Under The Mistletoe With You

The turtles were bustling about the lair as they put up Christmas decorations, which really made the lair feel cheery. "Maybe we'll have a quiet Christmas this year," Donnie said.

"That would be nice," Leo said with a nod.

Raph was thinking about his girlfriend, smiling as he thought about her being under the mistletoe with him. He had seen in some movies that some women loved that and he hoped that she would let him kiss her under the mistletoe. He smiled dreamily as he hung up some garland.

"Raph? Raph, you there?"

The red-masked turtle blinked and saw his youngest brother looking at him. "Sorry, Mikey. What were you saying?" He asked.

Mikey smiled. "Thinking about Kairi again, huh?" He asked. "You going to bring her here for Christmas?"

"I'd like to, if she doesn't have other plans."

"I don't think she does, bro," said Donnie. "Kairi came here the other day while you were on patrol with Leo and Mikey and she asked me if I thought she'd be allowed to spend Christmas with us."

"And she's more than welcome to," said Splinter as he came out, smiling. "Raph, you may invite her here for Christmas."

"Thanks, Dad," the red-masked turtle said. "I'll go talk to her after we finish the decorations."

With the four turtles being fast workers, everything was soon up and Raphael went up to the surface, keeping to the shadows until he made it to his girlfriend's apartment, peeking into the window in her living room to see her in the kitchen with her back to him. He tapped on the window gently and she jumped, whirling around in surprise before her face took on a look of joy and she ran to the window, opening it up and letting him come in. "Raph!" She said excitedly, jumping into his arms and kissing him deeply, wrapping her arms around his neck.

The turtle smiled into the kiss and held her close, returning the kiss and deepening it a bit, rumbling in pleasure and feeling her shudder in his arms. He gently broke the kiss and looked at her. "You okay, Beautiful?" He asked.

She nodded and smiled at him. "Yes," she said breathlessly. "You just took my breath away and when you rumble like that, it makes me all tingly in a good way."

He grinned. "Good to know," he said. "I was a little worried you were afraid when I felt you shudder."

Kairi laughed gently. "Oh, you," she said. "I could never be afraid of you, Handsome."

He smirked. "You were when we first met," he pointed out gently.

"True, but any person meeting a giant turtle for the first time, especially after escaping a harrowing situation, would be a bit afraid," she admitted. "But I stopped being afraid when you showed me how gentle you were and that you wouldn't hurt me."

"I'd never hurt a lady," he said, gathering her in his arms. "Especially one that proved to me that she could stand up for herself, even if her methods were very amusing to me."

She giggled. "At least you made it a fair fight," she said.

Raph chuckled. "How did I get to be the luckiest guy in the world to have such a sweet, beautiful girl as my girlfriend?" He asked.

"I sometimes wonder how I got to be the luckiest girl in the world to have such a strong, sensitive, caring, and handsome man as my boyfriend."

He smiled before two delicious aromas reached his nose and he smiled. "Ah, cherry blossoms," he said, making her giggle before he smelled something that made his mouth water. "Whatcha cooking, beautiful?"

"Oyster soup," she said. "Want to join me for dinner?"

He grinned. "I'd love that," he said, kissing her again and making her sink into his arms as she sighed lovingly.

As they were eating, Raph smiled at her. "Hey, Kairi, do you want to join my family for Christmas?" He asked. "Dad said you could come over if you wanted."

She smiled. "You didn't by chance talk to your brother, did you?" She asked.

"Donnie did mention you had said something about Christmas," he replied. "And honestly, I was hoping you'd want to join us. Mikey's girlfriend April got us the dinner and got us a tree."

Kairi smiled again. "I'd love to join you guys for Christmas," she said. "I was actually hoping you'd be okay with that since...well," she trailed off.

The red-masked turtle was by her side in an instant. "What's wrong, Beautiful?" He asked worriedly.

She looked at him. "Well...," she tried again, but trailed off. He gently took her hand into his own.

"You didn't want to spend Christmas alone?" He asked gently.

She nodded and he gently tilted her chin up with his free hand to make her look at him. "Baby, you never have to spend the holidays alone again," he said. "I promise."

She smiled at him, a few tears escaping her eyes. "Really?" She asked.

He nodded and leaned down, giving her a kiss that made her moan in pleasure. He then gently broke the kiss and looked at her. "I mean it, Baby," he said. "Now, come on. Let's finish dinner and I'll take you to the lair."

Kairi smiled. "Should I pack a bag?" She asked.

He grinned. "If you want to," he said. "Though I don't plan on letting you go anywhere for the next couple of days."

She giggled again and after they finished eating and the dishes were done and everything in its place, the young woman headed to her room and quickly packed a bag, ready to go about fifteen minutes later and Raph smiled as he saw her coming towards him, ready to go. Being a gentleman, he took her bag and it wasn't long before they were at the lair.

Splinter looked up and smiled at seeing Kairi come in. "Ah, Kairi, welcome, my dear," he said, going up to her. "Merry Christmas."

"Merry Christmas, Splinter," she replied before smiling. "Domo arigato for allowing me to spend Christmas with you."

He nodded, impressed by her saying 'thank you' in Japanese. "You're welcome," he said. "Has my son been teaching you Japanese?"

Kairi blushed a little. "I've actually been listening to tutorial videos and he's been helping me practice," she admitted.

Splinter chuckled and nodded while Mikey came in and gave the girl a hug. "Glad you could come, Kairi," he said with a smile.

"Thanks, Mikey. Me too," she said.

She then saw Raph talking to Leo and went over to them, making the red-masked turtle smile as he held out an arm and she moved closer, leaning into his side as his arm came around her lovingly. Leo raised an eyebrow and glanced up before smiling. "You know...you guys are right underneath something," he said before stepping back and pointing upwards.

Kairi and Raph looked up to see they were directly underneath the mistletoe and the girl giggled, looking up at her boyfriend with a smile and seeing him smile back. "Isn't there something about a kiss under the mistletoe?" He asked her.

She nodded. "Yes," she said before leaning against his plastroon and he held her closer to him, leaning his face closer to hers but stopping mere inches from kissing her.

"Get ready to have your socks knocked off, Baby," he said before kissing her deeply.

Giggling, she returned the kiss, feeling him gently run his tongue over her bottom lip and she responded by allowing him to give her a French kiss.

Kairi felt dizzy as her man kissed her so passionately and she kissed him back just as passionately, sinking into his arms again as the world faded out and her whole world for a moment became just the mistletoe overhead and her and her boyfriend underneath it, lost in both the magic of Christmas and the magic of love.
