The Eye on the Galaxy

As shown at the end of The End of the Galaxy, Lord Hater chases Wander and Sylvia around the new galaxy. Meanwhile, Andy the Watchdog interviews the refugees on the ex-secret planet so the other Watchdogs get to know more about them and their needs. This serves as a series of shorts taking place before the currently shelved third season.

9. The Creatures

(Andy sits at his desk. The rabbit from The Good Deed stands on the desk on the right side.)

ANDY: Andy the Watchdog again, and this is the creature feature edition of Eye on the Galaxy! (to the rabbit) Now correct me if I'm wrong, but are you hungry for a carrot? (the rabbit shakes his head) What? Then what are you craving? (the rabbit pulls out a cookie and nibbles on it) One of Starbella's cookies? (looks at the audience, eyelid lowered) Never woulda guessed.

PURPLE PIT MONSTER: Wehhhh.

ANDY: I have no idea what you're saying.

(blip)

FIRE LION: I gotta be honest, the jungle here doesn't feel like my home jungle.

ANDY: Hey, you can talk. Wanna help me with the translations?

FIRE LION: Sure!

(blip)

(The Fire Lion sits behind Andy to give the translations.)

FIRE LION: (about the monster dog from The Stray, panting) This guy can't stand the heat.

(blip)

FIRE LION: (about the Giant Hoarder Scorpion, who has amassed a pile of seashells) He doesn't tread well on the beach.

FIRE LION: (about the Tigrex of Nil) Her fur's getting rough.

(blip)

FIRE LION: (about the electric bird and chicks) The trees won't hold her nest.

FRANKENSTEIN MONSTER: Planet too small!

FIRE LION: He tends to overreact.

FIRE LION: (about the Squills from The Wanders) They don't like the taste of squeaches.

(blip)

LEFT HUFFLERUMPLE: Swimming!

RIGHT HUFFLERUMPLE: Hiking!

FIRE LION: They can't agree on what to do here.

FIRE LION: (about the creatures from The Breakfast, looking wide awake) Diurnal.

FIRE LION: (about the creatures from The Night, looking half-awake) Nocturnal.

(The camera is zoomed out to the point where the Fire Lion, Andy, and the desk appear smaller and Frederick takes up half of the screen. A boom microphone is visible in the foreground and at the top of the screen.)

FREDERICK: I can't risk breaking the planet with my burrowing.

ANDY: (to the Fire Lion) Thanks, Mr. Lion, I'll take it from here.

(The camera is back to normal view and the Fire Lion is gone.)

ANDY: (about the mother and child from The Egg) Safely returning.

ANDY: (about the Gracknore) Somehow survived.

ANDY: (about the animals on Tagathoria from The Enemies) Starting to emerge.

ANDY: (about Buster) The Ballzerians should be relieved.

ANDY: (about the Giant Worm from The Hat, who gobbles up the Eye Drone, which goes static, and the text reads: EYE DRONE OFFLINE) (irked) Well, that was a thousand credits wasted.
