"Let me get this straight." Gray said as he was going over facts with Zeref at the movie studio. "Lucy really won a cruise trip with that classics music competition and she'll be gone for a while? Natsu is actually upset about that?"
"That sounds about right." Zeref said as he helped himself to some coffee as he worked the maker.
"That's crazy. Why would Natsu be mad?" Gray asked.
"I guess he was planning to spend the summer with her, but now she's going on a cruise all alone." Zeref said. "To Natsu, it feels like they just started dating and now it feels like she's leaving him."
"I guess I can understand that." Gray said. "Still, he should be happy for her. At least it makes sense why she wanted out of the movie. Why do you think she didn't say anything before?"
"Maybe she didn't want to tell Natsu because she couldn't stand the idea of being away from him for so long." Zeref said. "Of course, that might not help her because she could have chosen to stay. Still, I do believe Natsu is being childish. That's why I told him that he should go over to Lucy and try to make things right. Now we just need to try and cover them from that nutty director." Gray groaned from hearing about him. Levy was right about him being hard to work with. "Speaking of which, how are things coming with Erza's acting."
"It's weird. Gajeel is actually trying to help her get better." Gray said.
"Why is that weird?" Zeref asked.
"Because Gajeel is the one helping her. He looked like he really cared about her acting." Gray said. That didn't really sound like Gajeel.
...
Gajeel
"Focus, Erza." Gajeel said. "You know the lines. You can project yourself pretty well. Now try and do it in front of the camera."
"I don't know what you're talking about. I'm doing well. Just watch." Erza said as she cleared her throat. "You might have a broken heart, but you simply must get back up." Erza actually did sound like a natural.
"That's good, but that's because we're not in front of the camera." Gajeel said. He pulled out a camera and held it in front of her. "Try saying that line again."
"Yo...You... You m-m-m-ight have a... ...have a..." Erza was stuttering again and she didn't sound great.
"See?" Gajeel said as he stopped filming. "Erza, this movie is a big deal. Levy went through a lot of trouble to get us on this movie. We've got to do a good job for her."
"For Levy? Don't you mean for the movie?" Erza questioned, but Gajeel didn't seem to be able to answer that.
"Hey, guys." Levy said as she came in. "What's going on here?"
"Just trying to help Erza with her acting." Gajeel said.
"Great. That director is a fruit basket." Levy said. "Still, he's a good director and we need him. The less we give him to stress about, the less we'll be stressed about. Thanks for doing this, Gajeel."
"No problem." Gajeel said as he scratched the back of his head and Levy left. Erza thought Gajeel was acting a bit strange and she soon figured out why.
"Gajeel! Do you like Levy now?" Erza asked. Gajeel seemed to have gotten nervous and that was all Erza needed. "You like Levy?! How cute."
"Shut it!" Gajeel said.
"Since when did this happen?" Erza said.
"Fine. If you must know, it happened when we were in Texas." Gajeel said. "She and I were talking and I got these strange signs saying I should be with her. Every time I think about it, my heart beats like my drums. I don't know. It's weird and the thought just feels right."
"Aw..." Erza said.
"Shut it! We're here for you! Now start acting in front of the camera!" Gajeel said as he aimed the camera at her and she was getting nervous again. They got a long way to go.

Natsu
Natsu went to Lucy's place to talk to her because Zeref said he should. He was still upset about her and this whole thing with the cruise. He spotted Lucy walking down the street, but he was still upset.
"Hey." Lucy said.
"Hey. I think we need to talk about this whole thing." Natsu said.
"I was actually hoping you would say that." Lucy said. "Maybe I should have said something sooner, but I just didn't know how to tell you that I'm going to be leaving."
"I still don't see why you couldn't say something." Natsu said. "This is also why you want out of the movie? You're choosing this cruise to go alone rather than this movie that me and the rest of the band are doing."
"It's not like that." Lucy said. "It's just that this is a great opportunity for me, a chance like this might not come again." She reached out and placed her hand against his face. "I don't want to leave you. I wish it didn't have to be like this. Still, it's a great opportunity to me. I can't just pass it."
"Well, it sounds like you made your choice." Natsu said. "I was hoping we could do the movie together. I was hoping to spend the rest of summer with you. Now that you're saying you're going on this cruise, that's all ruined." Natsu still seemed upset with Lucy and just walked out of there. Lucy didn't want to hurt him, but it looks like Natsu isn't going to forgive her any time soon.
...
The Next Day
Natsu was still upset about Lucy leaving on the cruise. He doesn't want to be selfish, but he would have wanted her to stay with him and they could have some summer fun together.
"Are you still moping about Lucy going on a cruise?" Zeref said. "Natsu, you should be happy for her. It really is a great opportunity for her."
"What do you know?" Natsu said as he really didn't want to listen to this.
"Natsu, you're not upset about her leaving. I think you're more upset over the fact that she just didn't tell you." Zeref said. "Lucy probably doesn't like the idea that she's leaving you. Still, you really think she would pass on the opportunity to go traveling around on a cruise ship? One that happens to be ranked four stars? A chance like this doesn't come around often."
"Neither does being in a movie with your friends and the person you're in a relationship with." Natsu said.
"I'm sure she understands that." Zeref said. "That's why she's been putting extra efforts in the movie."
"Huh?" Natsu questioned.
"Lucy understands how important the movie is." Zeref said. "She was originally trying to get out of the movie because she thought she could do it, but she had a change of heart. Now she's putting extra effort in the movie. She's trying to record all the scenes she needs to be in before she leaves."
"Really?" Natsu said as he didn't know she was doing that.
"Yeah. She's really going the extra mile. You really want to be mad at her when she's doing so much before she leaves?" Zeref questioned. It had Natsu thinking and he was beginning to see what an idiot he's been acting like.
"Oh man." Natsu said.

The Studio
Natsu headed over to the studio and got himself dressed for his scenes. When he got there, he spotted Levy and the boys.
"Hey, guys. Anyone seen Lucy around?" Natsu asked feeling guilty about how he's been acting. "She's not answering her phone."
"Nope." Gray said.
"She needs to get ready for when she leaves for that cruise ship." Levy said.
"Oh man. I don't want her to leave thinking I'm still mad at her." Natsu said. He was ready to skip the movie and go see her. "Forget this, I'm going to go talk to her."
"Sorry, Natsu." Levy said as she grabbed his arm. "I'm afraid you can't do that now. You're needed here."
"Look, the sooner we get this done, the sooner you can go and make things right with Lucy." Gray said and Natsu thought was a good idea. That was until he realized something that could cause problems with his plans.
"What about Erza? Gajeel, did you figure out what to do about her acting?" Natsu said. "With her acting, we're going to be here all day."
"No worries. I got something figure out." Gajeel said.
"Who cares if the odds are against us?" They all looked and saw Erza acting and it looked like she was doing well with the cameras recording. "We're here today so that we can live. We're not going to let teachers or anyone stop stop us from being who we really want to be."
"Perfect!" The director said.
"How did you get her to act so well?" Natsu asked.
"It wasn't easy to convince that nutty director to go through with it, but it seems to have worked." Gajeel said. "I figured that if Erza can't see the camera, she won't have problems." They all looked and saw Erza wearing a dark set of shades that is making it difficult to see the camera.
"Is that really a good idea?" Levy said. "How is she suppose to know to look in the right direction or such?"
"It's Erza. She could be blind for real and she could still kick our butts." Gajeel said. No one argued with him on that.
"Okay. Let's get ready. We've still got some work to do." Levy said. The band hit the set and were doing their best to work on the movie. Once they got their act together, things were going well. They might be able to get this movie done a lot sooner than they thought. Once they got much of the movie done, Natsu stepped outside and tried to clear his head. Levy followed after him and was making sure he was okay. "Still thinking of Lucy?"
"Yeah. I don't like how we left things." Natsu said.
"Do you know what you need to do to fix things?" Levy asked.
"Obviously not." Natsu said.
"You need to show her how sorry you are with some romantic gesture. You just need to think of something." Levy said. Natsu needed to fix things with Lucy before it's too late and he might know what to do.

Lucy
Lucy was fast asleep in her bed. Even though she was asleep, you could hear the melody of a beautiful song being played. Natsu and the others were playing a song for Lucy with them dressed up and playing their instruments with Natsu having a seat.

Levy was able to get in her room and woke her up.
"Hey, wake up." Levy said and got Lucy to wake up.
"Levy? What are you doing here?" Lucy asked. As she woke up she heard music going on as well. Levy pointed to her window and Lucy went to see what was going on. She looked out the window and saw what they were doing with her loving it.

Lucy rushed out of her room and hurried down the street to see them with Levy following. As they went on, Lucy rushed out of her house and went over to Natsu as she sat next to him.

"I really am sorry for how I've acted." Natsu said.
"I know I should have said something sooner, but I just didn't know how to tell you." Lucy said.
"I really think you should go. It really is something amazing and I'll be waiting for when you come back." Natsu said. The two patched things up as they kissed and hugged each other. The others came in for a group hug as they felt the same way those two did. The whole band supports her and wish her the best of trips.
