Hello and Happy 3rd of December! (22 days til Christmas) Ruth and I are a bit of non canon fanatics, so we had to do Lou and Cecil. Written by Ruth, enjoy, and we don't own anything!
A knock on the door comes from outside. No one makes a move to get it. Another knock, but I'm too occupied in my potion to get it. Then a banging.
"Lou Ellen, can you get it please?" Victoria asks casually, not looking up from her book.
I sigh. "Yeah, sure."
"Thank you," my sister says.
I finish and pour the potion into a glass vile. I get up, heading to the door. I open it to see Cecil standing there bundled up. Chiron decided that since its suppose to be a snowy month, he'd let the snow come through. So, we've got about a foot and a half of snow on the ground.
"Jeez, Lou, can you guys not hear or something?" Cecil asks. "It's freezing."
I give him a sheepish smile. "Sorry. Want to come in?"
"Actually," he starts. "I was thinking we could take a walk around the woods. It's looking very nice today despite there being no sun."
I give him a smile. "I'll be right out."
I close the door on him, heading to my trunk under my bed, and pulling out my coat, gloves, hat, and boots. I put my fuzzy socks on before slipping my boats on. I put my other things on then walk out the cabin. Cecil grabs my hand, sticking both of our hands in his coat pocket.
We head to the woods.
"You're right. It's is nice," I say.
There's still snow stacked high on the ground, snow falling lightly.
"I told you." He says, smirking that classic Hermes' smirk. "When are you going to start trusting me?"
We stop in a clearing. I bend down, patting snow into my hands. I stand back up, snowball ready. His eyes widen.
"Never," I tell him before chucking the snow ball at him.
"Oh, it's on."
He grabs a snowball and I run. He throws it at me. It hits my back, so I throw one at him. I duck behind a rock, laughing, and start building snowballs. I look up from the rock, but duck back down when a snowball gets thrown from a log.
I grab a snowball, popping up again. I throw it at Cecil. He throws, like, three at me. I press myself against the rock. There's silence.
"Agh!" I shout when a snowball rains on top of my head. I quickly stand up and move away to see Cecil grinning. "Cecil!"
I grab one of my ready made snowballs and throw it at his head. I take off running when Cecil throws another one at me. He chases after me. I quickly stop to make another snowball. I continue to run through the clearing.
I stop for a second to throw my snowball at Cecil who's only inches from me. I turn to run again while he's in processing getting a snowball thrown at.
Cecil grabs my hand though, pulling me back to him with a lot of force. I crash into him, sending us to the ground. I land on top of Cecil. He lets out a grunt.
I stare into his clear blue eyes. He moves his hand from my wrist to clasping my hand, intertwining our hands, and moves one hand to my waist.
"This is so cliché," I whisper, sending him into laughter.
"Yes, yes it is." He agrees.
"Well, I guess I have to add onto the cliché." I say. Cecil gives me a questioning look.
I lean down, placing a kiss on his lips. Cecil kisses back. I pull away after a moment.
"Come on. Let's get back. I'm getting cold." I tell him, getting off him and standing up.
He follows suit. He grabs my hand again, sticking them once again in his pocket. We walk to his cabin. We head inside to cuddle in his bed and watch Christmas movies on his laptop.
