I'm SO sorry this took so long. I don't really have an excuse but I should let you guys know I'm extremely lazy so I will try to upload again asap but it could be a while.I also get a new computer so I lost my account for a little while and I've been really occupied with school. On another note, I have seen that people like Linny so I'm trying to include it with. Also I am so thankful for everyone who even just skimmed my story. I am truly grateful. I own everything.

Chapter 4: Percy's Pegasus

[Ginny POV]

My fifth class of the day was Care of Magical Creatures with the Ravenclaws. Some of the other students were there when I arrived at Hagrid's hut, including Luna. I went to go talk to her but for some reason something felt different. It was still the same Luna Lovegood with her cute radish earrings, and her beautiful blue-gray eyes, and her soft blonde hair. What the heck, what was wrong with me. I felt something while looking at her that wasn't there before. I knew I have felt this way before but I didn't know why or when I had. I got nervous at the thought of speaking to her. Now I recognized it, it was the same way I felt towards Harry before he broke up with me. Did this mean I had a crush on Luna, I'm pretty sure it did. I would probably choke up talking to her so I waited by myself until class started.

Hagrid had some fruit layed out in front of where we were standing. He called some creatures over. They were beautiful. A bunch of different colored horses with wings, there were about seven. One really stood out from the rest. It was a very deep black with even darker hair. Hagrid started, (pretend it sounds like Hagird), "As your first day of class this year, I have a treat for you guys, I found some pegasi."

"They are very rare and interesting creatures, especially the black ones. As you can see there is only one black out of the six pegasi. Now would anyone like to meet one," All of the girls and most of the boys raised their hands, and my eyes drifted over to Luna again.

I was distracted by her so I only heard Hagrid say," an' this one's Nightmare," as he pointed at the black one.

Hagrid chose the first six students to fly, but before anyone could reach a pegasus, Percy walked by. Nightmare quickly galloped over to him, while the others kneeled. Percy looked at Nightmare knowly as he neighed. (Blackjack was saying,"Hey boss, can you give me some donuts please?")

"No,Blackjack. No donuts. And I told you to stop calling me boss" Huh, what was that all about. It was like Percy could understand what Nightmare was saying. And why did Percy call Nightmare, Blackjack.

Hagrid seemed to read my mind because he said,"Er...Percy, his name is Nightmare."

"I'm pretty sure his name is Backjack, as he's mine."

"Wait, you own a pegasus. They're supposed to be really rare."

"I didn't know that they were rare, they always just seem to come to me. Horses and pegasus and animals like that seem to call me master," Wait, what? I was in utter confusion, what did he mean by they all call me master. How did he know that they call him that, if they do.

Percy ended up helping teach CoMC today. It was amazing. I learned so many things about pegasi, but it was still fun. I missed some things, as my attention was mainly on Luna. Then Percy showed us some moves. He hopped on Blackjack and started flying. He did some crazy cool maneuvers, even some loop-dee-loops. He landed looking even happier than before. Then we started flying. I was placed on a white pegasus with the help of Hagrid. Once the seven had riders they took off. Percy showed us how to stay on while flying. Then he gave orders to the pegasi. After about 5 minutes of flying we got down. The next group went up. I didn't really focus on them again until Luna went up. She got on one that matched her hair perfectly. She was fairly good at flying, well at least better than all the other students. He landed and class was over. Thankfully, Hagrid said there was no homework. Luna and I walked to the next class together only splitting up when she reached the DADA room. I let her talk, afraid I would ramble or stumble over my words if I started.

This line break is watching tiktoks for hours on end

[Luna pov]

As I walked to class I thought. Ginny was acting weird. We would usually hang out all class but she wouldn't even talk to me. Is she avoiding me, no it can't be, must be the wrackspurts messing with her head. It would be a real bummer if she was doing it on purpose, considering I've had a massive crush on her since fifth year.

"Well this is me" I stopped at the DADA classroom with Ginny. I went inside and she left to go to her next class. I couldn't wait to talk to Percy. I haven't seen him in a year and a half. There is so much to talk about. I heard about a second war, they called it the giant war, from Neville. I feel so bad for Percy, even more so when I discovered he and Annabeth went through tartarus. They only survived because they had each other, it's so sweet. I sat at a desk. Percy and I shared a glance saying all the words we couldn't say in front of the mortals here. After a class discussion we all went to the Room of Requirement

We all filed in, one after the other, waiting for everyone to come in. It took me 15 seconds to realize another one of my camp friends was in the room. I smelt lemons. It was her, it was my camp best-friend.

"ANNABETH" I ran across the room and hugged her. I started rambling under my breath, so only she could hear. "Oh my god how are you here? Why are you here? Are you teaching with Percy? What happened with the giant war? Are you and Percy okay?" Everyone else looked at me like I was a crazy person,like normal. Annabeth hugged me back and promised we'd talk later.

Percy announced we would be learning to fight with weapons. I silently cheered, I love sparring. They did a demonstration, and it was amazing. I'd seen it a million times but it was awesome nonetheless. It was graceful yet harsh. They were evenly matched. In the end Percy won. Then they gave out weapons. I slipped Annabeh my dagger from my pocket, so I could get it back when it was my turn. After about 10 minutes I got it back. I wanted to practice, I'm a little rusty. Even if I'm trained he warned us not to horse around with them and Percy means business when he talks about weapons.

I stayed a little after class. We talked and talked and talked. It was nice talking about camp and demigod stuff. I've only ever been able to talk to Neville about it but we could never be alone, especially because we were in different houses.

Percy and Annabeth asked if I wanted to practice for a little since I had a free period, but I didn't take the offer. It was only the second day but I got an enormous amount of homework. I did say I would come back after school. This is going to be the best year ever

Again sorry this took so long and it's so short. I will start on the next chapter soon. It will probably come out sometime early January, since I have school off for a while
