Not Enough Pink
Victor blinked as Opal fawned over Bede. Something seemed off about this scene... He slowly glanced down at his outfit and realized what the issue was.
"Opal, if you want someone 'pink,' what's wrong with me?" Victor waved at his clothes. "I'm all pink!"
Pink hoodie, pink striped shirt, pink pants, even pink socks; the only not-pink things were his bag and shoes, which were white. Victor was wearing just as much pink as Bede, if not more.
"Pink is a feeling and not a color, child," Opal replied stiffly.
"But then why do you want the guy who's wearing a big pink coat, then, if it's not literal?"
Opal paused. "It's a coincidence."
Victor blinked. "But..."
"A coincidence."
Bede groaned as Opal proceeded to drag him away before Victor could question her again. ...What even had just happened here?
