A/N: I note that the crossover between H20 Just Add Water and Gundam Wing is very unorthodox and weird to some. To reduce confusion, the universe will take place in the year 2095 (AC 195), where mermaids and space robots exist in one timeline. I chose not to do the portal concept because that's not realistic and long term. This story will draw from the Gundam Wing and H20 story but will not follow one specific story to the T.
Prologue: For years, Mankind has dominated the Earth and its resources. No animal has exhibited such intelligence where they developed technology to better serve their needs. The humans had lived a life of prosperity but it was not without great costs such as war and disease. Eventually, in the year 2030, humanity had decided to migrate to the stars. They built artificial environments known as Colonies to live there. The Colonies helped not only humanity's dream to live in space but helped with humanity's overpopulation problem and struggle for resources. Soon there were two types of humans: the Spacelings and the Earthlings. For a time both coexisted until an organization called the Organization of the Zodiac known as OZ rose to prominence. OZ quickly dominated the Earth and tried to take over the Colonies in order to unite Space and the Earth as one Unit. The Spacelings objected, and rightfully so. Why would they want to be conquered when they have just achieved independence and freedom? Thus, from 2031, the Earth and the Colonies fought against each other, or rather, OZ and the Colonies fought. It wasn't until 2095, that the colonies manufactured weapons known as Gundams to combat and take down OZ's machines known as Mobile Suits.
OZ was a large organization, with mobile suits deployed in every continent of the globe, especially Australia. In Gold Coast of Queen's land, the Aries dominated the air, the Leos and Tragos dominated the land, and the Pieces and Cancer mobile suits dominated the sea. There was nowhere that OZ could not deploy their suits.
Unfortunately, there was one place that gave OZ a great deal of trouble. An island 50 km off the coast of Gold Coast, hosted a dormant volcano that was known to cause disappearances and whirlpools. OZ sends 3 Aries units to circle the island, and Pieces to mine the island below the sea. All of this was just an effort for OZ to gain the tide of war over its enemies, by mining the resources of the island. The strangest part of this expedition was these units were never heard from again. OZ thought the island was cursed surrounding by a shroud of mystery. And so they left the island alone, determined to crack its secrets once it conquered the colonies. The Gold Coast inhabitants and OZ respectively know this island as Mako Island.
With the island independent of OZ's control, the battle still wages on. Will the 5 Gundam pilots win the war of odds stacked against them? Can they turn the tide of war?
[HEERO YUY]
Somewhere in one of the colonies, an older man spoke to a young boy very seriously. His glasses peered into the boy's Prussian blue, his mechanical hand-making clenching sounds now and again.
"You have three options. Kill me and escape, go as planned, or go a different route."
The 15-year-old said nothing.
"Operation Meteor is not about freeing the Colonies from the control of the Earth. It's a plot to exact genocide on the Earth. An act of revenge if you will for slaughtering our hero."
The boy thought for a while. He wasn't the talking type for sure, and it was clear he was processing everything the older man was saying. The boy finally spoke, trying to dig deeper.
"Heero Yuy?"
The old man gave a slight nod and continued on with his story.
"Heero Yuy was the chief representative of the colonies. He advocated peace between the Earth and the Colonies. A true pacifist to the core. Unfortunately, OZ and Romefeller didn't agree with his beliefs that the colonies should have their own freedom, and thus OZ sent an assassin to kill him. It was mainly through Heero Yuy's death that we are here, enacting this mission to avenge him."
"..."
"I don't agree with the original mission's objective to slaughter as many Earthlings as possible. It's inhumane and monstrous. But the choice is completely yours, boy. Whatever you choose is up to you. I won't hold anything against you regardless."
The boy quickly thought to the time he accidentally killed an innocent girl and her dog. It was last year that he was sent to kill an OZ base in the colonies and his denotation of explosives accidentally killed a girl and her dog. Two individuals who were innocent, gone from the world so soon. The amount of guilt he had plagued him to this day.
After that tragic event, the boy recalled hearing an intense conversation between the old man and someone else.
"You're suggesting the use of a Gundam for a massacre? That's ludicrous!"
" This is War! It's no big deal sacrificing the general public! Now retrain the boy! The humane feeling of kindness and remorse is unnecessary for our weapon! Got it?!"
"I suppose you're right. But do you really believe Heero Yuy would like it if the boy buried his humanity?"
"My mission is to destroy OZ. Nothing more."
He commented coldly.
The old man grinned slightly almost proud of the young man's decision.
"Good choice. Your first mission is to arrive on Earth. When you get there, use the Gundam to kill each OZ base you can find. Fight till the last breath."
"Mission accepted."
[DUO MAXWELL]
Meanwhile, in another colony, a young boy with a long braid had planned to kill his Gundam through simple detonation.
"Duo!"
The long-haired boy turned around to see an old man sporting a short stature.
"Doctor G."
He would say upset that he was caught in the act.
"Were you really planning on destroying Deathcythe? It's a work of art. You shouldn't let it go to waste so soon.."
The Doctor commented glancing at the black mobile suit.
"I'm not letting my buddy be used as an act of genocide."
"Who says you have to follow Operation Meteor?"
"Huh?"
Suddenly the Doctor pulled out Duo's gun from the boy's jacket.
"And I see you were planning to kill me after.."
"Well, I was planning to kill everyone on this base including myself."
The Doctor showed a disgusted look on his face as he heard the boy's words.
"Take Deathcythe and go to Earth. Find a man named Howard. He's in the Pacific and he'll help with the necessary repairs. Afterward, go as the God of Death to attack OZ."
Before the Doctor left, he gave Duo back his gun. Duo twirled the gun and snickered quietly.
"God of Death huh? Well, that's better than being known as a Hero of a Massacre."
[QUATRE WINNER]
"Quatre you don't have to go through with this." Doctor H would urge with a blond boy.
"No, Doctor. I must. It's for the Colonies right?"
Seeing the boy's kind nature, the Doctor quickly searched for an alternative.
"If you want to attack an enemy, attack OZ. They are the reason why Operation Meteor is in place. But before you go on the offensive, on Earth, go to the Middle East. Regroup with the Maganacs and Rashid. Attacking as a group is more strategic than going alone."
Quatre Winner would smile at the Doctor.
"Of course." He replied as he glanced at blueprints of the Sandrock Gundam.
[TROWA BARTON]
In some facility in another colony, a young man in his 30's was getting ready to launch Operation Meteor in his Heavyarms Gundam.
"Hey No-Name." A young man in his 30's called to a younger mechanic aged 15.
The boy would say nothing starting at him.
"Come here. I got something to show ya." The man called to him.
The boy walked towards the younger man but felt uncomfortable when man put his arm around him.
In a boastful manner, the man pulled out a picture.
"Do you see that? That's my niece. Mariemaya. She's going to rule both Earth and Space someday."
The boy studied the photo for a while before tracing his eyes to the younger man.
"Indeed. Operational Meteor will give the Colonies control of the Earth! It's not about revenge for the Colonies" The man continued.
"Trowa. This is absurd." Doctor S addressed the man. "What you're about to do in genocide! There's innocent people on Earth!"
"Who bloody cares?" Trowa Barton would retort. "If it takes a couple of innocent lives on Earth to bend Earth to its knees than so be it! This is war! We have to do whatever it takes to win!"
"Please just reconsider. Just ask your father to—"
"No! My father's right." Trowa would say turning his back on the Doctor. "In fact, I'm going to tell him right now about your behavior! You're gonna get -"
BANG!
With a sharp gunshot, Trowa Barton was dead.
"You fool!" The Doctor berated his assistant who held the gun in his hand.
"Do you realize what you just did?!"
"I'm sorry Sir!" The assistant spoke in a panicked manner. "I had a family on Earth and I.."
"It's alright." The Doctor spoke calmly before glancing at the boy who witnessed the murder.
"You saw the whole thing, did you?" He asked curiously.
"I did." The boy finally spoke with no emotion.
Suddenly, the assistant pointed the gun at the boy. Quickly the Doctor took the gun from the assistant's hand.
"Can you just stop it? We're in big trouble already!" He hissed to his fellow partner.
"I have a proposition that can both benefit us." The boy interjected.
"A proposition?" The Doctor tilted his head curiously.
"I won't tell anyone about the murder in exchange for something."
"Alright. What is it you want?"
"I want to carry out Operational Meteor but a modified version. One that doesn't involve killing civilians."
The Doctor smiled a bit before answering.
"Alright. Do you have a name?"
"Unfortunately, not." The boy answered before glancing at Trowa's dead body.
"But I'd gladly take his."
The Doctor sighed a bit before smirking.
"Why not." He would say before staring into the eyes of the so called 'Trowa Barton'. The new Trowa.
"Your mission is to kill the OZ troops on Earth."
"Affirmative." Trowa nodded.
"Excellent. You'll be leaving soon in the Heavyarms."
[WUFEI CHANG]
"Wufei, dropping the colony is for the sake of peace. To end the fighting between Earth and Space." Doctor O spoke.
"This colony houses my family! My clan! You're prepared to kill all of them for some mission?!" Wufei Chang spoke in anger.
"Stop being so narrowed minded. Look at the big picture."
"The big picture? My wife is dead, and now you're planning to sacrifice the only people I care about!"
"It's not me."
"Huh?!" Wufei asked in confusion.
"While I do support Operational Meteor, it's Dekim Barton that wants to sacrifice your clan. It's for the greater good."
Turning his back to the Doctor, Wufei banged his hand on the wall in frustration and anger.
The two males stood silent for a bit.
"Perhaps there is another way." The Doctor looked down.
Wufei stared at the man's face wondering what he was about to say.
"Go in the Shelong to Earth. Go exact your form of justice, whatever it is."
"And the colony?"
"Your people will be spared. Dekim will probably forget about it. He has a lot on his plate anyway."
"And what if I don't go?"
"Then the Colony will be dropped."
Wufei stood silent for a bit.
"So what's it going to be, Wufei?"
