Chapter -6
After few days
Purvi was standing in the balcony of her room and was sipping her coffee early morning when her mother came towards her and said "pata hai beta humare ruk jane se zindagi nahi ruk jati vo chalti he rehti hai chalti he rahegi ".She looked at her with unsion and said while keeping her coffee to the side "Mummy please phir se same topic mat chedna mai pehle bhi apko kitni baar keh chuki hoon ".
"Par beta harz kya hai doobara shadi karne main ?" Asked her mother .
"Ek baar kar ke dekh chuki hoon kya mila shadi karke dukh dard ke alawa aur kuch nahi maine bohot mushkil se khud ko sambhala hai mummy ".
"Beta har admi galat nahi hota aur yeh baat tu bhi janti hai haina ,beta zindagi bohot badi hai usse aisa katna sahi nahi ,aur phir tu he tho kehti thi na ki zindagi jeene ka naam hai phir kyu uss sab ke baad tu apni he kahi har baat ko galat sabit karne pe tuli hui hai ,kyu? Kyu apne aap ko badal rahi hai apne aap ko .Purvi tu pehle ki tarah nahi ho sakti kya ".
"Kaise ho sakti hoon pehle ki tarah .Ab life main utna intrest he nahi .Aur aap doobara shadi ki baat kar rahi hai aap batao kaun karega mujhse shadi yeh janne ke baad ki main already married hoon and on top of that mera 6 saal ke be beta hai batao kaun karega ..koi jawab nahi hai na apke pass jab ho tab hum iss bare main baat karenge ".
Life is full of surprises..! They say that whatever happens in our life at any point of time has a certain reason of it...You'll never know when and how a special person will step in your life and change it totally up side down..These special people or special events are supposed to play their part at a certain time..It may be destiny or luck..Whatever you say..I know I know these words are too heavy to digest but all I want to say soon destiny will paly it's game .
In Rajat's home
Rajat was sitting in the hall lost in his own thought and smiling while looking at his phone ,Rakhi and his Rockstar Dadi saw him like that they smiled looking at him Rakhi went near him and snatched his phone in order to see what he was actually looking at and smiling too ,She saw it's a snap in which Rajat is with Saransh she swipe the screen there are many more like this a smile crept over her face .
"Hume tho laga tha ki kisi ladki ki photo dekh raha hai yeh tho koi baacha hai "said Dadi .
"Vaise kaun hai yeh baacha tune tho kabhi nahi bataya iske bare kafi cute hai nai maaji "said Rakhi while showing the pic .
"Iska naam Saransh hai aur sahi kaha kafi cute hai lekin sirf dikhne mai he nahi apni bato mai bhi cute agar aap isse baat karne lag jaoge tho rukne ka man he nahi karega ,pata hai superman bulata hai mujhe aur football vo tho iska favourite hai ...like this he keep on praising Saransh and Rakhi and Dadi were just looking at him with a smiling face .
"Lagta hai kafi aachi dosti ho gayi hai teri Saransh se itni baat sunn ke baad tho bohot man kar raha hai humara usse milne ka "said Rakhi .
" kya batau ma mera tho man karta hai ki main sara din uske saath rahu kabhi kabhi tho man karta hai ki usse apne ghar main rakh loon aur kabhi jane na doon lekin aisa kaise ho sakta hai "..
" ek kaam kar tu uski ma se he shadi karle phir vo humesha ke liye yahan aa jayega aur hume ready -pota bhi mil jayega ha ha ha .." said Dadi playfully ...
"Kya huch bhi bolte ho Dadi ...mai ja raha hoon tayar hone bye.." said Rajat and moved from their .
After 2-3 days
In the bureau
Rain poured on thd city of dreams like anything..The Rain showers along with lightening healed summer strokes wounds..Mumbai Experienced its First monsoon shower of the year..And what a Beautiful Sight it was! To Enjoy rains On Juhu beach..Girgaon chaupati..Or Gatway of India or Nariman Point..Or Marine Lines..So many Places Where you can Enjoy The Monsoon to your utter delights..
In such hearty weather Rajat was thinking about purvi ..
" snap out of it man! Tu bureau mein hai...agar kisi ne aisa dekh liya toh daant padegi..here..your coffee.." Rajat came out of my thoughts as he saw his best friend in front of me..
"Thanks Sachin it was much needed.."He said while taking one of the cups from his hand..
" your always welcome! By the way tu agar Purvi ko like karta hai tho bolne main kya jata hai tera "Sachin said shaking his head in disbelief.
" What ?(he almost spilled his coffee ) yeh subha subha kya bole ja raha hai tu ,ya I like her but as a friend as a cop nothing more than that ".He made himself very clear .
"Aacha mai jhooth bol raha hoon tujhe tujhse aache se janta hoon bachpan ka dost hoon ab tu mujhe safai dega seriously jab bhi vo samne hoti hai ullu ki tarah ghoorte rehta hai usse kya koi dosto ko aise dekhta hai ab agar tu ullu bana hua hai tho iska matlab yeh nahi ki puri duniya gadhi hai samjha ".
"Kya ullu ,gadha ..kal raat ko discovery channel dekh raha tha kya chal ab paka mat kaam karte hai varna zaroor band baj jayegi " And they started to work again on the files..
After few moments ...
He saw Purvi she was busy writing her file again and again her locks were disturbing her on and off she was putting them behind her ears ,He smiled the sound of pitter patter rain drops were creating a rythym for him he imagined himself setting her hair when he realised it he ruffels his hair thinking "tu aise he pagal ho jayega Rajat agar tune usse nahi bataya tho lekin kaise batau vo kya sochegi mere bare main usse dekh ke tho lagta hai ki usse mujh me bilkul bhi intrest nahi hai " .
"I thought she is wierd no ,She is not wierd but she is beautiful " He again smiled and resumed his work .
Sunday (Mandir )
"Kya ma sunday ko log aaram karte hai lekin lekin aap mujhe humesha blackmail karke mandir le aate ho not fair " Rajat complained as they climed the stairs .
"Bas ab bhagwan ke kaam par bahane nahi karte chup chap chalo " ordered Rakhi .
"Ok "He unwillingly entered .
They did all the rituals when they turned to Rajat saw Purvi she was standing with her mother and praying with eyes closed he smiled , after sometime purvi and her mother prepared to leave Rajat thought he was dreaming when his mother exclaimed ..
"Aare beta ruko !" Said Rakhi .
She came near her and hugged her Rajat and purvi 's mother got confused .
" dekho tumne humari help ki aur hum tumhara naam bhi poochna bhool gaye " .
Rajat said "Ma yeh Purvi hai lekin aap isse kaie janti hai ".
"Aare beta yeh wahi hai jisne ma jo ko uss bachaya tha lekin tum isse kaise jante ho ".
"Ma yeh mere saath CID main kaam karti hai isliye " .
"Oh aacha isse bolte bagal main chura gao main dindhora ..ab mera matlab hai ki tum samne he thi phir bhi tumhe kaha kaha nahi dhoond rahe the aur beta kaise ho ."said Rakhi .
"Mai thik hoon auntie ,Dadi ji kaise hai ".
"Vo bhi thik hai tumhe bohot yaad karti hai kabhi aao na humare ghar bhi ".
" aaj nahi phir kabhi .." she stated .
"Han ab tho aana jana laga he rahega kyu Rajat ."
They bid good bye to each other and went for their respective houses .
