Hello everyone, since I received such positive feedback from the last chapter I thought that I would release another chapter that details King's exploits. This mainly focuses on the fallout from the Boros fight.

So enjoy!

The S-class rank 16 Hero "Demon Cyborg" Genos empathetically sighed as Amai Mask left. Amai Mask had just disposed of the captured aliens and declared that his deed as the fulfilment of "justice."

Genos looked at the A-class hero with a mix of understanding and pity. Before he had met his master, Genos had too been filled with a raging fire that demanded he kill every monster in the name of justice.

But his master had taught him that it wasn't the right path. All it showed was that the cyborg wasn't ready, he had been too immature to make proper judgements.

Genos assumed that Amai Mask had also gone through a traumatic experience in order to become so fixated on justice, just as he had. Genos had a stray thought that reminded him that he hadn't seen his master at all since the S-class heroes convened at the Hero Association HQ.

Perhaps Saitama had taken down the ship with the help of King? If it was so, then that was where his teacher would be. Genos blasted forwards in the direction of the demolished spaceship, leaving behind his fellow S-class heroes.

"Ahh, I want to go after my handsome muffin!" The naked Puri Puri Prisoner declared while cupping his hands under his chin like a schoolgirl idolizing their crush. He prepared to follow Genos when Bang spoke up.

"Leave him, he has gone to find his teacher. We'll let him have this intimate moment."

The naked hulking man pouted in disappointment.

Genos covered the distance and arrived next to the floating Tatsumaki just in time to see a large section of the ship torn through.

Out of the enormous hole on the side of the ship, Saitama and King strolled out of the leisurely, both gesturing animatedly and talking about a… fighting game?

Genos gaped at the enormous cavity that they had just created. It was no small feat to damage this ship, it was made of an unknown material that was incredibly durable. Next to the cyborg, the floating heroine floated down and stepped onto the ground before approaching King and Saitama.

"King, well done, as I expected you have not let down my expectations and managed to successfully destroy the monsters' ship. As expected of the man I respect," Tatsuamki said imperiously.

"Yes…" Genos saw that the S-class hero paused in order to deliver the most impact in the following words. "The captain of the ship was truly a difficult opponent. I would not have managed to beat him without the help of Saitama." King gestured to Genos' bald-headed teacher.

So he too was aware of his sensei's immeasurable power? As expected of the man with the title of strongest.

"Him!" Tatsumaki screeched, "that bald-headed chump!"

King didn't reply. Instead, he merely stared at Tatsumaki, his eyes boring holes into her.

Genos felt it was his duty to defend his master's name. "Tatsumaki, master Saitama has more power in his pinky than you do in your entire body. Don't insult my master!"

However, at the same time master didn't take the insult lying down. "Shut up kid! Go find your parents, they're probably worried."

"Shut up old man, I'm twenty-eight years old."

"Old man?! I'm only twenty-five!"

"Ha, then I'm your elder! Apologize at once!"

Saitama laughed dismissively. "Pfft, little girl don't lie, the adults are talking."

Genos' comment had been ignored, as expected of the most powerful heroes.

"Why you!'' The petite hero yelled shrilly, huge blocks of rubble started levitating threateningly. "You want to fight now?"

"I don't hit little girls," Saitama declared disdainfully.

"Grhhh," The green-haired girl gritted her teeth, the noise was audible to all who were in the vicinity. The rubble started to fly at his sensei, but King destroyed it telekinetically ending the would-be fight.

"Enough!" The one word that left the intimidating hero's mouth shut down the esper.

"Sheesh, whatever." The green-haired hero pouted. "Anyway was that gigantic king-knight thingy the legendary King Engine?"

Once again King didn't reply, but his expression showed his answer. Genos was amazed at how many responses one look could convey.

"Well, I have to say that this is the first time I saw the King Engine and it certainly didn't disappoint. I knew my respect wasn't misplaced." The strongest esper in the world declared arrogantly.

Genos too admired King as well. Perhaps he was on the same level as Master Saitama. Genos had no doubt that his teacher was one of the strongest men alive, but perhaps King rivalled him in power.

No, looking back it was obvious that they were equals by their casual conversation.

"So how quickly did it take to eradicate the enemy leader? The aliens were worthless and not worth a fight." Tatsumaki inquired childishly

King didn't respond, instead, he simply walked on, Saitama by his side.

"Mou-ou don't ignore me!" The tsundere squealed adorably, her cheeks puffing out.

"Help fix the city," King ordered gravely instead of answering her question.

"Don't presume to command me! But I'll help because it's the right thing to do..." She said.

The girl known as the feared Tornado of Terror certainly wasn't living up to her reputation at the moment. Genos laughed quietly as he followed King and his teacher.

Superalloy Darkshine stared in shock at the sky. Earlier due to the arrival of Metal Knight and Amai Mask, he hadn't taken the time to survey the fallout. But now that they had gone, he looked up and the results were tremendous.

Despite the fact that a large part of the city was destroyed the weather which had previously been incredibly dark and gloomy had been completely changed. There was not a cloud in sight, the sun was shining and most importantly the moon had been completely altered.

Even though it was barely visible, you could clearly see that the moon which was previously spherical now had a huge dent in the side of it. And only two people that Darkshine knew of had the capability to do such a feat.

The S-class rank 1 hero Blast and the S-class rank 7 hero King. And since Blast was evidently absent from the battlefield then it must have been King. The bodybuilder was shocked, it was evident from the circumstantial evidence that the huge kingly avatar that towered over the ship must have been the legendary King Engine.

For the Strongest Man Alive to manifest his King Engine for such a long period of time and reveal it to the world, spoke volumes for the unseen battle that took place on top of the ship. But for it to change the weather and destroy the surface of the moon, proved just how strong the enemy was.

Superalloy Darkshine was truly glad that King's humbleness (because that's what it must have been) had been called out by Tatsumaki. Otherwise, who knew what would have happened had The Strongest Man Alive walked away.

He had no doubt that even Tatsumaki for all of her strength, wouldn't have been able to perform such a feat. Because if the mere side effects from their battle had created such a huge crater on the moon, then who knew how dangerous the real fight had been.

King thought that perhaps the leader may have been at the unheard Disaster Level-God, for a monster to cause such destruction was extraordinary.

There had never been a recorded God-level threat so this battle was sure to promote King to the rank he deserved. Darkshine estimated that he would either receive S-class rank 1 or rank 2.

The only reason King was ranked as seventh, was due to each monster dying before the intimidating hero's true strength was revealed. As a result, no evidence was shown and King was given a lesser rank than he deserved.

"Darkshine my friend are you alright?" The muscular hero's thoughts were interrupted suddenly, as he turned around and saw the S-class hero "Silverfang" hunched over behind him.

"I'm sorry for not paying attention, I was just thinking about the ramifications of today." He apologized to the elder hero.

"Very understandable, it is not every day that you experience such a life-changing event."

"Yes…" The muscular hero replied absent-mindedly. "I'm just wondering how we are to compete with such superhuman beings such as King or Tatsumaki? How are we to be heroes if they are the standard?"

"By never forgetting why we're here- to help the less fortunate," The experienced hero replied wisely.

"It's fine," Atomic Samurai who was listening added as he placed a comforting hand on Darkshine's broad shoulder. "We'll keep training and getting stronger. It may take lots of effort and many decades but eventually, we'll reach their level. Don't give up!" The sword-wielding hero declared confidently.

"And don't forget that you are S-class! You aren't weak by any means! Though I better be off, got to check up on Iaian. See ya later!" The swordsman turned around and raised his hand in a gesture of farewell as he walked towards the horizon.

"Do you want some tea Darkshine? We can drink in my dojo."

"I do." The tall hero replied hesitantly. With that, the two heroes left the scene.

Puri Puri Prisoner stood next to his fellow hero "Metal Bat" Bad and tried to embrace the young man, who easily shrugged off his attempts.

"Cut that out, you pervert!" The delinquent roared.

Puri Puri Prisoner pouted slightly but refused to give up. " You may put up a rough demeanour but I know there's a lonely child inside of you that just wishes for a hug. And I shall help you!"

With that said, the naked man leapt at the red-clad hero and promptly received a metal bat to the face. "Don't touch me!"

"But you're practically begging me to!"

"No, I'm not! And put some clothes on, I don't want to see that!"

"What? Why? All men wish to see my angelic body and admire it!"

"You run around exposing your disgusting body like that to the entire world?!" The pompadour wearing boy asked menacingly.

"Of course! How else will the lovely boys receive my love?"

"You!" The teenage hero's eye twitched. "So \ you're polluting my pure Zenko's eyes with your disgusting body! I'LL KILL YOU!"

Bad swung his bat at the naked hero, who only narrowly managed to dodge.

"Oya Oya," he put his hands up defensively, "I don't know who this Zenko is!"

"Don't you dare say her name you filth!" Puri Puri prisoner was caught up in a flurry of blows that resulted in him counter-attacking. This sent the red-clad hero flying. With Metal bat's insane protective streak showing, it was not hard for the naked hero to understand who he was talking about.

"Ah, you're talking about your famous sister. Fear not Metal Bat-chan! I am not attracted to girls. But you're totally my type!"

"As long as you don't mess with my sister, leave me alone!" The short-tempered hero replied angrily.

Puri Puri decided to change the subject, "King-chan's pretty strong, right?"

"I don't care, I'm leaving." Metal Bat declared and strolled off.

'That kid really needs to calm down' The escaped convict thought to himself. He looked up at the destroyed ship in awe. 'But King really is amazing. That power, that kindness that conviction! He really is a marvellous hero."

King, Saitama and Genos all sat in the S-class hero's apartment. King and the bald hero were playing a generic fighting game on King's game console inside the living room, while Genos watched the two play.

"Master, who did you fight while on the ship?" Genos inquired curiously while his sensei and the other S-class hero clashed. The young cyborg hadn't received any answers pon the way home, instead, his master and King continued to discuss their video game exploits.

Genos had been surprised when he discovered on the walk home that King and Saitama were indeed talking about video games and not about their clash with the aliens' leader.

"Can't speak Genos, too busy." The bald-headed hero replied tersely.

"He was an alien conquer called Boros. He told us that he was known as the strongest warrior in the universe. Even I would rate him as one of the strongest enemies I have ever encountered." King responded casually, it was evident to Genos that the S-class hero was not putting any effort into the game.

"Arhh!" Saitama shouted in frustration as his muscly demon character died yet again to his opponent's cute magical girl. Once again King beat his master in the game. The controller was crushed as King's new friend lost control over his immense strength.

"Really?" Genos asked curiously. "How did you beat him?"

"With my conviction and power, as well as your teacher's raw physical prowess." Despite all the rumours around King, he was surprisingly forthcoming.

Due to his sensei's tight-lippedness over his path to power, Genos felt the need to ask his master's equal about his own path. "How did you get as strong as you are?"

"With many years of laborious training," King replied casually ending Genos' attempt at questioning him.

"Here's another one." King handed another controller to his friend. The broken controller was placed on the destroyed controller pile in the corner.

"Oh, thanks." The yellow-clad hero said gratefully while rubbing the back of his head, "I'm really sorry."

"It's fine." King had a large stockpile of controllers. Every time a new controller was released, be it a limited edition version or simply a newer model, the gaming prodigy bought it.

He had so much money from the Hero Association that he had no idea what to spend it on. As a result, he had a whole room just decked with gaming equipment and merchandise. This resulted in him having a large surplus of consoles and controllers so he wasn't bothered by Saitama's hands of destruction.

"How about I go easy on you? I'll only use three fingers and the weakest character. That should offset the skill gap."

"Don't look down on sensei!" Genos demanded. But at the same time, Saitama said: "Sure, alright."

As King and Saitama started the new match, Genos continued his line of questioning regarding the fight on the spaceship as if his outburst never happened. "Wait so how did the battle go down?"

"We fought a bit, I activated my King Engine and Saitama fought Boros as well. We got pushed back, Saitama was sent to the moon but we eventually defeated him."

"...Huh." Genos was shocked at the sheer scale of the battle. It was clear to him that he was nowhere near his master and King's level. He would need to ask Dr Kusano for more upgrades.

"Grahhh!" Saitama yelled as he lost once more, the controller breaking again and being tossed into the pile.

I have to say that I was quite unsatisfied with this chapter but I really wanted to get it out. I have managed to write up chapter 3 that needs to go under some editing but soon enough should be up.
