A/N: So hi. I'm the author of The Power In My Veins. Obviously.

I just wanted to tell my non-existent readers that I'm not continuing with this story.

BUT!

I am rewriting it under a new name. HellBound0.

Why you ask?

Well, my orginal account StarShard was created by my thirteen-year-old self. *shudder*. And honestly, the damn thing was filled with terrible, horrendous, completely ridiculous bullshit that doesn't make to me... now.

Like my use of fancy words?

Yeah, not exactly a great thing to stumble on after... two? Three years away from it. So, I decided to start on a clean slate. Create a new account and start again. Terrifying, I know.

Plus I...um... kinda... forgot my password for a while and like the genius I am, I forgot that you can reset the damn thing. Huge face palm. But to be fair, it's so tiny I could barely see it!

Anyway, before you think I'm crazy... yeah it's too late for that isn't it?

The Power In My Veins was meant to be a The Lost Hero fanfiction where I would basically rewrite the book - in my own words - with added characters, places, organisation etc.

BUT NEVER FEAR!

It still is going to be a fanfiction for The Lost Hero but completely different than I originally planned it. I'm going to leave the... horrible first chapter of the orginal up because I'm lazy and can be bothered to take it down so you can get a taste of how terrible my writing was and how it hasn't improved at all ;)

I will try my best to keep most of the orginal foundation of The Lost Hero so it's still more of less the same plot - just with a lot more surprises. Muwahahaha!

And, as another note, to those who haven't already read the Percy Jackson Series and The Heroes of Olympus, I highly recommend that you do. They are amazingly witty and the author, Rick Riordan is an absolute fucking genius!

I swear, I've never laughed, cried, cursed, fallen in love (and then cried some more when they were taken) so much! Well, maybe once but hey. Semantics.

Please, please go check out the newer version!! It would mean so much to me!!
