Sonic Goes Bust!

Tails' latest invention has transformed Sonic into a girl! However, Sonic had a date coming up with Amy, so he dresses Shadow up like himself and sends him on the date. While the date ensues, Sonic searches for a component to fix the machine. All the while he avoids Silver, Vector, and Knuckles, who have all taken Sonic as a love interest.

6. Epilogue

Later that night at 9:00pm, Tails added the mustache in a glass canister and placed it in a slot opposite of Rouge's toothbrush, adding the finishing touches to the machine.

"This is perfect, now we should be able to use the machine anytime without needing to repair it"

"Alright, let's give this thing a shot" said Sonic as he stepped into the chamber and threw the blouse, skirt, and underwear out the door before closing it.

"Ok, in 3...2...1…"

The machine ran and completed the transformation process without so much as a bolt falling off. Sonic stepped out of the machine having successfully reverted the gender swap. However, he did not pass out this time.

Sonic looked himself up and down and said "Well, that was a wild adventure, to say the least"

Tails replied to Sonic, "Yeah, that was some adventure, Sonic" before he giggled suspiciously.

The doorbell rang, and Sonic went upstairs to answer it. On the other side was Shadow, soaked, with most of the blue paint washed off. He only had one of the contact lenses in and a lump on his head implying that he was struck with Amy's hammer.

"Glad to see you're back to normal."

Sonic looked at Shadow with concern, "Uhh, looks like the date went well."

"She found out it was me, that paint isn't waterproof."

"I'm guessing you're mad right now."

"Not really," answered Shadow, surprising Sonic, "I'm sure you would have helped me in this situation as well"

"Absolutely, although i'm not sure if I have your personality perfected"

"Yours was predictable enough that I can easily fake it. It's the only time I'm a fake hedgehog. Well I'm going to leave before you try to get me to do anything else"

Shadow walked away stumbling, and Sonic walked back down into the basement.

"Alright Tails, I think it's about time I...Tails?"

"Now it's my turn!"

Tails pressed a button on a remote in his hand, then stepped into the chamber. He came out as a girl and subsequently collapsed from using the machine. Sonic stared at him with a straight face, but then smiled for a second. He went and picked up Tails' unconscious body, carrying him who was now her to bed. After tenderly placing Tails on her bed, Sonic pulled a blanket over her.

Sonic commented, "I sure hope he'll change his mind in the morning, I don't want him to have to go through what I just went through."

He then turned out the lights and closed Tails' bedroom door.

Meanwhile, In his lair, Eggman stared into a mirror, enraged at the loss of half of his mustache.
