Steve was confused. He hadn't seen Tony in months and now the man wanted to introduce him to this intern of his. Something didn't quite add up. And the man seemed excited. About a real person. Not a robot or AI- a real life person. That baffled Steve to the highest extent. The only people he had ever seen Tony treat in that regard were Pepper, Morgan, Happy, and Rhodey. But Steve felt strangely honored that Tony had chosen to invite him over to meet an important person in his life. He was surprised that Bucky had also received an invite.

The elevator dinged, and all of the Avengers exited. They were on the lab floor, and down the hallway they could see the back of a boy with curly brown hair, white shirt and blue jeans. He was tapping his foot on the ground and drumming his fingers against the lab's glass wall. Thor quietly head over to the lab kitchens to check for poptarts. Natasha was staring at the boy with a curious expression. Clint had made his way into the vents and was hovering over the rest of the Avengers. Morgan was tugging on Tony's arm, and Pepper was looking at Tony with a thoughtful expression. Bucky and Steve were close together, with Sam not far behind. Wanda lingered back, a little further away from the crowd, with Vision's hand in hers. Tony motioned to Bruce to stand behind him a bit. Tony wanted the kid to be surprised. Tony grinned as he looked around at the crowd, and then spoke,

"Hey kid."

Peter turned around almost immediately, with a huge smile across his face. He had brown doe eyes, and even Natasha had to admit that the kid's smile was priceless. "Hey Mr-" the kid stopped in his tracks noticing the Avengers. He looked up at Tony's smile. "Mr. Stark... did you bring the Avengers t-to our movie night?" The kid looked both terrified and overly excited at the same time, which Pepper didn't know was possible.

"Yeah. Happy Birthday Peter?" Mr. Stark laughed.

"Mr. Stark my birthday isn't until August! What- what did you do this for?!" Now Peter just looked in awe of the Avengers. "Woahhh is that Captain America?!" Steve lifted his head up at the mention, and gave the kid a small smile and a wave. Peter sputtered, "Hello Mr. Captain Steve Rogers America Sir." Looking embarrassed, Peter looked down at his feet, and back up at Tony. "Mr. Stark... you brought the Avengers... you brought CAPTAIN AMERICA... to see me?" Tony's smile only grew.

"Yeah kid, I brought the Avengers. Though I did think you'd be more excited to see him." Peter looked confused until Tony stepped out of the way, revealing Bruce Banner.

"Oh... oh Dr. Bruce Banner sir I'm sorry I didn't know I would meet you today I have so many questions that I've wanted to ask you about that book you just wrote on the science of-"

"Woah, slow down," Bruce chuckled. "It's okay, Peter. You have time to ask any questions you want. I have a feeling I'll be seeing a lot of you from now on." Seeing a lot... of Bruce Banner. Peter would be "seeing a lot" of Bruce Banner. Peter's head was starting to hurt. This was slightly overwhelming. NOT that it wasn't probably the best day of his life, just... slightly overwhelming for his hightened senses. Peter shot a questioning glance at Mr. Stark, asking for the earbuds Mr. Stark had designed for him. Mr. Stark smiled at him softly, and pulled the earbuds out of his pocket.

"Yeah, here you go kid." Peter muttered the quietest "thank you" under his breath. "Of course, kid." Mr. Stark responded. This whole exchange was peculiar to all of the Avengers. And Clint, watching from the vents, was just trying to figure this kid out. "Okay, lets go watch that movie now folks! How does everyone feel about Star Wars?"
