Chapter 1 "Emerald Dawn"
Welcome to the world of Pokémon, where Humans and Magnificent creatures called Pokémon live amongst Humans, Some are Wild, while others are kept as pets. Some use Pokémon for battles. And when a Trainer turns 11 their journey can start. Our story Follows a young boy named Raymond Starcutter, he turns 11 today. Raymond Lives in Fortree City in the Hoenn Region, his Father Lawrence Starcutter is the Gym leader who specializes in Psychic Pokémon.
Today Raymond promised his friends Maximillian, Archibald, and Wionna to meet them at the lake outside Fortree City.
At the Bridge Raymond waits patiently for his friends to show. "Haha, I made it Carvy" said a roughed up looking boy with a Bandanna around his head and torn clothes, the Carvannah at his side leapt with joy, "And I made it before Maxie!"
"Don't count your Torchics before they Hatch,right Numey?"
"Numel!" Cried the Numel beside A boy in a red overcoat and glasses. "Always eager Archie" Raymond sighed "Wionna should be here, I wonder-"
"Here I am!" Wionna said as she gracefully landed on the bridge and a Swablu perched on her shoulder.
"Finally 11, soon I'll have to face my dad, but not until i collect 5 badges, still i have to go to professor Beech's place to get my starter"
"Speaking of" said Archie, setting his foam plate filled with cake crumbs down, the three friends pulled out wrapped gifts from behind their backs and handed them to Raymond.
From Archie he got a Backpack filled with months of supplies for the long trip to Littleroot. Maxie got him a sleek badge case. And Winnoa got him a special stone pair called a Mega stone and a Gardevoirite from A region called Kalos. "To bring you luck" she said to him "I found it at the Lilycove Department store." And Raymond headed to Lilycove waving to his friends as he departed. "Hope to see each other again" he whispered.
