AN: Thank You for being so patient with me on this story I have finally gotten around to releasing the final chapters to conclude this story! Next chapter will be up as soon as I am done writing it!

The next day

I found myself at another tea party with the Mad Hatter, Bakura and the twins,

"Bakura may I ask why your starting at me and Yugi so intensely?" Ryou asked while picking up his cup of tea.

Just as Bakura was about to reply Ryou added with sarcasm,

"If you must insist on staring you might as well take a picture it will last much longer"

Catching on to their master's ploy the twins pipped up

"Your going to creep out Yugi you perverted hare if you keep staring"

Bakura now fuming snapped back

"How dare you I am not a pervert!"

"Oh Yeah?" the twins said teasingly

"Then why did you get so defensive" one of them spoke while the other finished

"because were probably right brother"

Bakura just scoffed

"Well since all of the fun is over, so Yugi how did you enjoy the crystal ball? Was it to your fancy?" Ryou asked with his eyes closed sipping tea.

"Well it sure was eventful" I giggled remembering all that happened.

Flash Back

After sharing a sweet kiss with Atem I just snapped back to my senses and pushed Atem into the koi pond. but Atem was not going to have any of it and he dragged me right in after I pushed him.

"Atem! Why did you pull me in with you?!" I exclaimed after getting drenched in water.

"You mean why didn't you automatically join me when I fell in, or I suppose to put it in your terms after you pushed me in. "

Atem simply replied while getting ready to drench me in water again.

I just laughed, 'maybe Atem isn't so bad after all' I thought to myself .

Flash Back End

"Yeah it was a great night." I sighed out as if day dreaming. I was knocked out if it though by the stares I left lie on me. I sheepishly laughed until I noticed the time...

"Oh no that can't be the time! Please tell me that wrong! "I shouted with surprise." Bakura and the twins just stared at me with shock at the sudden change of pace. Ryou just nodded.

"Oh I am so sorry, but I must take my leave I am late for the queen!" I half shouted half tried to be polite as I bowed and pardoned myself quickly.

At The Tea Party Still

"Ryou is something bothering yo?" Bakura asked while shoving carrot cake in his mouth.

Ryou just chuckled, "My my outsiders truly are interesting, but its also no wonder why i have no true interest in them."

The twins were baffled, "But we like Yugi! He is like our big brother to us."

"Yes I do agree Yugi is quite plesent to be around I do not understand why you dislike outsiders so much Ryou." Bakura added.

Ryou was just silent for a moment, "Excuse me I must take my leave there is somewhere I am needed." He spoke softly and left.

At the Queens Rose Garden

A slightly irritated Red Queen is sitting at a table waiting for a certain someone to arrive.

"Yugi!" Mai grumbles out, "where is my little Yugi he know he should not keep me waiting!" she continues to grumble at her servants.

"Ah I am so sorry your highness, i lost track of time at the Hatter's tea party." Yugi spoke out breathlessly

At this Mai perked up. "At the Hatters were you?" She inquired.

I nodded in agreement.

'Well then he should be here soon then' Mai thought to herself.

A few minutes passed and I heard footstep heading in our direction.

"Hello Mai" Spoke a voice behind me.

"Good afternoon Ryou." Mai spoke calmly sipping her tea.

I am so confused I thought to myself. why is the Hatter here? The Queen and Hatter are supposed to be enemies!.

They seem to be having a private conversation I keep thinking as I saw Ryou and Mai conversing. Then Mai notices I am noticeably far from where they are talking.

"Oh dear Yugi come closer we request your presence why are you so far?"

"Oh I am sorry." I commented why coming closer

Then Mai continues to talk to Ryou.

I continue to think, why is Mai and Ryou meeting here? Are they lover perhaps? I don't understand.

So Ryou I can can tell you are hiding something. you can not hide it from us." Mai spoke.

Ryou was quite for sometime before replying.

"Mai you do not have psychic powers and being my older sister does not make it so either."

At hearing this I am dumbfounded. I never would of guessed it.

Mai bats an eye then speaks to me, "Yes I am afraid we share the same blood, does this surprise you?"

Still standing there dumbfounded I replied " I would of never guess you two were siblings."

Ryou still quite finally spoke again. "There will be a time when your role is decided weather you wish for it or not, this is how things are in our world."

Then Mai spoke up " When we were given our roles we were expected to kill each other, so instead we killed everyone who knew or found out we were siblings."

I automatically questioned, "but why?"

"It it a dangerous liability to leave those matters unchecked." Ryou simply explained.

Mai and Ryou both spoke, "that is why we have this Rose Garden everyone is forbidden to it unless we invite them."

"your not going to kill me now are you since I know?" I questioned a bit nervously.

Ryou just stayed silent.

"No we shall not Yugi, after all you are special here, that is why I invited you to the rose garden." Mai spoke gently.

"Well we must take our leave." Mai spoke as she started walking back to the castle.

Ryou butted in. "Hey wait you can't just leave Yugi with me I have work to do!"

Mai stopped, sighed and replied. "Very well Yugi come follow."

I did what I was told still trying to get over what just happened. By the time we reached the castle I heard a familiar voice coming towards us.

"Your highness! I have returned" Atem greeted as he bowed in front of the queen. All of a sudden his ears began to perk up, "Yugi?" he questioned.

Before I could eve say anything Mai spoke.

"you may do as you please Atem, take him if you wish." and with that said she continued to talk away.

Atem perked up even more, grabbed my hand and dragged me off to who knows where this time.
