Prologue
January 06, 20XX
I was looking at my reflection in the mirror pondering upon the things that will soon take place, when I heard a knock on the door along with a voice saying "Can I come in?", I allowed the unexpected guest inside my room and she said "You look beautiful wearing that dress Hinata" with a grin plastered on her face, "I can't believe you're finally getting married!". Her words echoed in my mind 'yeah, I am getting married. Time sure flies.'
It was a fine day, no that's definitely an understatement, it was exactly what I've been dreaming of ever since I was a kid. The weather was perfect, my family and friends were present, the preparations were all settled and the only thing left is for me to walk down the aisle and exchange vows with the man that I love with all my heart. I never thought that this day would even come after everything that have happened.
The ceremony was about to start, the place was absolutely breathtaking, I have to give my utmost gratitude to the organizer of the wedding. She certainly took care of everything.
I found myself walking down the aisle with my father beside me, he was saying something but I can't quite comprehend what he was telling me. A lot of things were going through in my mind, I was nervous and excited at the same time, I kept on thinking 'What if he wasn't really sure about this?' Or 'What if I am not good enough for him?', all of these thoughts are making me feel like I am sitting on pins and needles.
My thoughts were suddenly interrupted as I saw a pair of eyes gazing at me intensely along with the brightest smile I have ever seen. It was him, and just by the way he looked at me I felt his sincerity, that he is sure of his decision. His eyes practically screamed that "He is the happiest man alive". There is nothing to worry about, it was the best day of my life.
The man I love is here with me and we're getting married, no more dramas. I cannot ask for anything else anymore, it made me think of how our story began. I can still remember the day we first met it was only 2 years ago…
