Hello and THANKGODITSTHEWEEKEND!
Sorry, I've been drowning in all the work school is giving me and the weekend is very much appreciated.
Today we have some Jasper, because, let's be honest. We need more Jasper where they ARENT breaking up, or are already broken up.
Thank you Ruth, for this very cute story.
Disclaimer: You would think that by now people would know that we don't own what Rick owns, but whatever
Christmas Countdown: Today is December 19 which means that we only have 6 more days until Christmas! We're getting so close to the end!
(*silently thanks god that this amazing torture is almost over*)
Enjoy and please review! :)
"Jase, you ready to put lights up?" Piper asks, grabbing some lights and walking to the door.
"Yeah, I'm coming," Jason says from where ever he is in the Zeus Cabin.
"Okay, I'll be outside." Piper tells him.
She walks outside with some of the lights, shutting the door. Jason and her decided to decorate his cabin since it was looking a little bland this Christmas. They aren't going all the way out on the Christmas lights-like the Hephaestus or Athena cabin-but some pretty multicolor lights will work.
"Okay, I'm out. Sorry it took so long," Jason says, walking out the cabin. He gives Piper a smile.
"It's alright, let's just get these done." Piper tells him.
The two start untangling the lights, laying them all out on the ground in front of them.
"Do you want to fly up there and put the lights up?" Piper asks, looking at her boyfriend.
"Yeah." He says, grabbing a strand.
Jason uses some of the air and wind to push him upwards to the cabin roof. Piper watches from the ground as Jason flies up to hang the lights up. She just about dies laughing when Jason hits the roof, falling and landing on the ground. He lets out an 'oof.' Jason sits up, looking at his girlfriend who's in literal tears from laughing so hard.
"How...ho...how did you do that?!" Piper asks, another round of laughter hitting her like a wave.
"I used too much wind to lift me." Jason defends, getting off the ground. "Stop laughing!"
"I..can't. That's way too funny." Piper says. She looks at her dumb boyfriend before laughing all over again.
Jason sighs, flying up again with the lights and clips to start hanging the lights up.
"Okay, okay, I'm done." Piper tells him.
"Thank you." Jason says, looking down at her. She grins up at him.
"That was still super funny, though."
"Pipes." Jason groans.
"It was and you can't deny it."
"We do not speak of that ever again."
"I'm so telling Leo and Percy."
Jason's on the ground in an instant, right in front of Piper's face. She looks up at him.
"Do not mention this to them. They'd never let me live it down." He tells her. Piper rolls her eyes.
"Okay, fine." She tells him, but she's at least going to tell Leo. She can't not tell him. It's too good. She won't tell Jason that though. "Let's just finish these."
Piper moves to decorating the bushes with the lights as Jason continues on the roof.
Later, once they're all done, the two stand in front of the cabin, Jason's arm around Piper's waist.
"The hard work paid off. It looks great." Jason says. Piper holds in a laugh.
"Yeah, hard work as in falling," she says.
"Piper."
"Sorry, sorry."
Piper turns to look at Jason, pulling him down in a quick kiss.
"It looks wonderful."
Jason smiles.
"Now, lets go inside. It's getting late," Jason says.
Piper nods and the two make their way inside the cabin.
