Lena's Best Christmas
Lena was sitting in her office high above the streets of National City. It was close to midnight and the CEO was still trying to work through some papers but she had not been able to focus for the last hour or so. In the silence of the night and the glow of the city lights streaming through the high windows, Lena's mind had been drifting off. So she finally gave up on her work and turned her chair around to gaze out of the window and let her thoughts go where they always went on nights like this – her longing for love.
