"When Quirks first appeared, many people panicked as villains appeared, but among them was a one that stood above the rest, born with the power to steal and give Quirks to others. He used this power to subjugate others, at some point he stole a immortality Quirk stopping his aging, and who knows what else he has." All Might said, "The fact that you not only survived but also killed that Nomu, something that was meant to kill me, well I'm afraid that he will believe that you are the next user of my Quirk."

"But, how would he know about One for All?" Deku Asked.

All Might swallowed hard, "All for One had a Quirkless brother, to whom he gave a quirk, the ability to stockpile power, but he id have a quirk, the ability to pass on his power. A useless power on it's own, but with the second Quirk, to store the power of past users would allow it to grow into what One for All is today." He spread his arms. "Light always emerges from the darkness." He stood up and walked to the window.

"So what else did you want to talk to us about?" I asked.

He looked back at us, "I want you two to do your best at the sports festival, I fear that the future will need more then one Symbol of Peace. I want you two to proudly walk into that stadium and say that you are here."

We nodded. I had a Goal.

Chapter 18: Training

A few days later I was out of the casts and my body was humming with new strength. "I can't wait to get start training." I smiled as I walked next to Deku, it was after class and we had stuck around and reserved a training room. I bounced on the balls of my feet. "Now you can really show me what you got." We opened the door to the large building, nice and open enough for some serious sparing, looking around I saw weights and exercise equipment. I set my training bag down with a thud from the weighted clothes inside. I had my battle gear in it's case as well.

"Right." He smiled as he set down his own bag full of note books. Between sparing and physical training we would be studying. "Well we should go... FUMA!" I looked at him with a questioning look as I unbuttoned my shirt with my skin tight battle suit on underneath, his face was bright red.

"What? I have my battle suit on." pulled off the school uniform quickly putting on my armoured boots and bracers. I pulled my chest piece on over my head.

"N-nothing." He went to get changed. When he came back he was in his gym clothes. "Okay, so whats first?" He asked.

"Well first off is shirt and jacket off." I said as I leaned to on side with my hand on my hip. "I need to know what exactly your foundation work is." His face once again turned bright red but he removed the tops. 'If it weren't for the lack of tail and green hair, I would think he was a Saiyan.' "Okay, stretch out you body, can't have you tearing anything during training." We went through a extensive warm up routine that worked every muscle in the body.

"So, well..." He rubbed the back of his head as he pulled the tops back on. "You think it's a good starting point?"

"You have toned much of your body, but now you need to build the muscle mass to contain your power, but that alone won't do it." I said. "You have only ever used it at one hundred percent right?" I asked.

"Yeah, but only with single parts of my body, but during the U.S.J. I think I limited my power without meaning too." He said.

"Well... why don't you use it with you whole body? And try and limit your output." I said as I stepped back.

"Oh, right, that could work." He spread his legs as the red veins of power glowed through out his body forming a X on his face. "I can't limit it." He released it and fell to his knees.

"Okay... lets see..." I paced, 'This is the biggest problem for him. Perhaps...' "Maybe learning Ki control will help you."

"Really? You think I could learn that in time for the sports festival? Attacking with my Ki?" He stood up.

"Oh no, not at all, it takes weeks or even months of training to do that even for Saiyans like me, but perhaps you can learn enough to strengthen your body and help you limit your power." I said.

"So where do we start?" He asked.

"Simple sparing to help you develop your own style." I dropped into a fighting stance. "I promise I won't hurt you too bad."

"Wait!" He bare put up his fists when I struck, my boot impacting his chest and throwing him back a few feet on his back

"By the time of the sports festival I should be able to get you to use five percent of your power." I said as I stood over him holding out my hand to him which he took.

"Yeah. Thanks Fuma." He smiled.

"Now let's try that again." I smiled back.

On a distant planet stood a fortress of steel and stone with rounded walls. Marching along the walls were assortment of bipedal armed figures of vastly differing species. Some look human and others closer to squids, but on the chest of their armor they all bore the same insignia of a horned skull. Deep inside this fortress was a training ground, sparing in the middle were two figures as another three others watched.

The fighters were a Saiyan warrior and a prisoner barely covered in rags. The Saiyan was built like a machine, body polished to perfection. His strikes sent shock waves through the helpless creature that never could throw a punch or defend it's self. One last strike and the bulbous orange head came off it's shoulders, purple blood staining the Saiyans cloth wrapped hands. "Shame, only lasted a minute." he said as he turned to a throne where a small figure sat, blue and white skin scared from battles, shoulder and scalp seemed to be a onyx like flesh, twin horns gracefully arched back around his skull.

"I trust you are getting bored of weak foes Celron?" The alien asked, tapping his fingers with eagerness to see his favorite warrior in action.

"Of course Baron Boreal." Celron kneeled in front of the throne, two more Saiyans joining him, a short spikey haired, well built Saiyan woman with twin curved swords on her back and a small Saiyan with a tablet clasped to a belt along with other gadgets. "The Saiyan Lunar Hunters are ready at anytime."

"I know, and I have a special mission for you three. I have made contact with a immortal being named All for One, he seeks to rule his world yet his army lacks the strength, in exchange for aiding him he has agreed to help us dethrone that child emperor Freeza, permanently. His world has powers called Quirks which radically change how their biology works. He has promised me a immortality Quirk." Boreal stood up his three toed feet squeaking as he walked past the Saiyans. "A chance to tear down the greatest Empire in history, and for you to get revenge on that maniac. He is a fool to not see the potential of your kind." He turned as walked back up to his throne.

"Of course my Baron. When do we leave?" Celron stood up his tail twitching in anticipation.

"Get cleaned up, I have a feast prepared for you three. You leave at dawns first light. It will be a three and a half week journey to the world that All for One resides. Once you arrive, make contact with the League of Villains." The Baron's smirk only grew as the three left the training ground. "Shame, well we do have a few moderately strong prisoners for me to train against." He tapped a button on the arm of his chair and a screen came up. "Now, who do I feel like killing?"
