set around the trials of apollo, the timeline is a bit off but I wanted the characters there
"Jason!"
The son of Poseidon whooped with childish glee as he ran to Cabin One.
"C'mon, superman, get out here!" He broke off abruptly, spluttering as he was showered in snow. Jason and Piper grinned down at him from the cabin's roof.
"Hey!" He shook the snow out of his messy hair. Percy scooped up a snowball and launched at his friends. It sailed up, and they easily dodged.
The son of Jupiter hopped casually off the roof, suspended in midair. Piper grabbed his hand and the winds lowered the two of them to the ground.
"Cheating!" He accused.
"We did not. You used your powers in the water balloon fight last week too!"
Percy scowled. "Fine. Let's get the others." The three half-bloods ran off.
"Annabeth!"
"Annabeth!"
"Wise girl!"
The daughter of Athena opened the door, looking amused. "Yeah?"
"Let's go!"
She laughed, gray eyes sparkling. "All right, Seaweed Brain. Calm down."
Percy tried to pull her outside. She slapped his hand away. "Let me get ready first! I'll meet you in a minute." She closed Cabin Six's door before they could protest.
"Hmph." They moved on to Cabin Nine.
"Leeeeeoooooo!"
The door burst open. Leo charged out, pulling Calypso with him. "Yeah! Snow!"
"Now what?"
"Nico!"
Percy ran to Cabin Thirteen, the others following.
"Come out, Neeks!"
"No," the son of Hades called from inside.
Jason wrenched the door open. "Nico, get out here or we're getting Will."
"I don't care."
The son of Jupiter huffed. "Pipes, come on."
The two demigods stepped inside. Percy barged in after them, trailing snow.
"We have a charmspeaker! Surrender or, uh…" he trailed off. "Or surrender! Nico, come on."
"Oh, fine," he relented, grabbing his coat and following them out. They grinned triumphantly.
"Okay, let's go!"
The group wandered out into the open.
"Where's Annabeth?"
Percy looked around. "Umm…"
"There!" Leo shouted. The daughter of Athena waved at them from outside the dining pavilion. They sprinted to her, armed with snowballs. Jason flew overhead, carrying a mound of snow.
"Annabeth!"
As they reached the pavilion, Jason called out, "Wait!"
It was too late. The other campers were already drenched in snow- well, except for Leo, who burst into flames and melted it all off.
Percy had tripped and fallen face-first in the snow.
The others were covered in white all over. Nico and Calypso, the only ones who had listened, only had a light dusting on their hair and clothes.
Annabeth stood in front of them, smirking with satisfaction. She helped Percy to his feet.
"H-h-how?" he spluttered, attempting to brush off the snow. She gestured to the dining pavilion's roof.
Several demigods were perched there, including Malcolm, Nyssa, Miranda, Billie, Cecil, Conner, the Victor twins, and Sherman. Hidden from everyone but Jason overhead, each of them held a large bin, tub or basket, scrounged from all over the camp. Perfect containers for them to pack with snow.
Ivy twisted around the pavilion's marble columns. Miranda tossed her bin to the ground and touched the vines, which wound around her wrists and secured her as she climbed down.
The other campers did the same, with the Demeter kids' help. As the containers fell, Percy grabbed one and filled it to the brim. "Yes!"
Demigods ran forwards in a mad rush to get them.
Percy turned, searching for Annabeth, when-
A snowball hit him right in the face. The son of Poseidon came up spluttering for the third time that day.
"What- how- Annabeth!" he exclaimed, as she reappeared in front of him, Yankees cap in one hand and a snowball in the other. He ran forwards and she disappeared again.
"Too slow, Seaweed Brain!" she laughed. Percy chased after her voice as snow flew and chaos ensued all over Camp Half-Blood.
