Chapter 2
Nine Months Later
Kelly's POV
I was nine months pregnant. And our baby was going to be here any day. The next thing I knew our baby was coming. I called for RJ and we went to the hospital. RJ was by my side the entire time. I was really happy that RJ stayed with me.
Two hours later
RJ's POV
I was relieved that our baby was here and healthy. The nurse came in and I seen our baby. Our little baby boy. "He is wonderful and amazing and you did so well." Kelly looked at me smiling but I could tell she was really tired and the nurse took our son back to the nursery. Then I laid next to her in the bed.
Casey's POV
I got a phone call from RJ and got the good news. RJ wanted me to the everyone the good news. I went to the others and told them. "That was RJ on the phone. And their baby is here." They asked me what the baby was and I told them, "RJ and Kelly have a baby boy. And he is healthy and he's doing great." The next day RJ and Kelly came home with their son. I went to help RJ and Kelly get everything and the baby inside. After I helped them carry everything inside they let me watch the baby for a bit. They even told me they named him CJ which was short for Casey James. I smiled at them telling them thank you for naming their son after me. I started talking to CJ. "Hey little guy welcome to the family. And I promise you I will not let anything or anyone hurt you." RJ and Kelly made me CJ's Uncle and Godfather. "I am really honored that you guys made me CJ's Uncle and Godfather.
Kelly's POV
"You are very welcome Casey. He really seems to like you." I smiled at Casey but I knew I hurt RJ. Because I ended up sleeping with Casey when RJ was gone that day. I know it's weird we went to bed in the middle of the day. But there were those other nights too where we slept together without RJ knowing. So pretty much CJ is really Casey's baby. I went to the bathroom to cry privately so no one knew I was crying. Then I heard a knock on the bathroom door. So I yelled, "Who is it?" Then I heard the voice say, "It's Casey, can I come in?" I gave him an answer, "Yeah." I seen him come into the bathroom. I told him to shut the door and lock it. I seen him do that and he asked me, "Kell what's wrong?" I looked at him and I told him, "Case, I feel bad! I hurt RJ!" I looked at him.
Casey's POV
I looked at her. I asked her, "Kelll, what do you mean?" She told me, "Casey… CJ is your baby!" I looked at her not knowing what to say. Then I finally said something to her. "Kelly, you've been carrying my baby for nine months and you just had him."
Kelly's POV
I looked at him and I told him, "Yes I carried your baby for nine months. We went to bed together when RJ went out of town for the day. And we went to bed all those other nights too." I sat there and I cried as I noticed him comforting me. "I am so sorry." He told me, "We can't tell RJ that CJ is my baby. We have to keep it a secret. He is so happy that he is a dad. And we can't tear that away from him."
Casey's POV
I seen the tears fall down her face so I wiped the tears from her eyes. And she looked at me then I walked out of the bathroom and went back to work. I seen she came out of the bathroom too. I looked at her and I didn't say anything to RJ and the others. Kelly walked past me and walked to RJ. I smiled as I seen them together I mean I couldn't tear them apart.
RJ's POV
I seen Kelly walk up to me. I ask her if everything is ok. She looked at me and said, "Yeah. It's just last minute hormones. You know like I got when I was pregnant with CJ." I tell her, "If you want you can go and rest. I know you need it, especially after having CJ." Then I noticed her getting really irritable. She looked at me like she was about to yell at me, "LOOK I HAVE TO DO SOMETHING I CAN'T JUST WATCH CJ ALL THE TIME!" I looked at her telling her, "Hey whoa calm down. You need to not have all that negative energy around me. I is not good for you and our son either." She looked at me apologizing to me. "RJ I'm sorry. I just don't know what is wrong with me." I held her close, comforting her, "Kelly it's ok. I still love you no matter what. But tell me what's going on?" She grabbed my hand and brought me to a booth in the pizza parlor. "Kell what is wrong?"
Kelly's POV
I finally told him what was going on and why I was acting the way I was. "Baby, the reason for my negative energy and anger, my irritability is because I've been having nightmares." I finally told him then I broke down into tears and I felt his hand grabbing my hand. He was so supportive of me. He said to me, "Kell I'm here for you. I will always be here for you. Do you want to tell me what the nightmares are about?" I seen him ask me if I wanted to tell him about my nightmares. He was everything I could ever ask for in a man. I felt like he knew when I was in trouble he'd be there for me. Or if I was in any danger he would come to my rescue. "The nightmares were about me and something had happened to you and our son. I felt all lone and no one was here for me." I broke down into even more tears.
RJ's POV
I looked at her and said, "Kell, you will never lose me and you will never lose our son." I surprised her anyway by pulling out a small box that had an engagement ring in it for her. "Kelly, will you marry me?" As I opened the small box I seen her look at it waiting for an answer. She looked at me saying, "My answer is yes!" I smiled putting the ring on her finger. And we both got out of the booth at JKP. "Everyone, me and Kelly have an announcement." Kelly smiled and I gave her the signal to tell everyone. Kelly went ahead and told them, "Everyone me and RJ are engaged." We seen everyone was really happy for us. And they congratulated us.
Dai Shi's POV
I call for Camille. "Camille!" I see Camille come up to me. She asked "I'm here Dai Shi." I told her what I sensed. "I sensed that the Wolf Pai Zuah Master and a friend of his had a child. And I want you to get their baby." Camille stands there looking at me and I tell her, "Don't just stand there! Get me their child!" She says, "As you wish Dai Shi" I see her disappear.
Camille's POV
I go and sneak in quietly breaking in and taking the Wolf Pai Zuah master and his fiancée's baby. Then I seen the baby start to cry. When the woman that was engaged to seen me and seen I was taking the baby. Then I head back to Dai Shi with the baby boy.
Kelly's POV
I seen mine and RJ's baby was taken. I called for RJ. And I seen him coming up to me asking me, "Kell, what's wrong?" I tell him, "Our baby is missing!" RJ comes to me and comforts me as I fall to my knees crying. Casey came into the nursery and seen me crying. I hear him tell me, "Kelly, we will get him back I promise."
Casey's POV
The next morning I decide to go out on my own and get RJ and Kelly's baby back. But the baby was really mine and Kelly's baby. I seen Dai Shi and confront him who was really Jerrod. "Jerrod!" I see him looking at me. "Jerrod! You need to give RJ and Kelly their son back!" I seen Jerrod telling me, "Don't you mean yours and Kelly's Baby?"
RJ's POV
I was watching Casey facing Jerrod. And I couldn't believe what I heard and seen. All this time Kelly had been lying and cheating on me with Casey! I was really angry. I see Kelly come up to me. She asks, "Baby, what's wrong?" I look at her angrily. And I tell her in a furious tone, "YOU WANT TO KNOW WHAT IS WRONG? YOU CHEATED ON ME! FOR ALL THOSE YEARS YOU CHEATED ON ME WITH CASEY!"
Kelly's POV
I look at him with tears in my eyes. I try to talk to him. "RJ. I'm sorry!" I heard him yell at me telling me to get my stuff and get the hell out! And I'll be sure to tell Casey the same thing. I run up to the loft and pack up all my things and leave. I see Casey come back with CJ and RJ was yelling at Casey telling him to go pack up his stuff and get the hell out too. I seen Casey catch up to me with his stuff and our son. I tell Casey I'm sorry. And I hear him say, "Don't worry about it. We have each other and I-I love you." He was stuttering because he was nervous he knew I just had my heart broken. Then I kiss him back.
Casey's POV
I seen her kiss me back. "Hey. We will be ok. We have each other and our son." She smiled. And we found a place to stay. I told her, "I will start looking for another job tomorrow morning." I seen her smile. I told Kelly she could rest and I can take care of our son.
