Hey Guys, MegaSalamence64 here, I'm back with another story, Fear not everyone! I'm not abandoning my current projects so fear not, this collection of stories are more or less celebrating the Holiday season, With each story focusing on a certain group of Smashers (With story number 1 (AKA this chapter) Being the start of how Jigglypuff and Kirby became a couple (Sort of, I can't write romance unless they're already dating)
As for this story, Well I hope you can enjoy it ;)

Story 1: Tsundere of the Mansion
Main Characters: Kirby and Jigglypuff
Rating: K+
Symposis: When Kirby tries to convince Jigglypuff to come out to celebrate the holiday festivals, He soon discovers why she can be Hot tempered at times….

Smash Mansion, Main Lobby, The Day before Christmas Eve, some time after the polygon Incident:
"Well Look's like this party should be going well…" Said Mario as he, His brother Luigi and Yoshi said to their fellow smashers as they looked around the recently decorated Mansion.
"Same here Bro!" Luigi said back to his brother as he took off his apron and revealed a tray of baked cookies. "Good thing I asked Mom for her trademark sugar cookie recipe before we and Yoshi left for this tournament."
"Well your Mom makes the best deserts Luigi!" Yoshi said back to his surrogated Father Figure with a smile. "Her apple pie is the best!"
"Well you better not eat all those cookies before the party Yoshi!" Luigi said back to the green dinosaur with a smirk and a chuckle. "Remember Santa Claus only gives toys and gifts to good kids!"
"And Good kids know when to fight off temptations!"
"You're no fun like that Luigi…." Yoshi grumbled as he pouted a bit, no doubt his own personal struggles trying to juggle his hunger pangs and being a good boy for Santa.
"Hey Cheer up Yoshi, If you can endure giving into temptation, Santa will really give you the toy you really want." Luigi said back to Yoshi which sent the dinosaur into a better mood,
"Thanks Luigi," Yoshi said back to him with a smile, A sudden change from the pouting young dinosaur whom was upset of not getting first dibs on the cookies intended for the party.
"No problem Kiddo," Luigi said back to his surrogated son figure with a smile. "Keep this up and Santa may even throw an extra something with your present this year!"
As Yoshi smiled back at the thought of being gifted an extra present from Father Christmas this year, Mario simply simile back as his brother did the same as well.
'Well I better hope I'm not jinxing myself up now, But this party may turn out for the best!' He thought to himself with a smile as he looked at the Christmas Tree in the Lobby. 'And Bowser's isn't here to bother us as well!'
It was the day before Christmas Eve in the World of Trophies with the upcoming Party being considered the First Smash Christmas Party in the history of the Smash Mansion.
It also helped by the fact this party is also celebrating the fact that the smashers were able to defeat the recent malfunctioning polygons attack lead by a rouge Metal Mario Program. (Well mostly Pikachu and Samus #1 but the others helped out as well with any Polygon that escaped during the battle and their Rouge Metal Mario Leader.)
During the upcoming weak to the party, Matches were held off to let the smashers take some much need rest from the matches (Though they must contribute to some of the decorating, Cleaning and Cooking however)
Knowing that while she may the best combat leader the smashers have right now, Samus knows that she's not whom you call a Party Planner and thus decided to let Fox handle the plans for the Party while Pikachu decided to the production of the Pageant for the party (Help's that his the Pokémon of a Contest Manager/ Planner and this type of thing is up his alley)
"Ok, So we got the decorations done, The snacks and mise an place ready for the big dinner tomorrow, The presents for the secret Santa event tomorrow (which given it's just the twelve of us Smashers, Alice, Kai, Leo and The Hand Brothers shouldn't be that random), The Games and Pageants for the celebrations are more or less done and the Place has more or less been tidied up…." Fox said back to the group as he read from the checklist he was holding in his paws.
"Well, We should be more or less done N-"
"Poyo poyo? (Wait, Where's Jigglypuff?)" Interrupted a rather anxious Kirby whom for once wasn't concern about food but for the only other female smasher in the Mansion.
Jigglypuff is rather know for lack being a bit of a better word a bit of a Dandere* (With hints of a Tsundere hidden as well) where she's often brash at times, perfering to be alone at times, even showing some anger issues every now and then (And that's not just when people fall asleep when she sings however…")
While she was part of the smashers, she was deemed the most unexpected face for the tournament (Crazy Hand was the one to invite her as a wild card option to spice up the matches**) and often the considered the oddball of the group of team.
Upon hearing the words that came out of Kirby's mouth, Fox then hesitated a bit before saying his piece.
"She's in her room Kirby….." He answered back to the young star warrior with his surprised look still remaining on his face. "But I'm curious to know why you asked that."
"Poyo poyo poyo…. (I know she's been quite brash towards others at times but I worried about her….)" Kirby Explained to the others with some worries in his tone, A sharp contrast to his usal child like wonder. "Poyo Poyo Poyo….. (She's seems to be the type whom may need a friend right now…..)"
"Poyo poyo (So something must be up with her right now…. That's worrying me about her)"
Upon hearing the words come out of Kirby, Fox and the others Smashers looked back at each other with surprise in the puffball's words.
His words may not be easy to translate even with the translation spell on the Mansion but he's expression clearly shown a newer side of him that isn't with food.
Link decided to break the Ice and say his piece.
"Well she's been being more anti social as of lately…." Said the Hero of Hyrule as he looked back at the Hallways where the dorms of the smashers are located. "Though I do hear some music coming out there…."
"But something more along the lines of flute music from her room…..We haven't tried to approach her about it yet, but she does seem quite secretive about it….." He continued with some concern in his tone.
"Almost like to the point she doesn't want anyone to know what she's planning."
Hearing what Link has said is enough for Kirby to bounce out from his seat and headed straight for the kitchen.
But to his fellow smashers' surprise, he whipped up an sitrus berry sandwhich with an oran berry shake and took them to Jigglypuff's room.
"Poyo Poyo (Sorry Guys, But I'll be checking on Jigglypuff, So save Dinner for me later.)" Kirby said back to the group before dashing straight to his fellow puffball's room in a flash "Poyo! (See ya!)"
As they saw Kirby left the area, The other ten Smashers looked back at the sudden behavior of Kirby as he soon left for Jigglypuff's room.
"Well that's surprising to say the least….." Fox said back to the group with both shock and surprise in his tone.
"When it comes to Kirby he's usually about the meal and food, nothing morethen that….." He continued as he looked back to the others whom were also just as shock, Even DK whom was currently muching on his fifteen banana at the moment. "I wonder what causing this behavior of his lately….."
"But it should be nothing bad… right?"

Smash Mansion, 64 Hallways, Jigglypuff's room:
"Alright here it goes…." Jigglypuff said to herself as she looked back to her display of soft toys (Based on the various cute Pokémon of Unova) as she took a deep breath, "I somehow managed to hope that I can sing a good one for the pagent tomorrow….."
"If Terrance can give me the approval to become the Jigglypuff to sing out on stage without her audience falling asleep for this tournament….. I have it all in the bag…." She continued with a smile as he looked back at a photo with her trainer and herself.
Jigglypuff's Trainer was a large brown skin man with brown hair and red shades with her on his shoulder with the words 'Best of Luck!' written on it
"Alright here goes nothing…." Said the Balloon Pokémon then took a deep breath as she began to sing, A song that was often sung in her home city of Opelucid city***, One of her trainer's favorite songs when he was not with his band.
"Jigglypuff, jiggly, Jigglypuff….." She sung as the notes then entered the room, "Jigglypuff, Jiggly Puff….Jiggly…"
"Jigglypuff… Jiggly..puff…. Jig-"
*Knock* *Knock* came a noise from the outside of her room as the Puffball's conceration was broken faster then the shell of a Dwebble.
'OK Jigglypuff try to keep your cool…. Nobody wants an angry pink Pokémon lashing out at them just because your in the middle of something and they picked the worst time possible to do it…..' She thought to herself as she took some (Very) deep breaths as she floated off her bed.
"Who is it?" She answered back to whoever knocked on her door with some deep breaths to shake off her infamous temper.
"Poyo, Poyo, (It's me Kirby)," Kirby answered back to her as he hesitated a bit due to the singing earlier. "Poyo, Poyo?(I'm sorry to interrupted you Jigglypuff but may I come in?)"
Knowing that screaming isn't going to help anything other then painting her in an even worse light, Jigglypuff opened the door and let her fellow puffball inside her room.
He soon entered the room carrying the food he made for her as he then quickly placed it on the table for her to eat later.
To Jigglypuff's Surprise, the food was fully intact with not even a single bite mark in the food (Not that Kirby have any teeth but the fact he never gave into his usual hunger is more then a surprise for her given what she DID see of him during Meal times.
"Well that's suprising Kirby…." She said back to the star warrior with some shock in her tone, "From what I heard from the others… you're like a Snorlax,"
"A small and pink Munchlax that is….. but No offense though…." She answered back to her fellow smasher whom was looking quite worried about her.
"Poyo poyo poyo…. (Hey Jigglypuff, I know you want to be alone right now….)" Kirby said back to the puffball Pokémon with some concern in his tone as he approached her with some worry on his usually cheerful face.
"Poyo Poyo poyo? (But why are you avoiding the others lately…)" he tried to reason with her as he took one of the sandwich slices and gave it to her. "Poyo Poyo… (From what Samus has shown before the Polygon incident, it's not healthy to keep it yourself…)
"Poyo...(It will do more harm then good in the long run….)"
Upon hearing the words come out of Kirby's Mouth, Jigglypuff then looked back at him, And then to the sandwhich in her stubby hands.
'Ok, Usually you can just tell him to leave but he's definitely not leaving till he get's his answer…..' She thought to herself as he looked back at her soft toys before shoting a glance at a small notebook hidden behind her pillow, Something Kirby took notice as well.
"Poyo po- (Hey is this a not-)" Kirby questioned her before she quickly closed his mouth.
"It's personal ok?" She answered back to him with a slight growl, "It's for the pageant to-"
She quickly covered her own mouth as she mentally cursed herself at spilling the beans.
'Great, Now Kirby's going to blab it out to the others that I was in charge of the musical portion of the pageant by Master Hand… Now people will see me as an even bigger j-'
"Poyo, Poyo? (Your practicing?)" Kirby questioned back to her before his face turned from shock to a smile. "Poyo poyo! (I don't know what to say but I'm impressed!)"
"Yeah, Yeah, Thanks..." She answered back to him with a scowl, "Now you better be prepared to leave or el-"
"Poyo! (Wait don't!)" Kirby said back to her with some worry in his tone, "Poyo Poyo! (I'm worried about you lately,)"
"Poyo poyo... (With how lately you been not interacting with the others... I worried about you Jiggly...)" He continued with a worried tone as he gave her a look of concern on his face.
"Poyo, Poyo (Don't worry, I won't tell the others about it.)"
Upon seeing Kirby's concern face, Jigglypuff then pounded to herself as she looked back at him and then her notebook,
'Keep it together Jigglypuff, You know you have an explosive temper at times... But Kirby may be able to help you just cool your jet streams for now...' She thought to herself before taking a deep breath,
As soon as she has finished her deep breath, She turned to Kirby whom was showing more concern for her as the minutes passed by.
"Ok look, It's not just about the Pagent..." She answered back to him with a sigh, No doubt hitting a point she tries to avoid talking about. "It's the fact that my kind has a negative reputation for making others all asleep when we sing..."
"And I also have... Slight anger issues," She continued with her face showing some confliction as it went on. "When People fall asleep during my song, it's like they don't apperciated the effort I put into it..."
"And when that Happens... I flare up, Doddled on people's faces when they're sleeping and you know the rest, And one wrong move and the whole Pageant goes up in smoke faster then a Heatmor expelling it..."
Upon hearing the words come out of Jigglypuff's Mouth, Kirby then felt a sense of sadness from her, no doubt she may have a bad way of voicing her feelings out to others, But deep down, she still has ambitions and dreams like the others and him (Well mostly food but it's something at least)
"Poyo poyo...(Hey Jigglypuff, Believe it or not, I actually like your music...)" Kirby said back to her with a smile. "Poyo Poyo, (I actually passed by your room every now and then and it's wonderful music as well.)"
"Wait what?" Jigglypuff said back to him in surprise at what she has just heard. "I mean it's nice to see someone likeing your stuff but you really don't mind falling to sleep by it?"
"Poyo Poyo! (I mean, I felt drowsy at times when I listen to it but it feels so calm and smoothing….)" He continued with some satisfaction in his tone. "Poyo poyo! (I know you can be akward around others but you can rest easy with me around!)"
"Poyo poyo! Poyo…. (And Don't worry about others falling asleep when we sing it! I have an idea….)"
"What sort of idea Kirby?" Jigglypuff questioned him back with a puzzled look on her face, "And it better be good!"
Surprised by the Puffball's words, Kirby then poundered for a bit before turning to her with a smirk.
"Poyo poyo (We can use some recorder tapes, I saw my friend Tiff use one when she was recording some Music)." He said back to her as she drew a recorder tape. "Poyo, Poyo! (It may not be the real deal but it should replicated your song to some degree)
"You really mean it?" She questioned him back as Kirby gave a nod back to her. "I-I mean it's not like I'm happy to hear about this and all b-but-"
"Poyo! (Yup!)" He answered to her with a smile before Jigglypuff could finished her answer. "Poyo poyo? (Shall we practice together since we're here?)"
Deciding that he won't leave till he get what he wants, Jigglypuff gave a smile back to him and said her piece.
"Sure why not," She answered back to him as she took the notebook, "It's the song for the Pageant so we can practice it even if it's just like 24 hours before it…"
Despite the limited time to practice, Kirby simply smiled back to her as he got ready to sing with the notebook in his hands,
As he was ready to sing it out loud, Jigglypuff thought to herself with a smirk present on her face.
'Kirby may be a gluttoness black hole…. But he's pretty cute…' She thought to herself with a smile, happy to know someone DOES care for her.
It was a small thing at the moment, but a large milestone for herself however and as her trainer once said:
It's the little things that count right now...and even a song can help bring others together.
'Well Terrance, you're right about this...' Was the thought on Jigglypuff's Mind as she and Kirby sang their first song together, A small but humble song that may induce one with drowsiness but also some warmth and awakeness, which some of the Mii Staff heard as well.
A song that sparks one of the oldest romance of the Mansion to be exact

*Ok, Jigglypuff can be seen as another type of Dere called a Dandere (Basically a Reclusive Tsundere in a way)
**Headcannon that some of the more oddball choices for Smashers (Piranha Plant, Duck Hunt Dog and as mentioned in this chapter Jigglypuff) are chosen by Crazy Hand (Some of the more unexpected choices such as Mega Man, Snake, K Rool and even Lucina and Robin are chosen by Master Hand However)
***Think Barret form Final Fantasy Seven for Terrence's appearance.

Author's Note:
This story can best be seen as Fleshing out Jigglypuff's character and the start of her relationship with Kirby in the Deluxe-Verse.
And Before you ask, In Pokémon Black 2 and White 2, Jigglypuff's can be found in Unova in it's regional dex (Although not before beating the Post Game however unless you trade for it), So yes, it's possible for her to be found there. Her Trainer's name is Terrence
No Real Romance per say but more or less lighting the spark for it.
As for Jigglypuff's personality here, As the title said, She's a tsundere but not in the Severa type of way. (Ok, I can't write tsundere types! So I'm sorry in advance if I got some parts wrong.) and yes, She's trying to get over some anger issues hence her trying not to scream at others….
Kirby's personality is more or less a somewhat grown up version of his right back at ya self (Maybe 8 or 10 years old to say the least) and Tiff may also be ok with Recorders if they recorded just music and Not to be used as ways to frame Kirby (Nod to the Episode where Dedede Framed Kirby by spreading Fake News btw)
