Hiccup woke up to see gold hair and looks down to recognize it's Astrid laying in his bed and looks down more to see their arms wrapped around each other and unhooks his arms and tries to separate themselves only for Astrid to tighten her grip around him whines "no."

Hiccup sighs and lays still while Astrid snuggles more and relaxing in her sleep. Hiccup whispers "wake up, Astrid. It's time for me to get up and get Hope up."

Astrid mumbles "no."

Hiccup decides to try something "if you don't get up now, then I won't let you kiss me again."

Astrid sighs and opens her eyes and says "that's mean when I'm trying to make amends with you."

Hope starts and Hiccup looks over his shoulder to hear Hope crying and looks back at Astrid and says "even Hope says it's time for mommy and daddy to get up."

Astrid punches his shoulder "that was cheesy mister" and kisses him good morning.

Hiccup and Astrid get up to take care of Hope. Hiccup changed her diaper while Astrid made a bottle for Hope.

Astrid smiles "say uh...Hiccup if we do this for two months doing this, would you want me to stay here with you?"

Hiccup sighs "we would have to see if I get over my fear of being around you. The only thing I'm worried about is the village talk about you rooming with me and say I blackmailed you into staying here or I got you pregnant."

Astrid sighs "I'm okay with staying with you, the only thing is, I'm not ready for marriage yet, but I'm okay with us being engaged and if you want to make love to each other for us to bond with each other, I'm okay anal sex, but vaginal sex, I would have to drink moon tea."

Hiccup gaped at her reply. After feeding Hope, Astrid takes her to her parent's house to talk with them.

Hiccup went to the Forge to work.

An hour goes by before Snotlout shows up looking furious at him. Hiccup ask "can I help you with something, Snotlout?"

Snotlout scowls "yes, you can tell Astrid that you don't want to see her again and what is this, I hear about you and her becoming roommates?"

Hiccup sighs "her parents forced her to room with me to help me stop being afraid of her."

Snotlout scowls "what the, I'm going to have a few words with her parents! She is not going to your house to sleep in your bed if I have anything to say about it! She is my fiance and we are going to be Chief and Chieftess!"

Hiccup looks at him like he lost his mind and nods "good luck with that dream of yours."

Snotlout scowls "if you knocked her up, I'll kill your baby as punishment for touching her! She is mine to make love to!"

Hiccup stops hammering at the threat and turns to see Gobber behind Snotlout looking very angry and says "uh...hi Gobber."

Snotlout turns around to see Gobber standing there and scowls "what do you want?"

Gobber scowls "I'm going to go tell the Chief and Alistair about your threat to Astrid."

Snotlout scowls at him and leaves to go find Tuffnut.

Hiccup goes back to hammering a sword out.

Gobber returned with Stoick and Alistair to see Hiccup finished the last battle axe and ask "how did you finish those five orders in two hours?"

Hiccup sighs "I work faster alone, because I don't get distracted easily and I'm angry at Snotlout for talking about girls like they are slaves to him."

Stoick gaped at his son's answer and smiles "Astrid is going to be Chieftess and your going to be Chief."

Hiccup scowls "no!"

Alistair gaped "what do you mean no?"

Hiccup sighs "I never felt comfortable being heir to Berk because of how everyone treated me here. Me being Chief will only have them talking about Astrid being the Chieftess and why she would marry me instead of a better guy."

Stoick, Alistair and Gobber stared in shock at his reaction. Alistair curious ask "what if Astrid ask you to marry her?"

Hiccup sighs "I don't know about that, because I feel scared that she will hurt me in some way and when she hugs me, I feel safe."

Alistair smiles "see, my wife came up with a good idea to have Astrid room with Hiccup for recovery, Stoick."

Gobber curious ask "what are we going to do about Snotlout?"

Alistair sighs "I agree, his obsession with my daughter has become dangerous and I think he needs help."

Stoick sighs "I'll have a talk with him."

Hiccup leaves the Forge and walks over to the house to see Toothless and Sharpshot.

He walks over to the cliff to see the ocean and sighs "I miss you, Sophie, but I promise that I'm going to make Drago Bludvist pay for killing you."

"Hiccup?"

Hiccup turns around to see Astrid carrying Hope and smiles a little. She smiles "come with me, Hope wants you to take her on flight with Toothless."

Hiccup smiles "she pointed to the picture of Toothless flying?"

Astrid nods her head "yes and I'm surprised that she understands those pictures."

Hiccup smiles "she has my brain to understand things as a baby quicker than normal babies."

Astrid curious ask "would that become a problem later in life?"

Hiccup shakes his head "no, not if we know what to do when things happen and the pictures I drew will help us understand what she feels and communicate with what is wrong with her. Like for me, it was hand jesters."

He takes a breath and continues "Astrid, Snotlout talked trash about me and Hope and said that if I don't stop being around you and being your roommate, he was going to make us pay and if I got you pregnant, he said he would kill the baby."

Astrid gasped in shock at Snotlout's threat to their imaginary baby.

Hiccup sternly says "Astrid, if Snotlout harms either of us or Hope, Toothless will seek him out and punish him for it. So he would be asking for death if he wants to harm us. Your under Toothless's protection as long as you have Hope with you, Snotlout would be stupid to attack you or Hope."

Astrid curious ask "I'm under Toothless's protection?"

Hiccup smiles "yes and if it makes feel better, you can have Toothless or Sharpshot shadow you at all times until I can get you a dragon and I think I know which dragon works for you."

Astrid smirks "and which dragon would suit me best oh great dragon trainer?"

Hiccup nervously replies "Deadly Nadder."

Astrid curious ask "why would a Deadly Nadder suit me best?"

Hiccup smiles "they always clean themselves to make themselves look presentable. They have the hottest flame. Second fastest speed, and are very beautiful in blue and yellow scales."

Astrid blushes red while asking "did you just call me beautiful?"

Hiccup blushes and looks down at the ground.

Hope smiles "da lik ma!"

Hiccup and Astrid look at Hope, then at each other and smiles a little before Hiccup and Astrid take Hope home.

When they arrive at his house, Astrid ask "how are you going to fly Hope on Toothless?"

Hiccup smiles and gets on Toothless with Hope in front of him and ask her "do you want to take a ride with us?"

Astrid gaped "I don't know about that."

Hiccup smiles "come on or you can put up with Snotlout without protection and hope your dad will protect you from that dirtbag."

Astrid gets on Toothless behind him and says "when we get back, I'm punching you in the shoulder for that comment."

Hiccup turns his head to her and smiles "you can't hit me if I'm holding Hope."

Astrid smirks "make that two punches."

Hiccup nervously kisses her lips for a minute and turns back to face forward.

Astrid gaped in shock that he kissed her lips.

They fly west and unknowingly fly into Helhim's Gate and into a volcano. Toothless ears twitch to the call of the alpha.

They gap at all the dragons flying around. Hiccup whispers "what my dad would give to find this island."

Astrid whispers "this is the dragon's nest."

All the dragons drop sheep, boars, yaks, hogs down into a hole. Hiccup whispers "nice to know that all of our food is being dumped in a hole. A Gronckle spits out a single piece of fish only for a giant pair of jaws eat it whole.

Hiccup whispers "Toothless fly now!"

Toothless nods and takes off flying up through the hole before the giant dragon could bite them.

They fly east and land on a sea stack and get off. Astrid ask "Hope, are you alright, daughter?"

Hope points to Toothless. Hiccup pulls out his sketch book and takes out the pictures for communication with Hope.

Hope points to dragon and expand it with her hands and points to herself and points to a picture of a person scared.

Hiccup and Astrid hug her together. Hiccup whispers "that big dragon was scary to me too."

Astrid sighs "Hiccup, what are we going to do about that queen dragon?"

Hiccup sighs "I don't know what I can do yet, but one thing is for sure, Berk won't be able to fight that monster alone and I don't think I'll be able to fight it without a little armor or something incase I get hit by one of it's body parts."

Astrid sighs "let's get back to Berk."

Hiccup sighs "and we can't tell my dad about what we discovered until after I come up with something to give me protection against it's armor, agree?"

Astrid smiles "agree."

Hiccup, Astrid and Hope get back on Toothless and fly to Berk and outside of Hiccup's house.

Astrid gets off of Toothless, then Hiccup hands Hope to her and gets off Toothless.

Astrid looks at him and ask "what is your plan for the island?"

Hiccup sighs "I can't take the island alone because the queen is as big as Berk and I don't want to waste Toothless's fire shots on breaking a hole in the wall, so I would need catapults to bust a hole in the wall and I would have to make some kind of armor to withstand a hit from the queen."

Astrid sighs "so in short term, you have to make your armor and then tell your father about an island we found that he will be interested in talking with you about it?"

Hiccup smiles "yep, that pretty much sums it up." They turn to see Snotlout standing there in front of the Chief's house and moans in frustration.

Astrid groans "can you just be friends and stop trying treating me like a slave?"

Snotlout smirks "and where do you think your going, my beautiful fiance?"

Astrid sighs "to bed."

Snotlout smirks "then let's go to bed, my beautiful fiance!"

Astrid scowls "not with you! With Hiccup!"

Snotlout's smirk falls off his face and turns into scowl "either you go to bed with me or go back to your parents house and go to bed!"

Stoick opens the door and says "Hiccup, Astrid, where have you two been? It's late."

Astrid walks up to the door for Snotlout to put his arm out to stop her from going inside. Stoick sighs "Snotlout, let them pass, now."

Snotlout scowls "she's my fiance, the only two places she can sleep at is my place or her parent's house!"

Stoick scowls "Snotlout, go home now! You leave Astrid alone or I will ship you off Berk! Her parents asked me to let Astrid room with Hiccup to help him stop being afraid of girls."

Snotlout scowls "I'm not going to let this go! She is mine!"

Hiccup pulls Astrid aside as Toothless charged up a blast at Snotlout.

Snotlout jumped out of the way creating an opening for Hiccup and Astrid to get past Snotlout and inside the house. Toothless follows behind them, growling at Snotlout.

Stoick sighs "go home nephew."

Snotlout scowls "Astrid get out here, you're not allowed to sleep in his bed because you're my fiance and if you don't get out here your going to pay tomorrow!"

Stoick shuts the door on Snotlout and heads to bed.

Hiccup and Astrid change Hope's diaper and feed her a bottle. Astrid smiles "are you afraid of being around me?"

Hiccup smiles "not so much since riding with you on Toothless."

Astrid sighs "then I guess I'll be going back to my parent's house tomorrow."

Hiccup sighs a little sad "I like you rooming with me, plus with you staying here helps me raise Hope."

Astrid smiles "I love Hope and you, Hiccup."

Hiccup smiles "I love you too, Astrid and Hope as well."

After they lay Hope down for bed, they went to bed after changing out of their clothes and into their pajamas.
