Anna began rolling her neck as a way to stretch her sore, strained muscles, adding an exaggerated groan of discomfort as a way of letting Kristoff behind her know that she was uncomfortable. After all, it had been a long day of Christmas celebrations, both successful and otherwise, and she was exhausted.

But not, too exhausted.

Sven, catching on quicker than his best friend, hit him in the back with his antler. "What?" Rubbing his back Sven gestured to Anna as she let out another long groan. "Anna? Are you alright?"

She rolled her eyes, but still tried to play it cool. If she dropped enough hints maybe he'd get it. "Well my neck is bothering me a little bit." She moved her hands to her neck and began rubbing. "Oh. Ouch. It hurts."

"Huh? We'll need to find a doctor or maybe you can get a massage." The castle halls echoed with Sven and Anna face palming. "What?"

She shook her head, backpedaled so she fell in step with him, and hooked her arm through his. "You're just adorable. Don't worry, I'll be sure to explain it to you later."

They continued down the hall, ready to relax by the fireplace in the den after such a long day. "I'm surprised Elsa left before we did." He commented.

Exhaustion pulled at her eyelids. "She's been putting together for weeks, she could use an early day."

They were about to enter the den when quiet voices on the other side caught their attention. One of the voices was Elsa, but the other Anna couldn't place.

Sven hit Kristoff with his antler again. "Oh!" In his Sven voice he said, "don't you remember? Drake left early too."

They put their ears to the door to hear what they were talking about. Instead Anna nearly fell backwards when she heard Elsa release a long drawn out moan.

"Oh wow," they heard her shudder, "this is amazing." The word was drawn out as if she was melting into the ground. "You're really good at this, and it's so warm."

He laughed. "I've never actually done this with anyone else before. Not even Arabella."

"So I'm your first? That makes me feel—ah!"

"Oh, Did I hurt you?!"

"No, no, no, you just hit a tender spot. Don't worry, you're being gentle."

"Okay good."

They were quiet for a moment. "If you get better at this you can do it to everyone in the castle."

He barked with laughter while Anna slapped her hands over her mouth in a laughing grimace.

"No thanks, I wouldn't do this for anyone ever, but considering you're my girlfriend you get special treatment."

Suddenly another voice. "Hey what about me!" Olaf piped up.

"You're made of snow, and you'd melt as soon as I touched you!"

Anna nearly kicked the door in. "Okay that's enough! I don't care what you guys do, but you can't do it in front of Olaf! What are you think—". She paused mid-rant.

Olaf was seated on a large backed chair beside the Christmas tree with an open book seated in his lap. Elsa and Drake were seated on a loveseat beside the fireplace with one of her feet in his hands. All three we're now staring dumbfoundedly at the princess now standing speechless.

"Um… hey guys…" she finally said, "whatcha doing?"

Beginning to relax again, Elsa gestured to Drake. "Drake was giving me a foot rub. A wonderful foot rub." Both were dressed casually, Elsa out of her dark blue dress and into blue thigh high wool socks with a matching long sweater. Drake was dressed in cotton olive green pajamas with a dragon pattern.

"A foot rub? Wouldn't he crush your foot?" Kristoff wondered.

"Not if I'm being super gentle." Drake rolled his eyes, continuing to massage Elsa's tender feet.

She laid her head back with a blissful smile. "I love wearing heels, but they can be murder on the feet."

"I'm gonna take your word for it."

Anna let out an awkward giggle. "Well, erm, we'll leave you guys to it—"

"Wait!" Elsa called, "It's Christmas Eve, we should be together."

"We should?— ow." She kicked her boyfriend with her free foot.

"Hey!" Olaf shouted. "I've found a Christmas book I can read!"

Anna thought a moment, exchanging a look with Kristoff asking if it was okay with him. When he smiled she clapped her hands. "Okay! We'll get comfy and we'll be right back." She grabbed her boyfriend by the collar and hurried from the den.

Drake pressed his thumb into the arch of her foot to get her attention. "And here I thought we were gonna spend the evening with just the two of us." He caught the sight of Olaf meandering out of the corner of his eye, "—ish."

She giggled. "I know, but it's Christmas Eve, we should try to spend it with family too." She took her foot back, took his hand, and pulled him towards her to lay beside her on the loveseat. Her fingers came up absentmindedly to fiddle with his necklace. "Besides, if you play nice, maybe, just maybe," she glanced at Olaf before bringing her lips to his ear to finish her sentence. Her icy breath succeeded in sending a visible chill down his spine that made him shiver, something that rarely, if ever, happened to him.

She gave him a coy smile that was met with an awkward chuckle. "Okay, I'll be good."

She put her finger to his nose, creating a furry of snowflakes. "That's my dragon."

He put his forehead to hers, and responded with, "My snow queen," followed by a cold, hot kiss between them.

"Okay you two!" Sven, Anna and Kristoff returned, both in their night clothes and large wool blanket. "It's time for a Christmas story!"

Everyone cuddled together, giving their attention to Olaf.

He cleared his throat and opened the book in his lap. "''Twas the night before Christmas'..."
