Testing the Limits.
We open on an average morning in South Park.
It has been one week since N Dovan arrived in South Park.
Well a week was debatable considering he was sent back in time.
N was in his base alone in the room where his skill trees were.
All the skills were greyed out.
"It's still hard to believe the powers we've gained."
The form of Red appeared behind him.
"The stranger thing is what happened during that game."
N nods and starts to walk out.
Red followed him even though he could just go through walls.
"I think we need to test out what my limits are."
N said as he walked outside of his lair.
"But I thought you had no limits."
Red asked him.
"I'll explain when my followers get here."
He forms a throne outside his lair and sits in it.
"Ok, how did you do that?"
"I dont know."
N sighed.
(If Vergil can do it so can N)
His followers soon arrived and saw N on the throne.
"Did you move your throne outside?"
Annie asked.
"It kinda just appeared and I sat on it."
N got up and the throne and it vanished.
"Yeah, I'm not going to question that."
Bebe said.
"So why have you called us here my lord?"
Henrietta asked.
"My abilities have changed since i was sent back."
N said looking at his hand.
"Not in a good way either."
"What do you mean?"
Henrietta asked.
"I thought you had no limits to your abilities."
"It's complicated but basically, the law of the game lowered my abilities so I could only use them so much,then when the ritual happened it broke my limits and then I could use my abilities as much as I wanted."
"But?"
Bebe questioned.
"When I was sent back my power was reduced but not nearly as much."
He rolled up his sleeve and transformed his arm into a demon arm.
"I can transform only for a short time, but I can control it better."
His arm returned to normal but his hand remained in demon form.
Then his body transformed completely into a demon before returning to normal.
"So in a way I'm stronger but not nearly as much as i should be."
N stretches.
"So i want to test all my abilities."
Several minutes later…
N was on the other side of his field while each of his followers were on the other.
"Alright hit me with everything you got!"
N shouted.
Annie and Henrietta shot fire at N while Bebe shot several arrows at N.
The attacks hit N creating a field of smoke around him.
When the smoke cleared N stood completely unscratched.
"Well I'm definitely fireproof."
He looks at the pieces of arrow on the ground.
"And I'm durable."
He faces his followers.
"All right, we're testing my speed next."
N ran as fast as he could and was in front of his followers within three seconds.
"Alright that was about 200 yards"
N said before running back.
"Not bad."
He ran to them again.
"What about your jumping ability?"
Annie asked.
"Lets see."
N jumped and landed at the top of his tower.
"Well at least a couple stories."
He jumps back down.
"Lets ready the obstacle course."
A bit of time passed…
Several Hurdles and a track set up.
"Alright everyone remember attack me while i run."
"Why though? You just took our attacks with no damage."
Annie said while outside the track.
"The point of this track is to test my dodge ability."
"But what about your time abilities?"
Bebe asked.
"I'll explain after this."
He got ready.
"Three Two One go!"
N shouted before he started running.
They started to shoot at N who ducked and jumped over hurdles and their attacks.
He turned around and ran back and away from his followers.
They continued shooting at him, but they were closer so their shots were getting close to him.
N was barely able to dodge the attacks.
He was about to exit the course and an arrow was about to hit his head.
N quickly pulled his sword off his back and cut the arrow in half and exited the course.
"Well my reflexes are definitely in check."
N said while putting the sword back.
"Anything else you need to test my lord?"
Henrietta asked
"Not at the moment."
"Can you explain your time stop now?"
Bebe asked.
N nodded.
Suddenly the world around him stopped as a leaf fell in front of him
The leaf froze in front of him.
He stepped around it and tapped his followers allowing them to move.
"As you can see everything around us is frozen, but since you're my followers i was able to bring you all into the time stop."
He went back to the leaf.
"But if i touch something already in motion"
He tapped the leaf and time resumed.
"Time resumes."
"But why? Its just a dumb leaf."
Bebe questioned.
"Anything already in motion when I stop time, if I interfere, time resumes."
He turns to his lair.
"It's a strange but useful power."
"My lord is there anything else you need?"
Henrietta questioned while hoping for some carnage.
"No not now anyway, I still need to practice my other abilities."
He turned to his followers and his eyes turned red.
"For the inevitable conflict ahead."
N smirked evilly.
