Pollux Black, died of old age in 1989, a year before Sagitta C. Black was sent an invitation to the Wizarding school known as Hogwarts. Once her great-grandfather passed, Sagitta had been placed in the capable hands of her great-aunt Cassiopeia Black.
A single old woman of power, influence, and solitude of strength. She was strict, cruel, and incredibly harsh. Cassiopeia held high demands, and expected the same education to be received for Sagitta as she did.
A year under her tutelage left Sagitta with a mirage of knowledge, the expectancy to be just as powerful as her family.
Living under the roof of the strict Black, Sagitta wrote about the strange memories of her past life. Remembering strange events or knowing even stranger things about muggle appliances that she shouldn't have known. The oddities gathering up.
Then. It finally arrived. The letter from the school of Witchcraft and Wizardry, Hogwarts. The time for her to expand herself, her knowledge, and learn of the world beyond the doors of deceased and old family.
"Do not disappoint me, do you understand, Sagitta?" her high voice scraping against the young girl. Nodding in understanding, "Yes, Ma'am." she responded with a light bow.
Decorum, etiquette, manners, dancing, history, defense, and more were taught in the year and a half she spent with Cassiopeia. Whilst she mastered none of the topics, her progress was well received by the woman.
"A Lady of the Black family must always be ready. Do you understand?"
"Yes, Ma'am."
"As long as you understand who you are."
