Hey guys, MegaSalamence64 here, I'm back with the fourth (and at this point, Probably the longest of the five stories in this One shot collection,
This story will be seeing Lucina and Robin (Yes I know, The former's a main character in this series and Focus on the FE characters are large No-No in the smash community but I wanted to showcase how things went with she and her mother as they are rebuilding their estranged relationship from the whole Matricide thing in the Canon FE: Awakening game) going out together after Grima's Death at the hands of the latter.
Yeah, I wanted Lucina's rebuilding Relationship with her mom to not be a one episode thing, Think of it as an overaching plot for the Sm4sh tournament where it is part of their Arc for that Tourney.
Also For those New to this story, I highly recomand reading the Story On the Same Boat and Parental Bonds of Smash for extra details:

Also another Major thing is that in the Deluxe-Verse (Which is mentioned in the beginning of the AN of On the Same Boat, The Returning DLC fighters (Lucas, Mewtwo and Roy) Are invited back to the Sm4sh Tournament at the start.
Thus, This story will NOT feature Cloud, Ryu, Bayonetta, Corrin and Kamui as this was just before their debut in the tournaments. (So rest assured Corrin Fans whom may have been turned off my their Butt Monkey status will be please to know they're absent form this story)
With that small stuff out of the way, Enjoy seeing Lucina and Robin finally having a chance to spend time together as Daughter and Mother without war and the return of Grima looming over them.

Story 4: A Ylissean Christmas
Main Characters: Lucina, Robin, Pikachu

Symposis: A Daughter whom survived the reign of the Fell Dragon, A Mother whom almost caused the rescurution of said Dragon in her child's doomed future, Even with Grima gone for good, Lucina still felt guilt over Past events with Robin worried that she may have driven her own child away in the process, but can they both rebuild their broken bond with a shopping trip?"

Old Smash City, Train Station, the day before Christmas Eve,
Old Smash City, The Largest city in the World of Trophies,
A bustling metropolises that resembles New York City, The city of where Mario and Luigi once lived before they returned to the Mushroom Kingdom, It may as well be called the capital of the World of trophies.
Filled with sights form all the Smashers worlds such as a replica of Luminous Tower form the Kalos Region to shops based on stores form said worlds such as a Starbeans Café form the BeanBean Kingdom, This was a must do for both Smashers and Tourist whom want to learn about other worlds.
With the Christmas Season in town, The Shops and City follow suit, With many Christmas events, Sales and even parties held all over the city, It was like the winter cold was nothing to the warmth and cheer of the holidays
But one particular Daughter and Mother duo are currently planning their holiday season with a trip down the city,
'Well it's not much but this is step two in order to get me and Mother's relationship back on track.' Was the thought of Lucina Lowell as she and her mother are just exiting the train. 'Let's hope it works…'
"Hey Mother, are you ready for this?" Lucina said back to her Mother as they left the train with a surprising rare expression of happiness on her face. "Are you ready to have the Christmas we never had the chance to experience in a long time?"
"You're right about that Lucina…." Robin said back to her daughter as she looked back at the latter's attire,
It was not her usual blue tunic and tights with a red cape behind her back but rather the same replica of her robes she have received from her recently* as a way to help them re-collide after the attempted matricide which Lucina still shown Guilt about.
"But I never expect you to start wearing the robes I gave you recently though…." Robin said back to her daughter whom blushed back at what she has just heard. "To be fair, I never really changed out of my old ones much and even then I made sure to find a way to keep back ups of them in case they got damaged**….."
"Well Mother, I thought I figure that this is a good opportunity to wear this…" Lucina answered back to her Mother as they walked down the escalator that goes down to the exit of the station. "It's surprisingly warm for a robe…."
"No one why Morgan's like it so much…" The Ylissean continued with a smile as she recalled the many times her younger brother tried to get her wear some of their Mother's robes during the time she was presumed dead after Grima's demise by her hands, no doubt guilt with the events of the past causing her to refuse to wear them at the time.
"Though I am curious how you made this…."
"Well I did learnt some sewing form Sumia and Mirabelle During the time between I got married with your father and gave birth to you…." Robin answered back to Lucina as she felt the quality of the fabric, being in much better condition then her robes during the Three or so years before she sacrificed herself for both the world and her daughter's future. "It's also to find myself a hobby as well"
"The first few attires weren't as good but the one you're wearing was the best I made for you…" The former plegian said to Lucina whom felt the fabric of her new robes with some surprise. "It's also the one I made for you before we left for the smash Tournaments as well."
"Really?" She answered back to her Mother whom gave her a nod back.
"It's hard to believe you did all this for me…." She continued as some slight sadness entered her tone, no doubt guilt from the times she backed away form her mother due to her own personal belief she isn't ready to forgive her yet. "I'm sorry for pushing you away just because of my past mistakes…"
"Lucina, Relax…" Robin said back to her Blue haired daughter with a smile. "No need to dwell on this right now….."
"Just remember that this trip is for us to bond us Mother and Daughter without the threat of war holding us back."
"….You're right Mother…." Lucina answered back to her Mother with a smile, quickly wiping her eyes before any tears could formed, "With the problem of the Master Core out of the way, We should have enough time for ourselves before the Next Tournament Event."
"Now that's the Lucina I know!" Robin said to her child with some happiness in her tone before shifting it to curiosity.
"Though I do wonder why you suggested this trip though…." Robin continued to Lucina whom looked back with a curious look regarding her mother's question.
"Last minute holiday shopping is one thing but I'm curious to know where you got this idea?"
Lucina then looked back at her mother's face and then towards a small yellow notebook in one of the Pockets of her robes.
It was a list of the Shops of New Smash City with tips and advices on the best deals that Pikachu made for her when He decided to help out with her fractured bond with her Mother.

Smash mansion,64 Era Hallways, Pikachu's Room, The Day before the shopping trip:
"A Shopping Trip?" Lucina questioned back to Pikachu as he smirked back at her in a good way.
"Well Let's just say it may be a cliché thing…. But it should be a good next step to make up with Robin after that Matricide incident back at your world Lucina." Pikachu said back to the Ylissean princess as he held the Notebook in his paws.
"I Did quite a few trips with Pichu both during the Melee tournament and with our trainer in our world, Heck she made sure to be on her best Behavior the day before we go shopping in the Lilycove department store." He continued with a chuckle regarding his daughter's more polite behavior during the Holidays. "She may be doing this to get the newest toy on sale but it's clear it helps her learn to behave more and pull less pranks."
"So if you got a good chance to make up with your mom, It's another good step Lucina."
"I see…." Lucina answered back to the Rodent with a smile. "Is there anything I can look out for."
"Well clothes shopping is a good one," Pikachu said back to her with a smile. "It's cliché, Yes but Pichu spent looking for the best scarf that fits her and Libre for a while during the Melee tournament,"
"It's may be helpful for you and your mother to respark some common interests after all the time she was gone form your life…."
"Well it's something I done with Mother in the past but I supposed it's worth doing again here." Lucina answered back to him with a smile.
"Now you're talking Lucina!" Pikachu continued as he presented a small yellow Notebook in his paws to the Ylissean Princess.
"Hey Pikachu, Is this?" Lucina questioned back to him with a surprised tone as she looked back at the Notebook
"A Notebook about where the best deals and Shops are?," Pikachu said back to the Ylissean Princess as he smiled back to her. "It is…"
"And don't worry about returning it back to me, You can keep it."
"Thank you Pikachu…" Lucina answered back to the Mouse Pokémon as she took the Notebook form him. "Thanks for willing to help you out."
"No problem, As a parent like your mom, I hope things go well with you and her Lucina." He answered back to him with a smile. "Like Samus said, You should't waste the chance to make things right with her and this is the prefect chance to do so..."
"No problem…." The Ylissean Said back to him with a smile. "I won't let you or Samus down..."
"Well it's not just for me and Samus Lucina... It's for yourself and your mother..." Pikachu continued with a smile. "Just remember to have fun with her tomorrow, ok?"
"Understood..." The Sapphire haired Ylissean said back to him with a nod.

"Well it was Pikachu's idea." Lucina answered back to her mother with a smile whom responded with a smile of his own.
"Well he does seem to be a caring parent…" Robin said back to her daughter with a smile. "He seems to care for his own child like me and Chrom does for you Lucina…."
"Well more like Chrom then I am…." She continued as memories of both her Father (and By extension Lucina's Grandfather) Validar and the Fell Dragon entered her mind, A sense of guilt following as well of what the horrors the latter did in the timeline she was unleashed and what horrors she caused for her children.
A worry that may have happened in her timeline as well had not been for her switcheroo of the gemstones in the Emblem before Validar has forced her to steal it form her husband.
"Mother, what's wrong?" Lucina questioned her Mother as she noticed her worried face
"It's nothing dear…." Robin said back to her with a forced smile on her face, nothing wanting to worry her child. "Just some minor daydream that's all."
Despite knowing her tone is far from all right, Lucina decided to not question it for the time being since this occasion is supposed to be a happy one and not one meant to be ruined by despair.
"Alright Mother…. " Lucina begrudgingly answered back to her with some wariness not because of her potentially hiding something but rather the guilty look on her face before she questioned her.
"No problem," Robin said back to her daughter with a somewhat smile. "Let's focus on the shopping trip."
"No problem Mother…." Lucina answered back to the white haired queen of Ylisse with a smile or her own as she quickly pushed the worried look she saw on her aside for the time being.
"Now let's get going…." She answered back to her as she then noticed two familiar faces (Or at least as familiar as acquaintance goes at least)
The first was a Large orange dragon with wings and a tail with a flame alit at the end of it wearing a collar with a blue and black stone inside it as he was carrying a large bag of snacks, Taking caution not to burn the bag due to his burning tail.
A small blond haired boy whom was wearing a red jacket and carrying a small cup of hot chocolate with him as they soon noticed Lucina and Robin whom in turn are looking back at him.
"Oh hey Lucina, Hey Robin." Lucas answered back to the Daughter and Mother Duo from Ylisse as Charizard stopping to noticed them as well. "How are you two?"
"We're fine Lucas…." Lucina answered back to him with a smile as she noticed Charizard looking back at them. "What are you and Charizard doing here?"
"We're just here to get some snacks for the Christmas party tomorrow," Charizard answered back to the two as he looked back at them with a smirk on his scaly face while carefully carrying the bag of snacks. "That and to avoid Wario for a change."
"Smoldering his butt may be fun but since it's Christmas, I better not make a bad example for the kids like Lucas…"
"I see….' Robin said back to the flame Pokémon as she and Lucina are aware of the Pokémon's love for liting the greedy plumber's rear end in matches and whenever he tries to do any funny business with Lucas and Ness. "So is there anything Interesting in Old Smash City to shop for?"
"Me and Lucina are here for some Mother Daugther bonding here and neither of us been to here that much, So any of the good stores that you can recommend going to here?" She continued with a smile.
"Well, I heard the Department store in Little Lumiose has all the great clothes and accessories deals you want," The Flame Pokémon said back to her with a smile. "And if you're hungry for some snacks or even dinner, I suggest going to Gourment Rush, It's even where me and Lucas bought the snacks."
"Thank you for helping us Charizard…." Lucina answered back for her Mother with a smile. "And don't worry about us getting lost, I got it covered."
"…No problem…" Said the Pesudo Dragon to the two Ylisseans with a smirk on his face. "Though I'm looking forward to facing you both in battle soon….."
"If fighting Marth and Ike is considered one of my tougher fights with my Trainer, Squritle and Ivysaur, I can't wait to see you two on the Battlefield…." He said back to them before looking back to Lucina.
"Oh and Lucina, I don't really care if your moveset is similar to Marth's, I just want to have a good match with you, That's all."
"Well Take care you two, See ya!" Lucas said back to them "And sorry for Charizard's remarks!"
"It's fine Lucas," Lucina answered back to the young PSI user. "He didn't mean it maliciously!"
"He just said he wanted to have a good match with me and Mother after the Christmas Party, that's all!"
"Ok then…." Lucas said back to the Young Ylissean as he looked back at her. "Thanks but we better get going now."
"No problem, See you tomorrow!"Lucina said back to him and his larger draconic companion with a smile whom likewise returned the favor as they took the elevator to the train.
As soon as they have left the area, Lucina and Robin looked back at the rising elevator as the latter broke the ice.
"Well Charizard and Lucas are quite interesting individuals to say the least…." Robin said back to her daughter with some surprise in her usually stoic tone.
"Well form what Ike told me, Not only Lucas was someone whom Charizard protected a lot but he….he…..he also lost his Mother at a young age" Lucina said back to her mother with a heavy tone, especially with what the young Psychic from Tazmily has went through….
"I see… Robin said back to her as the face of worry made it's return once more…. With Lucina catching onto it as well.
"Mother, Is there something bothering you?" Lucina questioned her mother with a look of worry on her face. "Is it due to Grima?"
"…I'll explain it latter…." Robin said back to her Daughter with a firm tone, Making it clear it's something she wanted to not talk about right now. "I promised."
Knowing it's better to wait for when Robin is willing to speak, Lucina simply gave a nod back to her as she looked back at her with some worry in her eyes, No doubt regarding Robin's worrying looks when she heard what Lucas has went through.
"Ok then Mother." She said back to her as she shock off her doubts for the time being while taking out Pikachu's written Guide and flipping through a section of it.
"Since the Little Lumiose Department story is just a couple of districts away, shall we go there first?" Lucina said back to her mother as she looked into the guide, A map and picture attached to several notes regarding opening time and best deals written on it as well.
"Sure why not, We do need to get Chrom a christmas Present after all…." Robin said back to her daughter as she looked back with a smile. "Even if he's not here with us, A gift form here should make him proud."
"I understand Mother…." Lucina answered back to her mother with a smile. "I been looking for a souvenir for Father and the Mansion's Gift Shop didn't have much variety that he may like…"
"So this may be a good option for him."
"Well then, Let's go." Robin said with a smile as her daughter returned one back to her as well as they headed off to the department store for a gift for Chrom.
Old Smash City, Little Lumiose, Department store 10th floor:
"No, No, No…." Robin said to herself as she and Lucina are currently searching for a good gift in the accessories section of the Fashion floor of the Department store. "Nothing seems to fit Chrom's type here…."
"Any luck on your side Lucina?" Robin questioned her daughter as the sapphire haired heir was browsing through the Necklace and Lockets section, No doubt searching for the prefect gift for her Father.
"Not much Mother…." Lucina answered back to her with a shrug as she looked back at a necklace she's currently holding. "I don't think Father's the type of man whom would wear a necklace…."
"Well he and Lissa aren't whom you associated royal dress and tights with Lucy dear…." Robin said back to her daughter as she browsed through some tiaras and replica crowns. "Though to be fair on them, Emmeryrn was the Exalt before I was recruited into the Sheperds and you're not born back then…"
"I Can understand that….." Lucina said back to her mother as she quickly banished her memories failing to save her older aunt in the hopes of preventing her bad future form happening, Something Robin took noticed of as well when she saw her Daughter's expression.
"I don't think I know much of Father's interests outside of swordfighting either, even when I went back in time to save him and y-" She continued as she then noticed something that spot her eye instantly.
It was a small golden metal locket molded like the Smash Ball, The Symbol of the Smash Tournaments and the trigger for final smashes in the Smash Matches.
"Hey Lucina, What did you find?" Robin questioned her daughter as she approached her while noticing the item she was holding in her hands.
"… It may not be much but I think I found a good gift for Father…." Lucina answered back to her Mother as she looked back at the Locket with a smile. "Once we find a good photo for it, It will be prefect."
"Now that's what I'm about Lucina sweetie!" Robin said back to her daughter with a smile.
"Well I do know that Pit mentioned about using a Camera," Lucina said back to her mother with a smile. "Maybe we can borrow it form him for the photo."
"Sounds good to me…" Robin answered back to her daughter with a smile. "Maybe we can even ask Pit to take the Photo for us."
"Shall we get going Mother?" Lucina questioned her mother as she gave a nod back to her. "Then let's go."
While Lucina and Robin were walking towards the cashier, The former soon caught a glimpse of a Blond haired hom wearing a red Jacket and carrying a Red mechincal looking sword on his back.
'Is that Shulk?' Lucina thought to herself as she noticed the Scientist browsing through some watches, His expression form what she can see was one of focus.
As of lately the Ylissean Princess was developing some feelings for the Blond haired Hom, Something she kept to herself at the moment.
But right now she knew a romance between her isn't possible due to the recent break up between him and his childhood friend Fiora, Whom Lucina has meet during the time She and her Father during a crisis involving other dimensions with something called the Golden Chains.
Likewise the Ylissean Princess was forced with her own Romantic Problems after her Boyfriend Indigo#1 was Killed in battle during an adventure with her Cousin Owain and her best friend Severa in the Mythical Kingdoms of Hoshido and Nohr. Something Lucina felt a sense of Horror and sadness when she learnt about it.
'It's too soon to start another romance with Shulk after what happened to Indigo…." Lucina thought to herself in slight grief as she recalled that while the Son of Olivia may be a massive flirt at times…..
….But he was the one whom helped her realized that she needs to smile every now and then and one of her closest friends of her fellow Orphans of times with Gerome, Cynthia and Severa during the Hellish years they went through together before the trip back in time.
'And Besides, I don't think it's best to Date him if things with him and Fiora are still bad…..' She continued her train of thought about not interfering with one of her new friend's love life. 'Even Indigo won't approve of such an idea….'
"Lucina, Are you ok?" Robin said back to her daughter whom snapped out of her train of thought.
"Oh Sorry Mother…" The Sapphire Haired Princess said back to her Mother. "It's nothing."
While Robin would normally tease her child regarding a potential romance, she knew she has just been coping with the fact Indigo has passed away with their enstrangled relationship means that it's best not to tread said waters about her child.
"That's ok dear," She said back to her daughter with a smile. "Shall we get some Dinner?"
"Oh yes, Mother…." Lucina said back to her mother as she took out the Notebook and flipped to a small restaurant listed there called Blast Burn Grill and Steaks.
"It's a small Restaurant that is fairly cheap for the two of us." She continued as she pointed to the picture stapled into the notebook with recommended meal deals on it. "It's fairly popular for families as well."
"Plus it's located here in this Mall as well"
"Sounds good to be Lucy!" Robin said back to her daughter as a small grin appeared on her face as she did so, "Let's go!"

Old Smash City, Little Lumiose, Department Store, 1st Floor
"Well, Here's the Place," Lucina said back to her Mother as she looked back at the Restaurant up ahead of them. "It's looks quite good to me Mother…. But what do you think about it?"
It was a Medium size restaurant with a Logo of a Charizard blasting a Steak on a grill with it's flames with large red Neon Letters: 'Blast Burn Grill and Steaks' under it.
"It looks Impressive to me…." Robin Said back to her as she looked back at the restaurant ahead of them. "We managed to win a good chunk of battles so we should afford at least more then what Pikachu's Guide recommended us to order."
"No problem Mother… But remember to keep our savings in check." Lucina answered back to her mother with a catious tone. "We may be doing well in matches but we should still practice some caution when spending our funds..."
"Relax Lucy dear, I understand that, I'm not about to go all Severa on the two of us..." Robin answered back to her with a smile. "Let's go."
After a short while of getting Seated and ordering their food, Lucina decided to take this chance to questioned her mother about her worrying faces when parenting is brought up.
"Mother, I know you wanted to avoid this type of question but when you saw Lucas earlier and when I brought up Pikachu, You almost don't want to ask it… Why?" She questioned her mother as she put the Notebook back into her robes.
"I know this trip is supposed to help us get closer….. but you're worrying me about this." She continued with some concern in her voice towards her white haired mother.
"I understand if it's about the Matricide…. But is it about Validar? Are you truly still worried about him like I am?" She ended off with some worry in her mind as well about her Grandfather and the true Monster of the crisis with Grima. "If it is the case, Don't worry, I know how you feel about this…."
Robin then remained quiet for a bit as she then started to tear about a bit, Before tears started to roll down as a few sobs soon rolled down her checks as well, Something Lucina noticed as well.
"I…. I….. I'm sorry Lucina…." Robin choked out to her daughter whom was shocked at seeing her mother in such a state like she was when they finally meet with her mask on. "It's not….It's not Validar I'm worried about….."
"It's whether I'm a good mother to you and Morgan…. Especially with how Grima took control of me in your time…. And the fact you initially backed away from me after what happened with the Matricide incident didn't helped matters as well."
Lucina's face turned to shock as she saw her usually stoic Mother breaking down into tears, Showing that while she's better at keeping a mask up compared to her or her father… It's clear Validar's actions also affected her when he forced her to steal the Emblem.
While she was more or less coping with the fact she was almost one blade away from stabbing her in a desperate attempt to prevent Grima's Return, Robin was suffering from her Link with her Father causing the events made her attempts to prevent Grima's return null and void.
"I know Lucina that you were on the edge with me all this time after that attempt matricide…." Robin continued as her daughter quickly grabbed a nearby napkin for her Mother.
"I know you keep avoiding me out of fear because of the past…. But I wonder if you and Morgan deserved me as a Mother even after I gave into Grima in your timeline… and almost the fate I would have done had not been for both the fact that Argent*** was swapped out and my bonds have spared Chrom from being Killed…." The former Plegian continued as she was unaware of her daughter deciding to sit next to her out of concern. "I made things worse not just for you and Morgan… but the world and the other Sheperds…."
"I was almost tempted to give up trying to make things right with you when you keep avoiding me due to the fears of the attempted matricide until our smash invitations were sent to us….. I know it's not good to keep dwelling on the past bu-"
"Mother, You had nothing to forgive…." Lucina said back to her mother with a confident tone as she helped wiped her tears off much like her Father did with them.
"I can understand that myself….." She continued as she smiled back at her, The Plegian's teary Brown eyes looking back at her future child's indigo blue ones. "During the time before you came back, I was also under that same mindset as well…"
"Not Just from the Matricide attempt… but what happened during both Aunt Emmryrn's Death and my actions….. I was worried everything I did was for nothing, but..."
"How so?" Robin said back to her Daughter with some surprise in her tone.
"Well when I first thought about it, Emmeryn's attempt was the one part I managed to prevent from occurring right?" Lucina answered back to her mother with some slight guilt when mentioning her aunt's name.
"Yes It is…" Robin said back to her daughter….
"But when she scarficed herself to prevent father from giving Gangrel the Emblem… It was my first major mistake…." Lucina continued as she quickly banished her memories of seeing her older aunt die with her parents and younger aunt Lissa. "But then I realized something…"
"How so?" Robin questioned Lucina with some surprise in her tone.
"Had I not interfered with Validar's attempted assassination on aunt Emmeryn, You won't have been able to swap Argent around for a fake…" Lucina said back to her mother with a somewhat smile, half hopping her mother didn't get the wrong idea about it.
"The only reason I didn't learn this sooner was because of the grief I saw when Validar took control of you….. So in a way he may not been aware of this fact…"
"In a way, We made mistakes but we're to fix them soon…. It takes time to realized it." Lucina ended off with a more natural smile to cheer her mother up from her grief. "And I now I said it before, I'm sorry for shunning you away out of that matricide incident…."
"Even after all this time, I'm unsure had the right to call myself your Daughter..." She continued with some doubt starting to creep up in her tone, No doubt the memory of her matricide attempt still lingering in her mind.
Robin then remained slient before looking back to Lucina before giving her a hug.
"Thank you Lucina, For giving me another chance…." She answered back to her daughter. "Even if it wasn't much earlier….. I'm still proud to call you my daughter as well..."
"No Mother, It's me that should be apologizing to you about this….." Lucina answered back to her with a smile as tears also rolled down her eyes as well. "I should have given you give you that second chance sooner…."
"I should have put the past aside earlier before this tournament..."
Robin then looked back at her daughter as their eyes made contact with each other, the latter's Exalt brand present in her eyes as well.
"Lucina, Like your father said, There is nothing to forgive..." Robin said back to her child with a smile. "Sometimes it's better late then never..."
"Like You said, You still played your part in saving your future form Grima, However small it may be..."
"Well, You have a good point there Mother... You're right about this." Lucina answered back to her with a smile upon hearing her Mother's words. "Let's make this occasion worry free for now…..THAT I promised you about at least."
"And after this, we can return to getting Christmas gifts for each other…. As our first Christmas together without War or the past looming over us."

*Yes those were the same robes that Lucina has gotten in Parental Bonds of Smash, It's a replica of Robin's Grandmaster Robes as a way for Lucina to make amands with her since her sacrifice to kill Grima for good.
**This line's More or less a nod to Yojimbra's Butterfly (A Joker X Lucina Story) where Lucina made a nod to her Mother wearing the same robes even during her wedding in that story so I thought I make a tribute to that story as well, It's M rated though

***Correct me on this, But in Blood of Dragons, Robin mentioned she swapped Argent for a fake along with her bonds sparing her from fully killing Chrom, I'm not sure if that's the case in canon but I hope it's the case. (Heck if it is the actual case... That gives Lucina ONE extra point of good over both Expostion bot Azura and 'Mr.Fauther can't be evullllll!' Xander, Trust me, Don't play Fire Emblem Fates... at All if you want to keep your sanity in check)

Yeah, I figure I may Expanded on Robin's side of the Matter (and Lucina wasn't pressuring her mother into answering her question BTW, It's just her being worried about her Mother's behavior when she mentioned she heard about Lucas's Mother death form what she has learnt form Ike.
In some ways, It may be more hurtful for Female Robins whom Married Chrom when they learnt Grima took control of them and ruined their Daughter's Future (Once again, Chrobin helps enchances the story of Awakening, it also gives Lucina some interesting areas to explore her character as well such as the whole FellBlood thing)
Yeah the Locket from the Bonds that Tie us made it's canonical debut here. It's the Christmas gift from Lucina and Robin form this story.
Yeah Pikachu learnt about the whole thing with Lucina from Robin and Samus and figured that form his own parenting experiences, He help Lucina make amends with her mother by going Shopping together like with his own Daughter.
Now for that whole Comment regarding Lucina and why she mentioned the whole made an impact thing (It took her a while to realised it, after the events of Project Zone X2 to be exact):
It's mostly just headcanon and what I have seen form Blood of Dragons (Chapter 64 and 61 to be exact, It did show the Argent in the Emblem during that period was a fake and thus Validar's hold over Robin wasn't as absolute as he thought.) Robin (or Basilio) may not been able to pull the Gemstone swap had Lucina likely not interfered with the Emmeryn assassination attempt by Validar.
It was minor and needs a lot of headcanoning yes, But it shows that unlike Azura from Fates (Whom a lot of people pointed out she her silence (AKA not bringing up Valla to Corrin when they sided with either family) doomed the Birthright/Conquest Routes of Fates), Lucina actually managed to play a role in preventing Chrom's Death by delaying the Emblem from being taken and allow Robin/Basilio to replace the argent gemstone with a fake. Once again, Minor but it shows she managed to help out however little it is. (Sometime's, it's the little things that count in the long run)
This also sees her future romance with Shulk be foreshadowed with Lucina's bond with Fiora (Inspired by Rie Sonomura's Stories btw) being mentioned. It's not much but it's a way to showcase her budding feelings for him as well. (Also Indigo's Death mean Soleil's not a thing in this series like Ash and Sally Acorn so anyone whom hates Female diet coke Indigo/ Laslow will be pleased to hear she's not a thing in the Deluxe-Verse)
