SETTING:
Bakugo and Uraraka have been dating for almost a month. Uraraka asked Bakugo to go with her to a fancy ball. She spent a lot of time convincing him he should dress up since its black tie code.
Bakugo couldn't keep resisting her and eventually agreed.
He was waiting for her at the school entrance, he was wearing a black tox and a black tie. He straightened his tie and felt his palms getting sweaty. It was not their first time going out but he felt nervous about the entire night. What if she asked to dance, what if she was impressed by someone else there… his anger started rising as he had these weird thoughts, what is this weird effect round face had on him, why is he so worried, why does he allow himself to think this way?
"Hey Bakugo? Is that you?!" Kirishima yelled the moment he saw his friend.
Kirishima was coming back to the dorms with Deku and Kaminari.
"It is you!" Kirishima added with a surprised tone.
"Why are you dressed up like that?" Kaminari asked.
"I never saw him wearing a tux before" Deku noted while staring at Bakugo
"Whats the occasion?" Kirishima asked
"Can you all just shut up , mind your own business…"
"Come on man, just tell us where you are going"
"Why are you by yourself, are you waiting from someone?"
"Oooohhh, are you waiting for Uraraka?"
"Do you guys have a date tonight?"
"Can I come with you?" Deku suddenly said.
"Me too, can I come Bakugo?" Kirishima also joined in.
"What the hell, what is wrong with you .. no one is coming.." Bakugo felt pressured as everyone bombarded him with questions.
"So you are going out with Uraraka!" beamed Kaminari.
"Just shut up, bunch of idiots… get a life and mind your damn business!" Bakugo started fuming as all attention was on him and he exploded on his friends.
"Bakugo?" A small voice came from behind and the noise died.
Bakugo slowly turned around and was left speechless as Uraraka stood in the doorway wearing a long red silk dress, it had a small thigh cut and only as she approached him more did he notice that it was also backless… He felt a sudden tension as the other guys gathered around her too.
Her hair was up in a classy messy bun and only a few strands of hair fell on her shoulders.
"Uraraka you look amazing!" Deku jumped closer to the girl and smiled widely.
"wow Uraraka you really look amazing" the other two boys said as they gathered around her.
"hhhhh thank you guys, that's sweet of you," Uraraka turned to Bakugo who looked away immediately, "Bakugo, what do you think? Do I look nice?"
"Ehm, its okay I guess," Bakugo started blushing as he forced the words from his mouth, "you look nice."
"You look nice too!" Uraraka smiled at Bakugo.
"Thank you," he then realized that their friends were still standing behind Uraraka and staring at their interaction, "you can leave now idiots,why are you still standing there! Move! Uraraka lets go" Bakugo put his hand around Uraraka and tried to cover up her back possessively while staring at the boys behind them.
When they were finally away from the preying eyes of everyone, Bakugo leaned closer to Uraraka and whispered in her ear, "You are gorgeous round face, I don't know how to deal with people when they are staring at you."
Uraraka stopped and faced her boyfriend.
"I am glad you like it, I only care about what you think." She reached to his bow tie and straightened it before looking up at him and smiling.
Bakugo felt his heart skip a beat and he took her by surprise when he closed the little space between them and sealed his lips to hers possessively. Uraraka was startled at first but then she leaned in and enjoyed their kiss. When they finally separated Uraraka was gasping for air while Bakugo watched her and a smug smile appeared on his face.
