The next morning the twins got a text from Melissa saying "sorry to spring this on you but I just heard from Scott's doctor this morning he has an opening for you two this afternoon can you make it?"

Ethan texted back "Yeah no problem Deaton is closed on Wednesday except for supernatural business."

Melissa then texted them back "I'm picking Scott up after school do you two want a lift too?"

Scott then texted them "if your riding your bikes you can just follow us too."

Ethan replied to both of them "taking our bikes will follow you when you pick up Scott."

Scott replied back "see you at school"

* - The high school -*

A little while later the twins were by their lockers as Scott walked up and said "sorry about my Mom texting you guys out of the blue like that about the doctor's appointment she only herd from his sectary this morning. Apparently he had a cancelation so he could fit the three of us in. My Mom said if either of you wants her in the room she'll be there."

Aiden then said "I'm fine with her being there if Ethan wants her there."

Ethan then said "do you think he would be ok having Aid and I together?"

Scott said "you can always ask him I don't think he'd care really as your brothers."

Ethan then said "yeah we see each other naked all the time and don't really care."

Scott then said "ok way too much TMI, I don't need to think about you two naked."

Ethan then jokingly said "Why does it turn you on?"

Scott then said "no the opposite actually." Scott looked a little worried that he had just offended Ethan

Ethan then said "don't worry about it I'm ok you didn't offend me by saying I don't turn you on. I get it."

Aiden said "yeah don't worry about it Scott Ethan was just joking with you any way."

Scott nodded as the bell rang for the start of class.

After School Scott's Mom pulled up to pick him up well Stiles whished them luck as he took off in his Jeep, he had a Doctors appointment scheduled for another day. The twins followed Mellissa and Scott on their bikes.

* - The Doctors office -*

Once they got there, the twins stashed their helmets and backpacks in the trunk of Melissa's car.

When they got into the office the doctor asked to speak with the twins in his office first he told them that he likes to do that with new patients that are the age the twins were. After he introduced himself as Dr. Stewart he said to them as he had there medical files open "so I see you two are twins but have different birthdays."

Ethan hen said "yeah I was born at 11:55 pm on July 31st."

Aiden then added "and I was born 12:05 am on August 1st seven minutes after Ethan."

Dr. Stewart then said "that's interesting, twins have always interested me, now I got your medical records a few days ago and I've been looking them over and I will say you two are not the only werewolves who have crossed my door."

The twins looked at each other and back to him as he said "as you may or may not know there are some doctors who know how to deal with werewolves some, generally we aren't emissaries to a pack but we do occasionally have contact with them."

Aiden then said "I take whatever we say to you is in confidence correct?"

The Doctor nodded as Aiden said "even if it concerns someone else?"

The Doctor then said "that depends. Who are we talking about?"

Ethan then said "Melissa knows about us and Scott's one too."

He then said "I see" as he got up and asked Scott and Melissa to come into the office. He then told Scott what he had told the twins. Scott then told him about being bitten and how he was an Alpha now and the twins were in his pack. The Doctor nodded and said to Melissa "if you have any of his other pack members that need to see me just tell the receptionist you need to speak with me personally and I'll get to you if I can." He then turned to Scott and the twins and said "don't worry I won't ever let a hunter know about you."

Scott said "thanks"

The Doctor then said "now which of you wants to go first or I can take all three of you if you like?"

Aiden then turned to Scott and said "we won't look if you don't want us too?"

Scott said "I guess I'm ok with them being in a room with me, after all we have changed together for cross country."

The Doctor said "I'll have the nurse give you gowns if you like."

The three of them said "nah were ok with just underwear"

The doctor then aid "ok tell you what when I need to exam your private area I'll cover you with one anyway ok."

They all nodded as they were lead to the biggest of the exam rooms. The Doctor turned to his receptions and said "would you put Scott's chart with Ethan and Aiden's charts please."

She pulled out Scott's chart and handed it to the nurse who took the three boys into the room and said "Ok take everything off except for your socks and underwear."

Ethan and Aiden both looked at each other and took of their shirts, shoes and pants. They looked at Scott who did the same he felt a little venerable at that moment but realised the twins probably did too. The nurse turned to Scott and said "let's start with your height and weight ok."

Scott got up on the scale as she checked his weight and then she took his height, Ethan was next followed by Aiden. Scott noticed both the twins weighed roughly the same even though Aiden was a few inches taller than him. But then again he did know they both worked out even if they did share a gym membership between them.

Next up she took their blood pressures and then had them read from an eye chart. Ethan jokingly said to "Scott, don't read the last line."

Scott chuckled as he realised that he could read the fine print at the bottom of the chart, and whispered to him "thanks for the tip."

After she had finished with all that the Doctor came back in and checked them over. Once he was finished he filled in the forms for both Scott and Ethan and then turned to Aiden and said "so where's yours then?"

Aiden then said "I'm not really into team sports as much as Ethan is I just want to sit on the sidelines for him."

The Doctor nodded and said "that's ok too. Now are any of you sexually active?"

They all nodded and Ethan said "my boyfriend makes me use a condom." Aiden then said "I use one with my girlfriend too." Scott replied "same here."

The doctor replied "that's good." He then turned to the nurse and asked her to step outside for a second and then turned back to the boys and said "now I'm guessing that Ethan and Aiden are born werewolves correct", he said that in a low voice just in case anyone overheard him. The twins nodded as the doctor then said "so what I'm going to say mainly applies to Scott, just so you know werewolves don't normally get sick often but it does happen every now and then and your pretty much immune to things like STD's and Cancer though. Now you three can get dressed again and I'll just have a little talk with Scott's mom."

The three of them got dressed again as Scott said "that wasn't too bad I didn't know there were Doctors that knew about werewolves."

Ethan said "yeah there are some but they can be hard to find."

Scott then said "do you think he knew the Hales?"

Aiden then said "if he did he wouldn't mention them to you as it would be a breach of Doctor patent confidentiality."

Scott then said "good point but what about you guys mentioning me."

Ethan said "that's different it was something he needed to know and he had asked us if we were werewolves already."

The Doctor and nurse came back in and he said "sorry boys I just realised I need to update you all on some of your shots. Ethan and Aiden unfortunately you guys need three of them. Scott you're lucky you only need one. So who wants to go first?"

Ethan and Aiden looked at each other and took a step back. Scott looked at them and said "of course you two would do that."

All three of them laughed. Scott was given his shot first well the twins looked at each other and said "birth order."

Ethan then stepped up to get his shots first and was flowed by Aiden. After he gave the twins their shots Dr. Stewart then said "now something I forgot to ask during my exam do any of you use drugs?"

Scott said no well the twins looked at each other and nodded before turning back to him and saying "we tried marijuana once..."

Aiden then said "... but didn't really like it..."

Ethan added "...or get anything from it.""

After they had finished their Doctor visit Melissa said to the twins "do you guys want to come over for Pizza? "

The twins nodded and said "yeah sure we can cover it if you need us to."

Melissa then said "that's very nice of you guys but I'm good every now and then Stiles' Dad sends me various gift cards in exchange for feeding him when he ends up at our house." She then turned to Scott and said "speaking of Stiles is he coming over tonight?"

Scott said "yeah he's home with Isaac right now no doubt there coming up with some plan to over throw me or something like that."

Ethan then aid "nah I wouldn't worry about that Isaac doesn't really seem to be the type and I don't think Stiles wants to do anything evil for a while. Now mind you Aiden might be plotting against you."

Aiden then elbowed him hard in the stomach and said "I am not bitch."

Ethan then looked at him and said "what was that for mutt."

Aiden then said "you know what it's for ass."

Ethan said "Ok I'm sorry I accused you of plotting against Scott."

Aiden then said "apology accepted."

Melissa looked at them and said "do you two always fight like that?" as they grabbed there stuff from the truck of her car.

They nodded and said "yeah."

Ethan then said "every now and..."

Aiden then completed the thought by saying "...then, it's just a little sibling rivalry."

* The McCall house - *

When they arrived at Scott's house Isaac and Stiles were a little surprised to see the twins there. Aiden then said "Scott's Mom invited us over for pizza."

Ethan then added "and we never say no to an invite that involves food."

Aiden then said "look I know you find it awkward us being in the pack but we can only apologise so many times and it won't undo what we've done."

Isaac then said "ok it's just I'd like some warning if you guys are coming over ok."

Ethan looked at Scott and said "we're cool with that."

Scott then said "Isaac next time they come over I'll let you know ok."

While they were waiting for the pizzas to arrive Ethan picked up a photo album and started looking at some of the pictures he came across one with two kids with shaved heads and said "who are these two?"

Scott sat down next to him and said "that's Logan and his friend Kyle, Kyle shaved his head when Logan got Leukemia when he was ten just after dad left."

Ethan then said "that sucks a kid we used to know in elementary school got that but he wasn't that lucky he had a type that was hard to beat."

Scott then said "aw man I'm sorry."

Ethan said "don't worry about it. I remember when he told me he was going to die because he wasn't responding to the treatments I told him about how I was a werewolf and if he wanted to I could have my grandfather bite him if he wanted it."

Scott said "how did he take that?"

Ethan said "surprisingly well he actually told me that he didn't want it but he wanted to see what one looked like so I got one of my older cousins to show him because at the time Aid and I couldn't really control it outside of a full moon. He was amazed by it and he swore he'd take our secret with him and he did two days later in his sleep. That morning his parents couldn't wake him up."

Scott and Aiden both put an arm around him and Aiden rubbed his back and said "he misses him every now and then."

Melissa then said "so how old were you when you started shifting?"

They both answered "six," Ethan then said "with born werewolves it's a bit different we start to shift then during the full moon but only learn to control it all the time when you hit puberty and stuff like that."

Scott then said "is it worse when your born one or bitten?"

Ethan said "the first shift is always the worst but born werewolves have it a little easier most of the time."

Aiden then said "some born werewolves have a hard time controlling it though, it took me longer to control it then it did Ethan."

Ethan said "it's probably because I'm a little more calm then he is."

Aiden said "yeah plus I have some anger issues I constantly have to work on. Which being a werewolf doesn't really help with."

Isaac then said "yeah tell me about it."

Aiden raised his eyebrow and said "look I don't want to get mad at you but you make it easy sometimes."

Scott then said "Aiden back off ok. He's kind of nervous around you, can we keep the hostilities to a low."

Aiden replied "I can remain civil if he does."

Isaac said "I'm ok with that to I'll try my best to do it too."

Stiles then said "Do or do not there is no try."

Scott looked at him confused as Stiles said "seriously man we need to watch Star Wars this is just getting old."

Ethan then said "wait Scott hasn't seen Star Wars?"

Scott said "yeah I just haven't really wanted to see it. Stiles keeps offering to show it to me but it's just finding time."

Ethan said "I get it between school, Darachs killing people, Alpha packs, and Nogitsunes it's hard to find time to do anything normal."

Aiden then said "you forgot Dominic Ninjas bro."

Ethan said "I figured that went hand in hand with the Nogitsune but yeah we can add that to the list."

Melissa then said "It sounds so funny to here you guys just list stuff off like that as if it's just a normal day at the office."

Ethan said "yeah it does but even being a werewolf most of what's happened to us the last few months is kind of weird."

Isaac then said "really I thought you guys would be used to this stuff?"

Aiden said "werewolf stuff yeah but the other no it's all new even being Alphas in a pack of Alphas."

Stiles then said "what was that like?"

Aiden said "interesting."

Ethan added "and Dysfunctional. You know how they say too many cooks spoil the broth well the same was true of that. I think most of the time Kali had delusions of grandeur thinking she was second in command or something. Duke let her get away with it because I think she may have been afraid of her a little."

Isaac then said "what about the big guy Enis?"

Aiden then said "he was kind of lost all the time he loved his pack and was really close to them he'd killed them because he was forced to."

Ethan then said "and then there was us the two young pups who killed an Alpha to get out of a bad situation and were promised so much more than just being guard dogs. Sure they treated us like humans but we also didn't get much much of say in things as the others did it was always yes sir no sir."

Aiden then said "we made a mistake hell we made many mistakes but in the end we've always had each other." He then put an arm around Ethan and said "you're rubbing off on me bro; I'm starting to be emotional now."

Ethan said "nah you're just more comfortable around these guys now."

Aiden then said "yeah I guess I am I'm just not used to the touchy felly stuff with guys. Lydia I can handle it with but with a pack it's been awhile."

Stiles then said "ah big bad Aiden looks like he could use a hug." Stiles then put an arm around him and said "I don't think I ever said thanks to you properly for helping save my ass."

Aiden put an arm around him and said "you're welcome and um thanks for asking Scott to let us in the pack."

Stiles replied "you're welcome and you earned it by helping out with all the crap with me. I kind of want to apologise for all that stuff to like you getting stabbed and you too almost killing each other."

Aiden looked at him and said "like I said to Mrs. Yukimura a few nights ago I don't blame you I blame her. She summed the Nogitsune; she hid it and didn't tell anyone about it and she summand the Oni. You were an incent victim in it. Just like how Boyd and Erica were in Deucalion's plans. He had a vendetta of his own and was searching for the perfect pack. I think he just became so obsessed wit it he forgot what it was like to be human, which is something I've kind of learned from Scott again."

Scott said "really?"

Aiden said "yeah really, between you Lydia and Ethan I'm finding my human side again. I became a monster to protect Ethan in our last pack I stayed that monster because Deucalion wanted it."

They all noticed that Aiden had tears running down his checks now as Ethan went over to him with some tissues and said "here dry your eyes, you're right maybe I am rubbing off on you in a good way."

Aiden then said "thanks bro." He then turned to the others and said "Sorry guys I don't really know why I'm getting so emotional right now. Maybe almost dying has changed me."

Isaac then said "I think I could get to know this Aiden better than the old one."

Aiden then said "I'm still the same guy just don't piss me off and you'll still see this one."

A little while later after Dinner Ethan yawned well they were doing some of their homework. Aiden turned to him and said "getting a little tired bro? Do you want to crash here or head home?"

Ethan thought about it for a moment as Melissa said "we cleaned up the study a bit and have sheets for the pull out in there if you want it."

Ethan then said "I think I'd rather head home, but thanks for the offer and thanks for dinner too."

Aiden then said "yeah same her and thanks for putting up with me being all touchy felly today and for the help with the Doctor and stuff."

Melissa then said "you're welcome and the offer for the couch stands anytime you want to take us up on it ok."

*- the next morning at the high school -*

Ethan and Aiden walked into the school as they normally did side by side just like the first day they arrived. Today though Ethan had on his new jacket and as he approached his Looker Danny was waiting for him and said "you look good today you should wert hath for our date tomorrow."

Ethan said "yeah sure so we're going somewhere nice then."

Danny said "yeah besides I like it when you look good."

Ethan then said "you better look good too otherwise I may have to find someone else."

Danny then whispered to him "I know you're not like that but don't worry I'll look good too."

* - Friday night at the twins Apartment -*

Ethan was getting ready for his date with Danny. He was oddly nervous and his brother noticed it as well Aiden said to him "relax you'll be fine. So where's he taking you?"

Ethan then said "I'm not really sure he only asked about going out to eat and then going to a club."

Aiden then said "wow that's brave of you I thought you hated clubs?"

Ethan then said "I don't mind them I just don't like always being your wing man in one."

Aiden nodded as he got what his brother meant by that he knew that it wasn't always easy for him to be his wing man. Just then Ethan's phone rang it was Danny; Ethan said to him "yeah I'll be down in a minute."

Ethan picked up his keys and his wallet as Aiden handed him his jacket. Ethan had decided to wear a pair of dark blue jeans, a blue t-shirt, with a long sleeved button up shirt over it that he'd rolled up his sleeves partly and a pair of black low cut converse. As Aiden helped him with his jacket he said to him "be careful don't hurt anyone ok."

Ethan nodded as he said goodbye to his brother.

Ethan then made his way down. Danny was standing by his car and said "you're looking good tonight."

Ethan looked at him and said "so are you. So where are we heading to first Danny boy."

Danny said "I was thinking we could get some sushi."

Ethan replied "I've never had sushi before but I'm game."

Danny looked at him and said "you've never had it before."

Ethan said "yeah remember I'm new to this whole dating thing, plus our last couple of packs never took us out for sushi."

Danny nodded and said "makes sense" as he pulled out of the parking lot in front of the apartment building.

At the same moment Lydia pulled up and made her way inside.
