"Seto! Don't know you what time it is! We're going to be late for the meeting as role holders!" Atem shouted at Seto. Then he noticed Yugi trailing behind him.

"Yugi!!! Your here! You must accompany me to the meeting!" Atem explained while grabbing Yugi's hand.

"I don't really have a choice do I?" Yugi sighed in defeat.

Yugi was lost in thought at the meeting Atem brought him too. He was thinking about to everything he's learned so far in this wonder world he was in.

'The people of this world, they can not act freely of their will. They must follow the rules of the game. They regularly have meetings and you can tell which are more important playing their roles. That's the design here and I'm the outsider. These so called "roles", there only given to a select few. The role is given weather they like it or not. There life is laid out before them without choice. What a life that must be, not being able to choose your own path.'

Yugi was suddenly brought out of his thoughts by the queen of hearts Mai. "Hehehe I caught you Yugi. So lets go shopping! The meeting is over anyways as well."

"Alright! You don't have to drag me Mai!" Yugi manages to speak while being dragged away by the queen.

'She looks like she's having fun, I've never seen Mai so relaxed. It's good to see her like this even if she is the queen.' Yugi thought as he noticed Mai's mood as they were out and about. All of a sudden Mai presents Yugi with an adorable stuffed animal.

Yugi glances at the animal and then starts to laugh. "Pfft no way. You really got that kind of thing Mai?"

"Oh? Isn't it cute?" Mai just exclaims while still holding the animal. 'Times like these...there not so bad.' Yugi thinks to himself.

"Lately you've been spending so much time with the guys, isn't it nice to spent time with a lady?" Mai continues. "Besides this time I get to go out with you and I enjoy it." Yugi just smiles in response to Mai's comments.

"Hey isn't that Malirk over there?" Yugi questions when he notices a familiar mouse in the distance.

"Yugi!!!!" Malirk screeches happily while running towards him. "I'm so happy to see you here!"

"Mouse!" Mai manages to get out in a low tone clearly irritated he has interrupted her and Yugi's time together.

"Yes indeed I am a mouse." Malirk happily chirps.

"You filthy thing!" Mai continues.

"Mai! Don't say that!" Yugi starts. "Ahh see now look you've gone and hurt his feelings."

30 minutes later in a coffee shop

"I'm sorry, I'm sure she didn't mean what she said." Yugi apologized for Mai while setting his cup of tea down.

"Oh no,no, its quite alright." Malirk replies while waving his hand back n' forth.

"I have a question Malirk, are you and Seto enemies?" Yugi suddenly asked.

"Are you talking about that time in the forest? No its not like that me and Marik wanted to protect you." Malirk paused for a moment. "How do I pout this, we aren't enemies, but we aren't exactly friends either." Malirk paused again.

"It's like this I pick up work for the Mafia and when they don't want people reborn I go and hide the clocks of those people...kind of like an undertaker." Malirk laughs a bit then picks up his cup to sip his tea.

'Right I know Seto would help Joey even though it is out of his role, its why he wears that cloak sometimes...since Malirk acts as an undertaker and Joey is the only one who can bring those people back to life...' Yugi thought as Malirk was sipping his tea.

Right as Yugi was about to speak an unexpected visitor approached our table.

"Hello you two, is there where you snuck off to little Yugi?" The visitor questioned in a serious tone.
