this one-shot is set after the trials of Apollo, just a random idea I had.

The rest of the Olympians watched in amusement as the Big Three gods squabbled over a board game.

They'd all gathered for a 'family night,' introduced by Hestia. They all came, but only because no one wanted to disappoint her.

"The oath was ridiculous anyways, I'm the only one who actually kept it!" Hades exclaimed.

"Um, no. There's been what, five kids born after the oath?" Poseidon counted on his fingers. "Percy, Thalia, Nico, Bianca, Jason, and Hazel. Six, and three of them were yours!"

"Nico, Bianca, and Hazel were all born before the oath, that doesn't count! Your kids, however, do."

Zeus protested. "It still counts, they were alive after we all swore it! They should have been dead!"

"You can't talk, Thunderpants. You broke it first. Twice! With the same woman!"

"No I didn't! Jason is Jupiter's!"

"By that logic, Hazel isn't mine!"

"You still have Thalia though," Poseidon interceded.

"And you've got Perseus!"

"Yeah, and he saved your sorry butt twice so don't complain!"

Apollo snickered at that, nudging Hermes. Even Athena was smiling, though she tried to hide it. Hera and Demeter covered their mouths to stop themselves from laughing, and Hermes was doubled over in a fit of silent giggles.

"This is nonsense…" Hades moved his game piece. "Ha, take that Zeus!"

The king of the gods scowled, his hair crackling with electricity. "You cheated!"

"It's a board game! I didn't cheat!"

A blast of lightning struck the game board, charring a hole in the middle.

"Hey!"

"If Hades' kids don't count, then Zeus broke our oath more."

"What? Nonsense!"

"You broke it first, and you had two kids!"

"So?"

Hades interrupted. "You made me swear your stupid oath and then you both went and broke it!"

All three gods suddenly went still as Hestia walked over. "Are you arguing again?"

"No," they chorused.

Hestia smiled. "Then I'll leave you to play."

The brothers stayed silent as she left. None of them, ever, wanted to annoy the eldest but kindest of the siblings.
