Merry Christmas, Nick!
Chapter 1
Judy wanted to spend a romantic evening with her Fox on Christmas Eve and then Chief Bogo had called Nick into work! Now she was going to do something special for him when he got home. Judy sat on a chair before the fireplace, waiting for him, and hoped he'd return soon! She was wearing a red Christmas outfit that surely wasn't one that Ole Saint Nick would've approved of. It was just the right size to leave everything to the imagination, but small enough to hold her Fox's complete and undivided attention. She giggled.
Judy awoke when she heard the car door shut and she looked at herself, making sure that she looked perfect. Then she lay on floor before a crackling fire and when the door opened she held a sprig of mistletoe over her head.
"Merry Christmas, Nick!"
"Merry Christmas, Fluff," he said and stumbled toward the bedroom, without taking a second glance. "I'm beat! See you in the morning."
The door shut and Judy lay there momentarily stunned! Then a few seconds later she heard laughter coming from the bedroom. Angrily she stomped over and flung open the door. Nick lay on their bed in only his fur with a strategically placed red bow.
"Merry Christmas, Fluff," he said and gave her a foxy grin.
Then she pounced on her Fox and a few moments later they forgot about everything else.
