Fairy Tale Chapter 30: The Actual Premiere, a fairy tail fanfic

"What?!" Natsu said. "What do you mean the movie is gone?!"

"Just what it sounds like! The movie is gone!" Levy said. Levy just told them their movie is gone and they're all freaking out. "I left it in my office and locked the door. When I went there, it was busted down. Someone must have snuck in and stole it."

"Who would do that?" Lucy questioned.

"I don't know and there's not much time. The premiere is in less than seven hours." Levy said.

"Wait. My dad installed security cameras for us." Gray said. That was just what they needed. All of them hurried to their own little surveillance room and tried seeing anything that could tell them who did this.

"There!" Gajeel said as they saw someone approach Levy's office and saw it was Will Blade.

"Will Blade?! That fraud?! You've got to be kidding me!" Natsu said.

"He stole the movie?" Lucy said.

"He blames us for his music career hitting the toilet." Gajeel said. "This must be his idea of revenge."

"We've got to get that movie back." Natsu said.

"According to the time... It wasn't really that long ago. Maybe we can still catch him." Lucy said.

"If we split up, we can cover more ground." Erza said. "Luckily, we also have some crazed fans who would be more than willing to help us." All of them agreed to that and got moving. Natsu and the rest of the band hurried out with their fans going crazy. Natsu had to whistle to get their attention.

"We have a serious situation! The film for the movie is missing!" Natsu said with all of them getting shocked. "It was stolen by Will Blade! We need to find it!" All the fans cheered with them saying they'll help them out.

"Split up!" Levy called as everyone went in separate directions. Well, not exactly as all the girls in the crowd went with Natsu.

"Girls, this defies the purpose of splitting up." Natsu said.

"We don't care." As if Natsu doesn't have enough problems to worry about.

...

The Dragneels

"Zeref? Honey? What dress do I have looks great for a premiere?" Mrs. Dragneel asked.

"Maybe the sparkling black one." Mr. Dragneel said. As the family was getting ready for the premiere, Zeref heard his phone go off and saw it was a message from Natsu.

"Oh no!" Zeref said.

"What is it?" Mr. Dragneel asked.

"Natsu just texted me. The movie has been stolen and needs help finding it." Zeref said.

"Seriously?! We need to go?!" Mr. Dragneel said.

"Oh man. It was going to take me all day get ready." Mrs. Dragneel said as they all hurried out.

...

Gray and Erza

"Did you find anything?" Erza asked as she met up with Gray.

"Not yet." Gray said as he pounded his fist in his hand. "That jerk could be anywhere by now. What would he even do with the movie?"

"Well, he could try to ruin it or he could try to sell it." Erza said. She tried to think of what Will would do with it, but they were running out of time. They were snapped out of their thoughts when they heard a horn honking at them and saw Jellal and Juvia come out of a taxi.

"Hey." Jellal said.

"We're here!" Juvia said as she ran right in Gray's arms and Erza went into Jellal's.

"We're so glad to see you again." Erza said.

"Yeah, but we wish it was under better circumstances." Gray said.

"Why? Is something wrong?" Jellal asked.

"Our movie has been stolen and we're trying to find the thief." Erza said.

"Seriously?" Jellal said.

"Well, we'll help you look. He's got to be somewhere." Juvia said. They need all the help they can get if they're going to find Will.

...

Natsu

Natsu is trying to search for the movie too, but he had to duck and cover from his crazy fans. Hopefully, hiding from them will get them to spread out and find Will with the movie. As he waited for some of his fans to run by, he came out of hiding.

"Crazy girls." Natsu said. He took a look at the time and it was running out. "Where could that jerk be?" Time was running out and they need to find Will fast. As luck would have it, he spotted Will on the other side of an alleyway. "There you are." Natsu hurried to catch Will before he could do anything with the movie. Will ran all the way to a canal that leads to the sewers.

"Say goodbye to your precious movie." Will said as he was ready to throw it in.

"Oh no you don't!" Natsu called as he tackled Will. He tackled him to the ground and wrestled with him to try and get the movie. "Hand it over."

"No way!" Will said. "You ruined my career, I'll ruin your movie!"

"You did that to yourself." Natsu said as he reached for the movie and was able to grab it. He tried running for it, but Will grabbed him and caused Natsu to trip. The movie slid away, but someone was able to grab it. They both looked and saw Lucy got it.

"Thanks for the movie." Lucy said as she took it and run.

"No!" Will called. Natsu took the opportunity and shoved Will in the water with him running off. "I hate you! Wait. Is this the water that leads out of the sewer?" As Will was starting to wonder where this water is coming from, Natsu and Lucy took the movie back to the studio.

...

Levy

"You got it?! Great!" Levy said over the phone. "Great! Just get it back here." Gajeel was able to make it back to the studio and went to check on her.

"Did you hear good news?" Gajeel asked.

"Sure did! Lucy and Natsu got the movie and are bringing it back!" Levy said. Great news indeed.

"That's good." Gajeel said.

"Yeah. Now to clear a few loose ends and we are good to go." Levy said as she tried working on her phone. "Did you find a date for the premiere yet?"

"Not yet." Gajeel said.

"Well, I'm sure there's at least one crazy fan out there that would be willing to go with you instead of Natsu." Levy said.

"Actually... Levy, the truth is I was hoping you would go with me instead." Gajeel said.

"Sure. I can fill in for someone." Levy said as she worked on the phone.

"No." Gajeel said as he moved her phone out of the way to get her full attention. "I mean like a real date. One where I'm hoping we could be more than friends and bandmates."

"You mean like a real date?! One where we could be boyfriend and girlfriend?" Levy said. Gajeel was really hoping so. "Yes! I would actually love to!" Both of them were really happy she said that and she actually hugged Gajeel for this.

...

Lucy

Lucy returned to the studio and returned the movie. With it back in their hands, everyone could get ready for the premiere and it's only a few hours away. As Lucy made her way through the studio to get ready, she heard music. She followed it and found a small radio with a sign that says "I'm sorry" on it. Lucy grabbed the sign and she knew who this was from.

"You know, I made all those songs for you." She turned around and saw Natsu come out of hiding.

"You always had a way with words." Lucy said. This was the opportunity Natsu has been waiting for to fix things between them.

"Lucy, I'm so sorry about everything when we broke up." Natsu said. "I know I've acted like a jerk, but that's only because I'm constantly afraid I'm going to lose you. You're the girl of my dreams, you're everything I want in a girl. So, if there's still a chance, do you think that we could..." Lucy didn't let him finished that as she ran straight into her arms.

"I missed you so much." Lucy said.

"You know, I still need a date for the premiere." Natsu said. Lucy laughed from that and the two of them actually kissed. This time, nothing is going to break them apart. Once that was done, everyone got themselves ready. They all got themselves and dressed and were with their dates as they were ready.

"Now this is what I call a fancy time." Gray said.

"Wait. What are we doing about our ride there?" Lucy asked. That was when someone cleared their throat and spotted Mr. Dragneel.

"Dad!" Natsu said.

"Someone asked for a limo driver?" Mr. Dragneel said as he opened the door. The fans cheered as they all left with Zeref and Mrs. Dragneel opening up the rented limo for them. The band and their dates got right in and it was off to the premiere.

The Premiere

There were fans waiting for them at the movie theater as well with reporters. The limo pulled up to the theater and it was the red carpet treatment. The band stepped out and it was really a celebrity life.

"Some things just don't change, do they?" Lucy asked.

"Not quite." Natsu said.

"We're coming to you live from the premiere of Fairy Tail's own movie." A reporter said. "The talk is of all the fans is wondering who is Natsu's date. From the looks of things, it looks like it's former keyboard player: Lucy Heartfilia. Lucy, does this mean you're back in the band?"

"It's former, former." Natsu said.

"And with Natsu." Lucy said as she held Natsu's hand. "I'm here to stay for a long time."

"But enough about us. We're here for the movie!" Natsu cheered. Everyone went in to see the movie and it was a job well done. Everyone loved it and the band performed a song as a tribute to the movie. Lucy couldn't do it, but she enjoyed it with all the others. A song about finding love, what comes of it, and you know it.

As the song came to an end, everyone cheered for the band. Lucy ran up to Natsu as he held her and kissed her. The rest of the band got with their dates and there are happy endings for everyone. This band might have gotten themselves into crazy stuff, but they're great friends, they're going to be together for a long time, and they're going to keep having fun. That's probably the life of a successful band.
