mere 12 year old is teaching him. Leorio truly can't deny that Kallua is truly knowledgeable that he may pass the doctor exam if he wants to.
The moment Killua and Gon finally returns, both Kallua and Leorio throws celebration with Kallua paying as he got the most money after all and his money he won from the casino is still fresh in his saving book. Kallua wants to celebrate in luxury restaurant but three of them insists in nearby restaurants.
The two then takes out their contract and made both Leorio and Kallua reads it as the two had more knowledge for understanding contract. Kallua along with Leorio sees no problems as they sees the important three points.
1. You can't file any claims if you're injured or die.
2. Any items that you bring out of the game belong to Mr. Battera
3. If you clear the game, you will receive 50 billion Jenny as reward
Killua haves a bit problem with number two but Gon is fine with it as she is not looking for item and only want to get closer to Ging. Killua smiles as he is content with it with Leorio look at Gon as if a father look at how much his daughter has grown.
Afterwards, the three parts way with Leorio whom are going to take exam to be doctor.
"Next time we sees you, you'll be a doctor" Gon said which Leorio counters with sweatdropped "Won't that mean we won't see each other for four years?"
"We will clear the game sooner than that" Killua said which Leorio grinned "I wont lose"
With that, after they part ways with Leorio, they part ways momentarily with Kallua at the station for he said he is going for prepare and will be waiting in the game.
Time for the real thing, right Kallua?
Kallua nodded at that as he sees the train his parents boarded has departures. He took out his phone and calls the one he dreaded the most as he heard the voice.
"Everything is ready, I'll see you there...Kall-Chan~"
Once the call ended, Kallua prepares to made his way to Greed Island as he tries to find secluded place, while in his mind, he has everything ready and just lets the flow happen.
`Nothing will fail, I'll make sure that everything will go smoothly. For it is already the time`
That is Kallua's last thought before he instantly goes teleport to Greed Island.
