Hope for the Broken

Sorry again guys! I was gonna update last week but I ended up having to take an emergency trip to the doctor...I wasn't happy. So I've been sick all week and am just now in the mood to work on a chapter. Still feeling puny so forgive me if this chapter is either too short or not as good. Although I think I did a pretty good job considering. Anyway enjoy!

Many Game Player: Sorry this isn't longer.

After driving for a while we arrive at a path that should lead us to where we're going. Simmons gets out some GPS device and he takes lead. We follow him on the path with the Bots following in behind. After what seems like forever and countless "Are we there yet's", Simmons says,"Gotta be around here somewhere."

After he says that we find ourselves standing in from of a temple of some sort, with the biggest doorway I've ever seen on any building structure. It's quite a beautiful piece of architecture to be honest. We run up to it and up to the entrance. It's pretty tall so Mikaela and I had to get help from the guys to pull us up.

Once inside Sam says,"It's here somewhere guys."

"Oh yeah? Why? Cause we're trusting grandpa blackbird who doesn't even know what planet he's on?" Leo asks.

"In his defense this is the biggest doorway I've ever seen in my entire life." Simmons adds.

"Oh ok, well that's great. Let's do a quick search alright. Uhhh nope. Ever crossed your mind that archeologists have been here before? There's nothing here." Leo argues.

I feel my expression start to fall at the realization that he may be right.

"Life is heartbreak. Despair kid. Sometimes you get to the end of the rainbow and the leprechauns went and booby trapped it." Simmons exclaims.

"What do you know? You live with your mother." Leo retorts.

"This isn't over." Sam mutters.

I'm having a hard time believing it but I have to have faith. "I agree. We didn't go through all this crap for nothing." I add.

"It is over. It's done." Leo states.

"Why we still listenin to y'all's punk a-? What chu done fur us excep ding my rear?" Mudflap asks angrily.

"Kill Megatron how bout dat?" Skids asks while advancing towards his brother.

"Well he didn't get da job done right cause he's back." Mudflap retorts while advancing as well.

"You scared?" Skids asks.

"Scared? Yea. Of your ugly face!" Mudflap says while shoving Skids.

"I'm ugly? We're twins you stupid genius!" Skids retorts while shoving him back.

Soon a fight is brought out and the two are rolling and flipping and hitting each other any way they can. Soon Skids is flipped over his brother, but lands on his peds.

We're all trying to get them to stop but it does little good. Once these two get to fighting there's no stopping them.

Then Skids takes Mudflap and flings him at the wall behind Sam. Thankfully Sam jumps out of the way in time to avoid being part of the artwork.

Mudflap gets back up while the two insult each other. Mudflap runs at Skids and tackles him towards the ground. Only problem is that it's where I'm standing.

I start to move but am suddenly grabbed by a giant hand and pulled from the danger zone. I look and see that it's Bee who pulled me away, obviously since he's the only other bot here who can pick me up. "Thanks Bee." I say to him.

He nods his head and whirrs at me. He then places me on the floor by the others and walks over to the twins. He grabs one by the scruff with each hand, bangs their heads together, and then tosses them outside. Bee looks quite proud of himself.

Suddenly I hear a faint noise that sound like the wind, but there isn't a breeze. I look over at the wall Mudflap hit and see a cracked dent in it where the cobwebs over it look like its breathing.

We rush over and Sam bends down to inspect. Simmons pulls a piece of the wall away to reveal metallic fingers with familiar looking glyphs on them.

I bend down with Sam and run my hand over the symbols. I look to Sam with a grin and he give me one right back. "We found it! That old coot was right!" I exclaim happily.

Sam then turns to Bee and says,"Bee! Shoot it."

We get out of the way and huddle at the entrance in order to avoid getting sucked into the air tight hole. Once Bee has shot it we come back and each climb into the hole.

We take out our flashlights and look around and see what can only be the bodies of the Primes. I look around in amazement as I say,"I can't believe it. It's the Primes. It's the original Primes."

"Well believe it Guardian." Wheelie states.

"Wow. The tomb of the Primes." Simmons mutters. "Yo!...yo!"

"If this were a scary movie a creature would have just come out and ate us thanks to that." I joke.

"If I'm lucky it would eat you first." He retorts quickly.

"Wow. Not bad Chia Pet. Finally catching on huh?" I ask.

Suddenly I see something sparkling in the light and I look over and see a servo on the ground with something sitting peacefully in its hands. We all walk over and kneel down and see what can only be the Matrix. For some reason I can't help but stare at it in awe.

Sam slowly moves his hands towards it and when it's in his hands he slowly lifts it up. He's doing good until...it turns to stares at the dust in shock.

I stare at it like I've lost a friend, and in a way I have because I consider Optimus my friend and the only thing that could probably bring him back is gone.

"Thousands of years and turned to dust." Simmons mutters.

"No no. This isn't how it's supposed to end." Sam mutters in shock and confusion.

Suddenly the sound of jets fills the air and Simmons asks,"You hear that?" He and Leo then runs towards the exit to investigate.

"You can't bring him back guys there's nothing left." Mikaela says.

Sam then stands as he says,"Look! Look around you. We didn't just go through everything we went through for no reason at all just to have it end like this. There is a reason that we are here. The voices and the the symbols in mine and Averie's head lead us here for a purpose."

Sam then bends down and takes off his shoe and then sock and slips his shoe back on. He then bends down and starts scooping up the dust and putting it in his sock. He looks up at me and says,"Averie help me."

I squat down and start scooping up the dust too and putting it in his sock.

"Everyone after us because of what we know but what I know is that this is gonna work." Sam states.

"How do you know it's gonna work?" Mikaela asks.

"Because I believe in it." Sam replies. He then turns to me and asks,"What about you Averie? Do you believe?"

"We couldn't have had all this happen to us for no reason. The symbols meant something and I wanna find out what. So, let's go get Optimus back." I Say determinably.

They smile at me and Sam ties the sock so the dust won't spill out and we make our way to the exit. Once outside Simmons calls us over. When we reach him Simmons asks,"You think you can bring him back to life with that pixie dust?"

"Absolutely. Let's go." Sam says.

We all get inside of Bees alt mode and are off towards the direction of where Lennox and the Bots should be. Just the thought of seeing everyone brings a smile to my face, Jazz especially.

Suddenly we see what looks to be a flare shoot up into the sky, signaling where Lennox and his team is. "That's them right there." Sam says.

"Right over there!" Simmons points to it.

Out of nowhere missiles fire at us. They hit the ground around us, making the dirt stir. This can mean only one thing...the Decepticons have found us.

Suddenly Leo starts to cry and frantically exclaim,"Oh God please! Oh Please!"

"Leo stop freaking out!" Mikaela states.

"Shut this guy up huh?!" Simmons adds.

"Please just let me live! Just let me live! Just let me live!" Leo continues.

"Alright that's it!" Simmons exclaims as he takes out his taser and puts it to Leo's neck, shocking him and making him loose consciousness.

Simmons pulls back and says,"Can't take that guy anymore."

More shots then come at us and we see Starscream land by us and continue shooting, making huge dirt clouds.

"Hide in the dust! Use the dust!" Simmons yells.

The bots do just that as soon we loose Starscream. Bee stops and we get out.

"We gotta split up. Bee your gonna be the decoy. You lead the Decepticons away alright? I'm gonna get Optimus." Sam says.

"I'll draw their fire with Huey and Duey there." Simmons says while pointing to the twins. "You get to those soldiers. I hope that dust works for you kids."

We give a nod of understanding to one another and me, Sam, and Mikaela take off running in the direction of the soldiers in hopes that this dust will bring Optimus back.

I know this is short and I'm sorry for that but I wanted to cut off here so the fight scene is in the next one. I promise once I'm feeling better I'll make it longer. Just gotta get over this crud! Anyway catch ya later. Love y'all lots!
