And so, without further adieu, here is my gift to you: The final chapter of The Polar Express but its with Frozen characters!

Elsa laid flat on her bed, peacefully sleeping as the sun shined through her window. It had been hours since she returned home, and everyone else in the house didn't even have the slightest idea what she went through while they were asleep. Suddenly, Elsa's door was thrown open and her younger sister Anna ran into the room.

"Elsa! Wake up!"

Elsa let out a tired-sounding moan. Anna went to the side of the bed and started pushing against Elsa.

"Wake up, wake up, wake up!"

"Anna, you're not five anymore. Go back to sleep and wait for morning like a normal person." Said Elsa as she grabbed her pillow and put it over her head.

"But it is morning!"

Elsa took her pillow off her head and sat up in her bed.

"Wait, it is?"

She looked at her nightstand. 8:13 A.M. And the clock was actively ticking. She was almost startled seeing it tick again, having gotten used to clocks being frozen at five minutes until midnight.

"Yes! Now get out of bed, Santa's been here! I've been waiting for you guys since 7, and that's too long!"

As Anna ran out of Elsa's room and went to wake up her parents, Elsa crawled across her bed and looked out her window. The street was covered in even-leveled snow. No sign of any train tracks, exposed or buried. She jumped off her bed and ran towards the door, but came to a stop when her nightgown got caught in her chair, accompanied with the sound of ripping fabric. She turned around and saw her right pocket was stuck on a splinter. As she freed herself, she put her hand through the pocket and saw that the splinter had made a huge hole in the bottom of it.

"Don't worry, Mom can fix that easy peasy!" Said Anna, who had stopped by Elsa's open doorway.

Elsa was confused. She knew what she saw and did during the night, so why was there such a lack of evidence? She followed Anna down the stairs, but ran toward the front door instead of the living room.

"Hey, where are you going? The tree is right here!"

"I know, I just really wanna feel the fresh Christmas morning air!"

"Okay, just don't be out there for too long. I could feel the cold air under my bed sheets."

Elsa threw the front door open and ran into the empty, snow-covered street. She expected to feel tracks beneath her slipper-clad feet, but she didn't see or feel any. As she reached the other side without seeing or feeling any train tracks, she put her hand back in her ripped right pocket, letting her fingers stick out of the bottom.

"Maybe it really was just a dream." She said to herself.

Elsa went back inside the house and tore into the presents with the rest of her family. A model train that looked similar to The Polar Express, save for the color scheme, went around the tree as new things and torn up wrapping paper littered the living room floor.

"This is the beautifulest, most wonderfulest Christmas ever!" Proclaimed Anna.

"Yeah, this is definitely a Christmas to remember." Said Elsa.

Anna watched as the train cycled around the tree, and noticed a small red and white striped box wrapped with a green ribbon.

"Wait, look. There's one more." She said as she grabbed it.

"Who's it for?" Asked Elsa.

"It has your name on it."

"It does?"

Anna handed the small box to Elsa. A lime green tag next to the ribbon read:

To Elsa

Merry Christmas

Interested in seeing what could be in such a small box, Elsa took the ribbon off and opened it. She gasped upon seeing what was inside.

"What is it?" Asked Anna.

Elsa took out a silver sleigh bell. She held it by her ear and shook it. It sounded just as beautiful as it did when she was at the North Pole.

"What a pretty bell." Said Anna.

"You wanna ring it?" Asked Elsa.

"Sure!"

Elsa handed the bell to Anna. She held it by her ear and heard the same sound.

"Who's it from?"

Elsa looked at the bottom of the box and saw a note written in gold pen. She took it out and read it to herself.

"Found this on the seat of my sleigh. Better fix that hole in your pocket. Mr. C."

"Who's Mr. C?"

"It's another name Santa goes by."

"How do you know?"

"Because I've seen him." Said Elsa as Anna handed the bell back to her. She rang it again.

"Oh, what a beautiful bell! Who's it from?" Asked Iduna.

"It's from Santa." Answered Elsa.

"Santa, really?"

Elsa handed her mother the bell, but when she held it by her ear and shook it, she didn't hear anything.

"Oh, that's too bad."

"What's this?" Asked Agnarr as he walked into the living room. Iduna handed him the bell. He shook it as well, and also didn't hear anything.

"Broken. Huh. Sorry about that, Sport." Said Agnarr as he handed the bell back to Elsa and left the room with Iduna.

Elsa shook it again. She and Anna could hear it ring just fine.

"Why can't they hear it?" Asked Anna.

"It's kind of a long story." Said Elsa.

"You know I'm always down for long stories! Tell me everything!" Anna said enthusiastically.

"Come on, kids! We don't wanna be late!" Called Iduna.

"I'll tell you on the way. Something tells me you're gonna like this story." Said Elsa as she moved the crumb-covered cookie plate aside and set the bell down on the table before following her sister.

At one time, most of my friends could hear the bell. But as years passed, it fell silent for all of them. Even Anna found one Christmas that she could no longer hear its sweet sound. And though I've grown old, the bell still rings for me. As it does for all, who truly believe.
