"This is it, you guys." Levy said. "We'll be reaching our final destination in our tour soon: New York City!" All of them cheered as they were heading for the final destination. The tour has been fun and everything, but it's time that it comes to an end. "I just want to remind you guys on something. This is our final stop on our tour and it's a big one. We've been invited to a fancy dinner as the sight of our next show."

"Don't tell me that's one of those fancy dinners with the different size silverware." Natsu said. "Those things are so stupid. A fork's a fork and a spoon's a spoon. What does it matter if it's used for the soup or salad?"

"How come we're going somewhere like that? How come we're not performing at some place like Madison Square Garden?" Gray asked.

"This party is being held by one of New York's senators and his kids will be there." Levy said. "His kids are big fans of ours and wants us there. So let's be on our best behavior"

"What's a party like this even for?" Gajeel whispered to Erza.

"Who knows? It's our last stop of our tour and we've been travelling for weeks. Let's just roll with it." Erza said and Gajeel felt that was good enough for him.

"We're here!" Lucy said as they were crossing one of New York's bridges and entered the Big Apple itself. As they pulled into the city, they spotted a familiar face.

"Welcome to New York City!"

"Zeref!" Natsu said as he was happy to see his brother. As soon as the bus pulled over, Natsu ran straight for his brother's arms. "What are you doing here?!"

"I knew this be your final stop. So I came to see you guys." Zeref said. "I also have a surprise for you guys. Actually, this surprise comes in six. I got to New York early and I ran into some people by chance that I know you're going to love meeting." None of them knew what Zeref was talking about until six older people stepped out. "Surprise!"

"Oh my gosh!" Natsu said as none of them could believe it. "The Naked Brothers Band!" They were meeting the one and only Naked Brothers Band. "Nat and Alex Wolff?! Qaasim?! Thomas?! David?! Rosalina?!"

"It's nice to meet you guys!" Nat said as they were all getting acquainted with each other.

"I can't believe this! I loved you guys when I was little!" Lucy said.

"Heck, some of your songs gave me ideas for some of my songs!" Natsu said.

"Well, it's great to meet all of you." Rosalina said.

"We've heard of your songs. Pretty cool." Qaasim claimed.

"Hey, aren't there suppose to be more people here?" Gray asked. "Didn't you have another girl in your band? What about that young manager you had too?"

"Kristina and Cooper? They couldn't make it." David said.

"They wanted to, but that's how life is after your band days. Hard for all of us to be together." Thomas said.

"It's just cool that we get to meet you guys." Erza said.

"I guess. Honestly, they're stuff didn't sound that great to me." Gajeel said. The others scoffed at him for being rude.

"Is that so?" Alex said. "Well, I guess you would say that seeing as how your drumming doesn't compare to mine."

"Oh yeah?!" Gajeel said as he looked ready to rumble, but they all held him back.

"You can show them. I need to make a few calls and you guys should rehearse for this big event." Levy said. "They can see for themselves how great you guys are."

"Let's do it." Natsu said as they were all looking forward to this.

Rehearsal

Natsu and his band found a space for them to rehearse. NBB were able to watch with Zeref and the new song they were working on sounded pretty nice.

Natsu messed around and went up to the stands and played around with his brother and NBB with the song and got them to join in.

Natsu sat next to Rosalina and wrapped his arm around her when they got to the chorus part. It didn't exactly settle well with Lucy.

"It's sounding good, guys." Natsu said as he climbed down.

"Yeah. Not bad." Nat said. "You guys seriously got some talent." Natsu and the others felt flattered that coming from him.

"How cool is this?" Natsu asked as he stood next to Lucy. "I can't believe we're in New York with the Naked Brothers Band."

"Yeah..." Lucy said as she didn't seem as excited as earlier. Lucy just walked away and Natsu was confused on what was going on with her. Zeref walked over and saw what happened there.

"Is everything okay between you and her?" Zeref asked.

"I think so. Sure didn't look like it." Natsu said and it had him thinking about his other problem. "Man, I just don't know what to do about her. I'm starting to think that maybe Lucy and I should just be friends. It just doesn't seem like there's really anything going on between us." As Natsu was talking to his brother about this, Gray spotted Lucy and didn't seem so happy.

"Lucy, you okay?" Gray asked.

"I'm not really sure." Lucy said.

Natsu

Natsu went somewhere for some privacy and tried to think. For a long time, he's had feelings for Lucy. However, things haven't really changed between him and and her. He's written songs for her, granted she doesn't know that, and he's done more for her. He just isn't sure what to do anymore.

"Hey. There you are." Natsu looked up and saw Rosalina came in. "You seemed like you were upset about something. Is everything okay?" She asked as she sat next to him.

"Fine." Natsu said, but he figured Rosalina might be the best person to ask. "Actually, I watched that show of yours when I was a kid. You might be the best person to ask. You and Nat went out for a while."

"Oh! I see what's going on. You have feelings for someone in your band, don't you?" Rosalina asked.

"Wow. You really are smart." Natsu said.

"Trust me, Natsu, it sounds fun, but it can be a little troubling. Things get complicated." Rosalina said.

"You're one to talk. You were the one that kissed another guy when you dated Nat." Natsu said.

"You did not just go there!" Rosalina said.

"I did! What are you going to do about it?" Natsu said. Rosalina playfully shoved him, but Natsu fought back and the two of them wrestled with them laughing.

"Natsu..." Lucy said as she and Gray came in, but they saw what they were doing.

"Hey, guys." Natsu said.

"Sorry. We didn't mean to..." Lucy was a little embarrassed and grabbed Gray as they left.

"Lucy, hold on." Gray said as he got her to stop. "Is everything okay?"

"Yeah. Just a little embarrassed we interrupted...whatever that was." Lucy said.

"Hold on. Do you... Do you think there's something going on between Natsu and Rosalina? That's crazy." Gray said. "Rosalina is like ten years older than Natsu. Nothing could be going on between them."

"You would know. You're practically eye candy for girls of all ages." Lucy said as she walked away.

"I am?" Gray said as he haven't thought about that before. At the same time, Gray heard some drumming going on and went to check it. He went back to the set and saw Alex playing his drums.

"That's how it's done." Alex said.

"Not bad...for an old timer." Gajeel said.

"Old timer?! I've been playing drums before you were even born." Alex said, but realized that probably didn't help him. "Wait..."

"What's going on?" Gray asked.

"Gajeel got into an argument with Alex and it seems like they're trying to prove which one is the better drummer." Erza said as she thought Gajeel was just acting childish.

"You guys are good." Thomas said as he stepped in. "Although, if I may add, you might be better with a cello in the background."

"Thank you, but that's not really needed. I'm here." Erza said as she grabbed her bass and played a few notes.

"She's good." David said.

"Yeah. They do have talent." Qassim said.

"Hold on." Thomas said as he didn't take it as well as the others. "Are you saying that since you play bass, a cello is not needed? We had Rosalina and Kristina. Where do you think I was?"

"I didn't mean to be offensive. It's just that we don't need anything extra." Erza said.

"Extra?!" Thomas said as he was offended. "Well, it might be hard to hear you. I can't hear you among the talent." Now Erza was offended.

"Are you trying to talk back to me? That would be a big mistake." Erza said as she stepped forward, but Gray kept her from doing anything and this was turning into an arguement.

"Hey! Hey! Hey!" Nat called and got them all to stop. "Guys, we're the hosts. Play nice."

"Guys!" Levy called as everyone reassembled in the room. "It's all set. I found a place that we're going to stay."

"Nice. Is it a five star hotel?" Gajeel said.

"Kinda..." Levy said, but that didn't sound too sincere.

...

A Trailer Park

"What?!" Everyone said as they are staying in a trailer park. None of them were expecting this.

"It's perfect." Levy said. "New York is a tricky city. You never know when or where reporters are going to show themselves. By staying here, we're on the down low. No one would ever think to look for us here. I've rented a couple so there's plenty of room for everyone."

"It was cheaper, wasn't it?" Lucy said and she hit the nail on the head.

"We're on a budget. We're an unsigned band that makes money from selling our music online." Levy said. "Staying at a fancy hotel in New York would be a problem financially."

"Guys, come on." Zeref said. "Levy went through a lot of trouble to make sure you guys wouldn't be disturbed. Fairy Tale with the old crew of the Naked Brothers Band would have reporters acting like a swarm of locus."

"What are we even going to do here?" Gray asked.

"I have a few ideas." Nat said.

...

Later

After a little shopping, everyone got the food they needed to hold a barbeque. They held one tonight and it seemed like everyone has a great time. One old band with a new band having fun with no fans or reporters trying to disturb them.

"This was a great idea." David said.

"For real. We haven't done something like this in a long time." Qaasim said. Everyone was having a lot of fun...almost everyone. Lucy still seemed bothered by the thoughts of Natsu getting all chummy with Rosalina. What Natsu was really doing was trying to get Rosalina to help him out.

"So what do you say? You think you can help her get to like me?" Natsu said.

"I'll do what I can, but I'm not promising anything." Rosalina said.

"Just do what you can." Natsu said as he got up to get more food.

"Hey, Lucy. Can I ask what you think of Natsu?" Rosalina asked.

"Natsu? He's... He's a nice guy, I guess." Lucy said.

"You guess? Haven't you known him for a long time? Wouldn't you know him better than that?" Rosalina asked, but Lucy didn't seem to know what to say.

"Hey, Lucy. Let's talk." Gray said as both of them got up and went to the food with Natsu coming back. "Lucy, do you seriously think there's something going on between Natsu and Rosalina?"

"Well, it's possible." Lucy said. "Natsu's almost eighteen. Once that happens, some dating rules go out the window. I've actually seen it."

"Where?" Gray questioned as he had some concerns for her now.

"So?" Natsu asked as he wants to know.

"Well..." Rosalina thought of something, but she wasn't quite sure how to say it.

"Oh no. Bad news. Just tell me." Natsu said.

"I think Lucy might like Gray." Rosalina said.

"Gray?" Natsu said as he found that strange.

"Just look at those two. They're talking in secret." Rosalina said. Natsu spotted that and thought it was rather strange. "Plus, they seem to be together a lot. It sounds like there's something going on there." Natsu couldn't believe this. He and Gray might have issues, but he never thought Gray would pull something like that. As time went on, they played games like Truth or Dare. Gajeel got dared to dance around like a chicken and everyone got a laugh out of it. Everyone except Natsu with how he glared at Gray.

"Okay, Gajeel. You can stop." Levy said.

"Thank you." Gajeel said. "So who's next?"

"I'll go." Gray volunteered.

"Truth or Dare?" Gajeel asked.

"Truth. I'm not looking like an idiot." Gray said.

"What's something you regret doing?" Gajeel said.

"Besides stealing someone's crush." Natsu whispered, but Gray heard part of it.

"What?" Gray said.

"Nothing." Natsu said as he looked away, but was clearly upset.

"What's with you?" Gray asked.

"Nothing. It's just...I'm not the one that's a back stabber." Natsu said. "I'm not the one sneaking around and messing with a person's heart."

"Are you kidding? Are you saying I'm some sort of traitor?" Gray said as he found that offensive. "Where would you even get a crazy idea like that?"

"It's written all over your ugly mug!" Natsu said.

"Are you blind!" Gray said as he shoved him. That started a fight as Natsu tackled Gray and the two of them were wrestling with the others confused on what was even going on. "I'm gonna get you!"

"Gray, why'd you do this to me?!" Natsu said.

"I didn't do anything!" Gray said.

"Don't play innocent!" Natsu said as they kept fighting, but Erza stepped in and grabbed both of them by the hair.

"That's enough!" Erza said and actually slammed their heads together. That got them to stop fighting. Those who don't know them were shocked at what they saw.

"That's why you don't want to make Erza mad." Gajeel said. Thomas swallowed his own saliva out of fear of what Erza might do to him.

"What was this about?" Erza asked.

"Ask him." Gray said.

"Just forget it." Natsu said as he just walked out of there. Gray turned around and stormed off himself. They came to New York and have found new problems. The band could be in real trouble now.
