The pregnancy was going smoothly. Chloe and Mackenzie focused on school and getting driver's licenses. Mackenzie found the time to pick up a job to hopefully afford a decent car to get around.
With the help of all of their friends and family they were gonna make it through this...
Then the day came. Chloe went into labor in the morning and was taken to the hospital by her parents and Mackenzie.
at the hospital*
The pain was unbearable. Mackenzie held her hand while The doctors encouraged her and instructed her.
"Ok honey give us one last push!" Said a nurse
And with on mighty final push. The pain stopped and the whines of a puppy were heard.
"It's a boy chloe!" The doctor cheered.
The doctors cleaned the puppy off and wrapped him up in a blanket and handed him to Chloe.
Chloe looked down at her son. He was beautiful. He had one floppy and one pointy ear like Mackenzie. a black spot around his right eye and a beautiful white and black coat.
"Hi baby" Chloe whispered as she kissed the puppies forehead
"Would you like to hold him?" Chloe asked
She then Handed him the puppy. When he looked down at him. He was the most beautiful pup he has ever seen.
"Hey there my boy. Welcome." Mackenzie said softly with a warm smile
The puppy reached out his small paws towards Mackenzie causing his heart to melt.
"Chloe. Your family would like to see you" the doctor said standing by the door.
"They can come in" Chloe said with a soft smile.
Chloe's and Mackenzie's parents came in alongside Jeffery. They all held him and loved him.
This was gonna be a long road. But they were in it. Together... but little did they know that these "demonstrations" around the country were all being orchestrated by a violent growing insurgency being funded by other large criminal organizations to stage the largest coup in recent history. And that they were gonna be caught in the middle of this conflict.
