Wanda was currently walking through the compound with a frown adorning her features, she hadn't seen Vision all day and was beginning to wonder if perhaps there was something wrong, or if he was just simply ignoring her, and if that were the case, then why?
She was debating on just going to Visions room and barging in on him, but instead she stopped at the door to her own room, and with a heavy sigh she reluctantly went inside, slamming the door shut behind her.
She fell ontop her bed and glanced over to the clock on the bedside table, noting the time to be 7:30pm.
She was hungry but she had no energy to get back up and search for a meal. At that thought there was a knock at her door.
She sighed, she stayed in the same position, her belly laying on the bed and her head sunk into the pillow.
With a muffled voice she stated.
"Come in"
She heard the door open and footsteps approach, but nobody spoke.
Reluctantly Wanda pushed herself up from the bed and turned around to face the person, she frowned as she noted the stranger.
"..who..."
she had began to question as she looked over the man infront of her, he was tall, fair haired and handsome.
His eyes were..
"Viszh?"
She asked in awe as the realisation dawned on her and Vision smiled brightly as he nodded
"Good evening Wanda"
Wanda stood and strode over to Vision, instantly laying her hands over his face, taking in the new features with curious green eyes.
"How did you?"
"I wanted to look normal"
His reply was simple and Wanda frowned from the statement, he was normal, Vision was perfect as he was.
"You are normal Viszh, you dont need to change your appearence for anyone"
Wanda's eyebrows had furrowed as her frown deepened.
Vision chuckled lightly, grateful for Wanda's words, it was probably one of the many reasons as to why he had fallen for her.
"Well there was one reason that I needed to do this"
Wanda quirked her head in confusion as she asked
"And why is that?"
Visions face had now turned a light pink as a blush began to adorn his cheeks, he stammered.
"Well.. I.. I.. ehemm.. You see..."
He took a breath and Wanda smiled as she noted his adorable rambling
"Viszh, it's ok.. just breathe"
She took his hand into hers as she tried to calm him.
He smiled and continued, now getting straight to the point
"Wanda, I would like to take you out on a date"
Wanda's eyes had widened from the statement, the red blush rose from her neck to her temple.
"Why?"
She squeaked, covering her face slightly to hide the hope in her eyes
"Well, I like you"
Vision smiled gently, a warm and somewhat hopeful smile.
Wanda lowered her hands from her face, the hopeful thoughts drifting into her features as she nodded, biting her lip.
"I would love to go on a date with you Vision"
"That's.. that's great"
Vision was surprised to hear Wanda agree, he didnt think that he would make it this far, he glanced to the watch that was on his wrist and smiled
"Would you care to join me for dinner?"
he held his arm out for Wanda to take
Wanda smiled and shook her head as she clarified
"I doubt that I'm wearing appropriate clothing for a date"
She gestured to her black jeans and red hoodie.
Visions smile had widened as he noted how Wanda would have changed her outfit for a date with him
"You are beautiful as you are.. and Mr Stark has already booked the restaurant, he stated quite clearly that he would not be refunded if we did not go"
Wanda frowned and sighed as she reluctantly took Visions arms
"Ok fine, I guess I'll be the one that stands out"
Vision chuckled from Wanda's statement and led her to the car that was waiting for them.
To Wanda's surprise, Nat had pulled her away from Vision as they had reached the door to leave, she stated to Vision
"Gimme 5 minutes"
She quickly dragged Wanda to her room and began pulling out a dress
"Put this on"
Wanda frowned as she took the dress, it was lovely, but she did not like flashy and revealing outfits
Natasha noticed Wanda's frown and clarified
"If Vision can change his form and wear a suit for you, then you could atleast look nice in return"
Wanda sighed in defeat and began removing her clothing to change into the dress.
Vision had been pacing back and forth by the main door as he waited for Wanda, they had plenty of time before the booking, but Vision still had thoughts of Wanda changing her mind and running away, maybe she was only being nice to him?
Wanda and Natasha walked back out to a now shell shocked Vision, his mouth was agape and his thoughts were so lost, he was struggling to hold his disguise.
Wanda bit her lip as she brushed her mind against his, wanting to know what he thought of her.
Beautiful
She blushed profusely as the thought reverberated in her mind.
Thankfully the dress wasnt too revealing, it was a shimmering red strapped dress that came just below the knee and it hugged in all the right places, emphasising Wanda's assets that were usually hidden under her dark and larger clothes.
She took Visions hand, her mouth dry as she nervously asked
"Are we ready?"
He nodded, still unable to think of any words and they both walked out to the car.
Nat smiled as she watched after them both, she noted Steve appear infront of her, a confused look on his face as he asked
"Who was that?"
"Just the next power couple"
She smirked playfully to Steve, who now looked even more confused
