Summery

Ermine is an IceWing who was Stolen from the IceWing Royal hatchery as an egg. She is one of the Dragonet's of destiny from the prophecy, but not everything is what it seams. Will Ermine and her friends follow the talons of fate? Or will they find there own path and destiny?

(The IceWing Prophecy)

When darkness falls upon the land,

When dragons fight for a rightful Queen.

Three sisters, two will fall.

And one is left standing alone.

Wings of Night, Ice and Rain,

Wings of Sea, Sky and future sight.

Find the dragons of full moons bright,

Fear the dragons of Night and Ice.

Fear the ones who seek to conquer.

These dragons will end this fight of blood and tears,

These Dragons will change the fate of this destroyed land,

They will be the peacemakers in this land of darkness and betrayal.

These dragons will find the eye that sees the truth.

Together these dragons form the Wings of Fire.

And the time for peace will be right.

Chapter Two: IceWing Scales And Wounds

*The Next Morning*

Startail's POV

I awoke early, I quietly walked to where both Ermine and Tempest slept. I entered the sleeping cave to see Ermine already awake, and reading a scroll. The IceWing is a bookworm, but that's fine because Tempest and I are as well. The SeaWing was cleaning the IceWings burns to make sure that they wouldn't get infected.

"How are you feeling Ermine?" I asked, as the IceWing gave a hiss and her tail twitched.

"I-I'm f-feeling a-a l-little b-better, but my scales hurt a-a l-little." The white and pale blue dragonet admitted quietly.

"They still look red, is that bad for IceWings?" I asked, as Ermine shrugged, witch proved to be a bad idea as she gave a wince of pain.

"You shouldn't move so fast, and don't push yourself to hard, we should go talk to Snowflake, she knows more then we do about IceWing scales and burns." I said, and the IceWing put her scroll away with a sigh. We then headed to the guardians sleeping cave.

Ermine's POV

I was glad that my scales weren't to badly burnt. But Kestrel did get scolded by a very angry Snowflake. They would be fully healed in about a week, witch wasn't to bad.

"That was pretty funny watching Kestrel get chewed out by Snowflake." Startail said, and we all laughed at the memory.

"So, what should we do now?" Startail asked, as we all looked to each other. It was Tempest who answered after a moment of silence.

"We could go read scrolls about the death of Queen Oasis. Or we could go see what Windracer and Evergreen are up to." The SeaWing mused, with a thoughtful look on her face.
