Zeus POV
"Hera, I had this horrible nightmare where Hestia and Demeter tricked me and my brothers and locked us up …. Wait Hera, where are you?"
I looked around and instead of being in my luxurious bed beside my wife I was on the floor with these little parasites sitting on me or crowding around me in case you did not know the parasites are my kids. I looked at the different little faces
There was a girl with braided dark hair and grey eyes who was about 10 I'd recognize that face anywhere Athena my favourite child , a boy with a tough face a missing tooth and spiky hair obviously Ares he was probably 8 or 9 , a girl with black hair in pigtails that's Thalia , A boy with messy redish brown hair is Hephaestus ,and sitting on top of me was a five year old boy smiling with ruffled blond and big blue eyes that's Apollo wait what's he doing here He's supposed to be getting punished angrily , I pushed him off me and ignored the tears in his eyes the girl who went to help him was Artemis and the four year old with a mischievous face is none other than Olympus's own troublemaker Hermes , the boy next to him was Dionysus and their was a baby with a tuft of blond hair I couldn't remember who he was
To say I was mad was an understatement I was furious
"How dare treat me like this I am their king how dare they
This is not fair I will punish them, how dare Hestia and Demeter do this to me what have I done to deserve this I will punish them punish them all!" I screamed
"Daddy you don't yell inside you sound mad do you need a time out" Thalia sternly scolded me, her father.
"I think he does Thalia," Athena smirked rebelliously. No Athena your supposed to be on my side
"Welcome to the darkside Athena we have cookies" grinned Ares
"No you do not, Hermes ate them all" Athena deadpanned
"Put that boy in time out he made Apollo cry" Artemis scowled putting her arm around her brother
The next thing I knew I was being dragged to the corner of the room and forced to look at the wall
"Now you stay their young man and don't move a muscle" Athena scolded I could tell she was trying hard not to smile
"THIS IS NOT FAIR!" I yelled
She and the others went to the top floor
Who do they think they are I am their king and their father I will do as I please so I broke out of time out and followed them.
Poseidon POV
"Percy!" I yelled scanning the room for my defenceless one year old
I should not have taken my eyes of him If anything happens what will I say to Sally, I turned to my girls and said
"Girls do any of you know where Percy is?" I was met with two blank stares
"Let me rephrase that do you know where the baby is?"
"Triton took him to the second floor to teach him a lesson" Kymopoleia answered.
Oh no Triton despises Percy I ran to the second floor hopefully he hasn't done anything to Percy yet
Luckily, I got there just in time
Triton was preparing to launch a crying Percy out of a window of a four-story mansion
I ran towards them and plucked Percy from tritons arms I checked him over then kissed his forehead.
I glared at Triton who was three years old
"Go to your room," I said gritting my teeth
"No!" Triton pouted.
I regret what I did next I was just so mad that I lost my temper and picked Triton up before smacking his backside
"I SAID GO TO YOUR ROOM BOY!"
I shouldn't have yelled since it made the girls jump and Percy start crying again
Triton scrunched his face up and I could see his eyes begin to water so before he could start the waterworks, I took him to his room
"Stay there and think about what you did" I slammed the door shut and walked off
I felt a little guilty, but I still went to the living room to see the other children huddled up in the corner
"Daddy your scary when you shout," sniffled Rhode
I could tell they'd been crying or were on the verge of tears
"I'll try not to shout anymore Rho," I told her softly
Then I realized If me yelling at one of their siblings got them so upset and scared Triton must have been terrified. I have to check on him
Taking a deep I entered the room completely unprepared for what I saw I expected the silent treatment or a tantrum but definitely not this
Three year old Triton was curled up on the floor his face buried in between knees .
"Triton son," I tried to sound comforting but it sounded more stern
Triton looked up at me with his big sea green eyes that were red rimmed and still leaking tears
"Daddy I'm sowwy," Triton whispered his voice breaking at the end
I felt my heart break I never liked seeing my kids upset and I hated being the on to cause of their sadness
I lifted Triton up and cradled him in my arms
"Why did you do it buddy?" I calmly spoke into his hair, he squirmed around in my arms until he could look me in the eye
"Cause you don't love me anymore now that the babies here," Triton sobbed.
"Oh triton that's not true I love all of you equally your all my babies," I say trying to reassure him
"Then why do way spend more time with him," triton sniffled
"Because babies need more attention they're more fragile "I explained cuddling him
"And your Percy's big brother and he look up to you"
"I'm gonna be the best big brother ever" Triton declared proudly
"Sure you are buddy , lets go get your sisters and brother and head to see your uncle Hades"
Zeus POV
Alas I have come to terms with my fate and if I was going to be stuck here I'll have to use my time wisely and what better to do than lounge on the couch, watching TV .
"This silence was to good to be true"
"DAADDYYY!" Thalia screamed
"What is it?" I asked annoyed
"Jason won't stop crying" Thalia whined
"Who is that ?"
"My brother and your son"
"Oh that Jason my roman counterparts son"
Thalia led me to a room by the hand .
How had I not noticed this before the boys wails shook the entire floor . Hesitantly I walked towards the boy , his small face was red and scrunched up his eyes were leaking with tears and he was still screaming wonder who he got his lungs from
And what was that terrible smell
"Father I think that Jason has a dirty diaper"
I turned my eyes and saw Athena
"Athena you are a wise girl you should know how to change a diaper so why can't you help your father?" I asked hoping she'd do the dirty work for me.
"There are various reasons why I can't help you father
One this is your punishment
Two you are a father and you need to learn this sooner or later
And most Importantly I don't want to"
Did she just sass me how could she
"But if it helps I will guide you father"
I am a king never in all my life have I done something so horrifying I glared at the mewling infant he was nothing like the tall brave and determined boy who fought by my side .
Gods I will never be able to look at that boy the same again
Gratefully I accepted the diapers and wipes Athena offered me
"Okay father first go up to the baby and remove the straps of his diaper"
I can't believe I have to do this I'm Zeus I don't change diapers
I tried not to gag at the horrible smell and took a deep breath then removed the diaper.
Hades POV
Hazel was and angel , did what she was told , always smiling never crying but Nico on the other hand was either scowling or crying I tried everything. Currently he is scowling in his crib.
"Papa me and Makaria are playing a game and we don't have enough people" Melinoe complained
"What do you want me to do about it dear" I rubbed my hand across my face who knew parenting could be so hard
"We were wondering if you could play tea party and dress up wif us Papa"
A tea party they really expect me to play tea party and dress up , I was about to reply with a big no but then I got a good look at my daughter her wavy dark hair was tied up in two pigtails held up by two gold ribbons , she was wearing pink fairy wings and her eyes she was giving me the puppy dog eyes my fatal weakness.
This is why I found my self sitting on a too small pink chair with my hair in braids with sloppily done make up wearing a pink tiara and a puffy pink skirt over my trousers
Thank the gods no one else was here if any one saw I would never be able to live this down .
"HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!"
My eyes widened in mortification oh no
"oh gods what are you wearing" an all too familiar voice laughed
I turned around and saw my idiot brother Poseidon and his spawn.
My face felt hot and before I could speak Makaria did it for me .
"Hello uncl posy we're playing tea party wanna join"
"Listen Death Breaths kid I don't want.."
Before he could finish his daughters used the power of the eyes on him
This is how he found himself sitting next to me with a matching skirt fairy wings and horribly done makeup .
As he poured the imaginary tea in the teacups I looked my brother in the eye and said
"Lets never speak of this again"
"Agreed"
Whilst we wear happily sipping our pretend tea a piercing scream was heard in the distance followed by lightning and an explosion destroying the mansion.
Me and Poseidon both looked at each other and simultaneously said
"ZEUS!"
