Todd Dalmatian, is a boy who was constantly intimidated throughout all his childhood by his last name, being known by his intimidators as the dog boy, living this in a world full of people who on occasions would easily be able to destroy concrete with their Quirks, ranging from spitting acid from the mouth, to expelling fire from their hands, to give just one example.
He lived most of his life thinking that he had no peculiarity, until an accident occurs and he discovers that he has the incredible and ironic ability to invoke 101Dalmatian dogs with different peculiarities, with only two of their invocations being adult dogs, two other teenagers and leaving the rest of the other 97 dogs as just puppies.
Now Todd Dalmatian will have to fulfill the dream he always had in relation to being the number 1 hero of Japan, in the company of his 101 super powerful Dalmatians.
