Terri stood there stunned as Malora stood across from her, what was she doing here? she hadn't been seen since she went to Ossus, Terri really really hoped Malora didn't recognise them.

Malora pointed her saber at Terri "I recognise you, why is that?" well there goes that idea her voice echoed through the chamber, Terri had seen first hand as Malora got more and more fucked up with her experiments the echoed voice and cracked face had always given Terri the creeps.

Terri began to stammer "I uh well um I" what was she supposed to say she felt like a Deer caught in the headlights

luckily she heard Zash make her way over to them, she sighed "I guess the subtle way is out the window, who's this Terri" Terri saw Zash's hand hover over her saber as Malora turned her attention to Zash

She cocked her head at Zash "I recognise you too, I don't think there are many I meet who forget me" Zash's eyes narrowed clearly not impressed by Malora's prowess

Zash folded her arms as time went by seeming calmer somehow, Terri didn't quite understand how "well there's a first time for everything, although whatever rituals you have been doing you haven't been performing them safely or… right" a smile crept over Malora's face as she slowly stalked them

she chuckled gesturing to her scars "these are not from sith rituals acolyte I wouldn't concern myself with such rubbish, this is from experimentation and worthwhile experimentation at that" Terri looked between them her worry increasing Zash may be underestimating the power Malora possessed

Zash just scoffed "ah you're one of those, no wonder you're out here in the middle of no where instead of helping the sith" Terri could see Malora's anger surging gritting her teeth this was not good

Terri shuffled up to Zash nervously "um Zash she uh was on the dark council, that's Darth Malora" Zash seemed unfazed by the comment continuing to laugh

she strode towards Malora "yes, Malora I remember that name apprentice of that fool Renning" Zash stopped a few feet from Malora who's stance faltered for a second as Zash spoke "by the looks of you he only taught you to repeat his mistakes, it's disappointing I had high hopes for you" Malora looked at Zash confused Terri could only imagine the confusion recognising someone but also not because of well everything.

Malora narrowed her eyes "how do you know so much acolyte you can't be over 20″ Zash chuckled to herself clearly enjoying someone not understanding

Zash ran her hand through her hair "you of all people must know the dark side tends to offer certain benefits if used correctly, of course for you it appears the benefits are slim" Malora's confusion turned back to anger as Zash taunted her

Malora snarled at Zash "you don't know me, you don't know the first thing about me" they were in a full standoff now Terri didn't know what to do maybe she should set up an escape route

Suddenly Malora lunged quickly at Zash which Zash almost effortlessly dodged out the way of, she slid into a crouch "alright 'Darth Malora' let's dance" Zash ignited her red and yellow sabers clearly ready for a fight

Terri watched as Malora ran towards Zash in the crowded lab slamming her saber into Zash's sabers, Zash blocking without much strain with a laugh. Terri wasn't sure but Zash almost seemed to be enjoying the fight. Terri decided to make herself useful and began to sprint towards the door, Zash ducked and weaved around Malora continuing to try to land a single hit on Zash.

Terri could hear the anger building in Malora tried to stab at Zash "who are you! what did you do to the Stingwort" the questions echoed around the room as Zash jumped back onto a walkway dodging out the way of Malora's attack causing her to stumble.

Zash chuckled as Malora struggled to catch up with her "oh it's just a little something I picked up, we can't have you using the plants bile for you silly experiments." she nonchalantly threw a saber at Malora which she parried back at Zash.

Malora dashed up the walkway "no you can't have, that bile had so much potential" Zash only smiled as Terri reached the door opening it only to find guards heading towards the door, Scrap let out a shriek she interpreted as close the door.

She turned back round to see Zash and Malora's sabers crossing again, Zash's movements were expressive and over the top it seemed like this was only further angering Malora "who I am is a rather complicated question but you're right the bile certainly was valuable but hmmm I think the term is finders keepers" Malora's anger boiled over using all her power to throw Zash against the wall.

Terri's eyes darted around the room looking for other doors, the only one she saw was above the fight on another walkway. Terri sighed of course it was she sprinted towards the walkway seeing Zash get up raising her eyebrow "is that really all you've got?" Terri watched Zash let out a cone of lightning towards Malora. It hit Malora with a blinding shock Zash held it for a few second while Malora cried out in pain, once it had built up she used it to hurl Malora off the walkway and slam her down to against ground, she hit it with a sickening crunch.

Terri saw this as her opportunity catching up to Zash who was looking down at Malora ready to pounce, Terri pointed towards the door "we gotta…" she was very out of breath "the door" Zash looked to it and then sighed

she looked at Terri "too bad, I was having fun" Terri didn't quite know how to feel about that, well Malora was still a bad guy but this seemed more stressful than fun

Zash broke the door of its hinges as guards flooded into the room, the door lead back outside where they saw the whole base was on alert now, an alarm began to blare.

They headed towards the wall when a volley of blasters crossed their heads, Terri felt Scrap jump off her shoulder onto the balcony. She stopped turning to him "cmon Scrap we have to go" Scrap looked at her quizzically

Zash grabbed her hand "Terri we are going I am not getting caught over a monkey lizard" Terri looked between them not sure what to do, luckily Scrap jumped back up onto her shoulder and they ran to the edge of the walkway

Terri looked at the jump over the wall "um Zash I don't have that super jumpy ability you do what's the plan" Zash was still holding her hand as more blaster fire rained past them, Terri looked back to see guards now spreading across the walkway

Zash winked at her "don't worry about it Terri, my powers are far beyond just myself" Terri looked at her confused feeling herself lurch forwards and suddenly they were outside the wall, then again in the forest, and again they were in front of their ship.

Terri looked around confused "wha- what was that?" she looked to Zash who was catching her breath, Terri noted it was the first time today she had actually seemed tired

Zash took a deep breath "advanced phantom stride" she sat down on the ground "taking more people takes a lot out of me" after a second she sprung back up and headed towards the ship "let's go no time to waste"

Terri looked to her shoulder and noticed that scrap was missing "um Zash my-" Zash cut her off before she could finish

Zash looked at her sternly "it's like I said I'm not being caught because of a monkey lizard, besides you hardly knew it" Terri stood there a little dejected she guessed Zash was right at least they had made sure the lab was disabled before hand. She put her hands in her pockets looking to the base one more time and quickly scurried onto the ship, they would need to escape quickly to avoid the commander catching them again…
