Then a boy in a billed flat topped hat slammed his head into the ground with a bow. "PLUS ULTRA!" This startled a few of my classmates. When he stood up straight his face had some blood dripping down it. "I wanted to do that so much."But then he looked at Todoroki and got a sour look, but it quickly passed, "Inasa Yoarashi, first year of Shiketsu High School." Along with him were a few other students. A purple haired boy with narrowed eyes, a boy whose whole body was covered in hair, and a attractive blonde girl, but her eyes locked onto Deku in a way that I didn't like. Then Inasa turned to me. "I absolutely loved the passion you showed in the Sports festival." He held his hand out to shake. "Such fighting spirit is an inspiration."
I hesitantly shook it. "Thanks... I think?" Something about this guy threw me off, a sort of presence.
"Come on Inasa, we have to get going." The hairy student said.
"Right Nagamasa." He turned and left, shooting one last glare at Todoroki. "See you in the exam UA."
"Who was that?" Kirishima asked.
"Inasa Yoarashi, I remember him from the recommended student entrance tests. He scored the top spot in it." This took me aback, he was so good that he didn't need to take the entrance exam like the majority of bar Todoroki and Momo. And he scored top place in them.
"Then he is strong?" I asked.
"Almost certainly one of the strongest." Aizawa said, "But we aren't here to pick a fight with the second best Hero school. Stay focused on the prize, you need your provisional license. So go Plus Ultra."
Chapter 70: Provisional Exam part two
I stood in the changing room, pulling on my armor over my body suit. I tied back my hair with a black ribbon to get my bangs out of my face, ready to fight. I placed my scouter on my face and clicked it, it flared to life to life with power levels, my own took the center portion. Six thousand two hundred and seven. I smiled, that should be enough to deal with this exam with out hurting the other students. Too badly.
"She looks more like a warrior then a Hero." I heard a girl say behind me. I glanced back at a group of students in white uptight uniforms.
"Indeed, I saw the UA Sports festival. She fights like a beast. All power and no skill." said one girl who had a monocle.
I turned away from them not caring what they thought about me. "Fuma, let's get going." Uraraka called out to me.
"We should be using our hero names during this Gravity Girl." I said. "It is the proving ground of our future as heroes after all."
"Oh, right, Saiyan." She said as I walked along with the rest of the girls, noticing that Jiro had new support items. Soon we met up with the boys... and oh Deku wore his Saiyan armor like he had always been meant to. No, focus. I shook my head as we turned to the front of the building.
Sitting at a podium was a grey blonde haired man who made Aizawa look wide awake. "Okay, welcome..." He yawned loudly, "Welcome to your provisional licensing exam. With the recent retirement of All Might we have decided to improve the standards of the exam, but before that..." He yawned again. "I will explain this first part of the exam. You are going to wear three of these sensors." He held up a orange ball and a black screened disk. "And have six of these balls, your goal is to eliminate two people, so long as your ball is the one to activate their last sensor you get the point. No hiding the sensors inside your costume or under your arms."
'Seems simple enough so far.' I thought.
"You are not to permanently harm your fellow examines. And lastly, there are about one thousand of you here, now I know that you have heard that this exam has a fifty percent pass average, well the first one hundred to pass this section will be the only ones to move on to the second portion of the exam." He continued and this had a immediate affect on all the students, one short purple balled haired boy was freaking out at this.
"Only ten percent! Oh boy if I want to impress those UA Girls I need to try really hard here." I rolled my eyes at this.
I looked over at Deku who was starting to mumble, and I knew that all of the other schools had their target on our back.
"Oh this isn't good." Koda was even more nervous then usual.
I gathered my classmates in a huddle, keeping an ear out for any more twists. "We have to stay together and watch each others backs." Deku said.
"I agree, but a few of our quirks aren't suited for that, Todoroki and Bakugo as well as myself, large area damage." I said, "Todoroki your best suited on your own, Bakugo..."
"You aren't telling me what to do." He snarked.
"We'll go with him. I'll keep in contact with the scouter... or... nevermind." Astero said as he lazed on Kaminari's shoulder. He had a lazy habit of hitching rides between classes on people's shoulder. "Chargebolt, Red Riot and I will keep him in check." I gave the small half breed a glare.
"Fine. I'll protect the main group." I said. "Everyone else focus on passing."
"Got it." They nodded.
"Your provisional licensing exam begins now." The man announced. And the walls and roof folded down, revealing a large stadium, with several diffent sectors from natural areas to a city and industrial district, and with a massive burst of my Ki Aura I threw the majority of the of the other schools away from us as my class mates ran for it, heading to a mountainous area.
I shoot after them blasting ki attacks at any I saw to get close as my altitude grew. While Todoroki and Bakugo's team broke off, the lone dual haired boy heading to the industrial area and Bakugo led his team to the mock city. I flew down close over my class. My scouter was going off left and right, too many power levels flaring up and shooting down in a jumbled mess. 'Tsk... too many people with decent power levels. This is going to messy trying identify threats.'
Hey, I am home from work. My first day was payday for everyone else. So I'm not salty. No. Not at all.
