Warning: This is a crossover between the original Teen Titans and Teen Titans Go and a sequel to the movie. If you hate either one (most likely TTG) I suggest you read something else.
The Teen Titans we all know and love were packing up to go to the land everyone hates… The Go version of Jump City.
"I can't believe we are going back." Robin sighed.
"But we must, if the Teen Titans are split apart like Larry said, their world could be in trouble." Cyborg said.
"I know… But we have to see… Them again…" Robin sighed.
"Do you not want to see our friends again?" Starfire asked.
"Not really, especially the kid who looks like me… But you're right, they will need our help." Robin said, he took the Worlogog from where he had hid it and used it to jump to the next universe.
1 year earlier.
In the universe of Teen Titans Go. Robin heard the crime alert go off.
"Titans Go!" Robin commanded. But all the titans didn't oney his command. "Are you deaf?! I said Go!"
"No, I think you should be doing the going!" Starfire spat.
"What do you mean? We're a team!" Robin said.
"Well, we are tired of you pushing us around, brah." Beast Boy scoffed.
"We should get a new leader, one who doesn't tell us what to do." Raven said.
"But… But…" Robin stuttered. "You're nothing without me! You admitted it yourselves!"
"That was so last year, we don't need you anymore." Cyborg shook his half robotic head.
The titans pushed him through the window and the ground below him turned into a black void.
"NO!" Robin shouted. He woke up in his room. It was just a nightmare, but could it really happen? "Nah."
But Robin saw the four titans huddled in a corner.
"We can't let him know." Raven said.
"Yeah, he could ruin it for everyone… As usual." Beast Boy said.
"What are you guys doing?" Robin asked.
"Nothing!" The four titans grinned sheepishly.
"Well, it doesn't sound like nothing." Robin said suspiciously. He then felt a tickle in his nose, he sneezed and blue dust disappeared, revealing a door. "That was never here before."
"Don't go in there! It's private!" Cyborg panicked.
"Why don't you want me to know?" Robin asked.
"It's nothing you should know about!" Raven glared.
"Why?" Robin asked.
"Nothing that involves you." Beast Boy said, but Robin saw the sweat.
"So… It has something to do with me? Robin asked. The titans looked scared, Robin knew it.
"I know…" The Titans eyes widened. "You're planning a mutiny! Just like my old team did!"
"Wait, what?" Beast Boy gasped.
"No No No!" Cyborg panicked.
"That's not the at all what we were the thinking!" Starfire protested.
"The truth is we were-" Raven started.
"Trying to get rid of me! You don't like me anymore! Because I'm always bossing you around and stuff!" Robin shouted.
"No, the truth is we were setting up a surprise party!" Starfire said.
"Nice try but it isn't my birthday!" Robin scoffed.
"It was for the anniversary of when we became a team!" Cyborg said.
"Then why leave me out of it?" Robin shouted.
"Because, you're the leader, we wanted to surprise you." Starfire said.
"Really?" Robin asked.
"Yeah, you're the most important member." Beast Boy said, as he put a party hat on Robin.
Robin felt a little bad for accusing them, but he mostly cared about the party.
"In that case… Titans! Go! PARTY!" Robin said happily. The titans cheered.
Present
It all started with arguing over who left the milk out, then a few more petty arguments happened, until the fights ended up getting physically and verbally harsh and Robin got the worst of it. The titans started blaming him for what has been happening.
"This is your fault!" Beast Boy yelled at Raven.
"Mine? It's yours! Or maybe Cyborg's." Raven retorted.
"I think we should be able to tell who really has the blame." Starfire said.
"Robin." They all said at once.
A few hours later Robin saw the four of them huddled up again.
"Titans, this isn't really the best time for a surprise party." Robin sighed. "Let's just get it over with."
When he looked in, he was horrified by what he saw, a doll that looked like him with pins in it and stuffing falling out, a photo of him with darts and a poster that said "Mutiny."
"What is going on?!" Robin asked.
"We are very sorry, friend Robin." Starfire said.
"But this is for the good of our team." Raven said.
"For weeks, we haven't been able to see eye to eye because all you have been doing lately is keeping us apart." Cyborg said angrily.
"Guys, we can talk about this." Robin said.
"Sorry, but it's time for you to the go." Starfire glared. Robin's worst fears have come true.
"But…" the four pointed to the door and Robin slowly walked away with his head down.
Two weeks later, present
Go Robin was a shadow of his former goofy self. Nobody liked him anymore, not his adoptive father, not his team mates, not even his cooler counterpart. The only people who probably still cared, his parents, were dead.
"Robin" He heard his mom calling.
"Robin." He heard his dad. Then he saw them, they were standing right there, looking concerned.
"Mommy! Daddy! Your baby is coming!" Robin's eyes were full of tears, he embraced his parents, they were back… and they were skinnier, more muscular. He looked up, instead, he saw his 2003 counterpart, looking straight down at him.
"Well, that wasn't the reaction I was expecting." TT Robin said stoically.
"Oh… It's you, Mr. Superior." TTG Robin said sarcastically. "Go ahead and mock me."
"I'm not here for that, we need to bring your team back together." TT Robin said.
"Forget it… It's my fault they fell apart in the first place." TTG Robin facepalmed.
TT Robin didn't say it, but he believed the smaller Robin. He never seemed like a good leader, what really shocked him was his tone and admitting he was wrong. He sounded like… Him.
"Hey, just come with me. I'm sure we can fix this." TT Robin took his counterpart's small hand.
"Fine…" TTG Robin sighed.
