Over the next two days, Jackson and Maggie were both working hard in order to be caught up on their work when they went on vacation. Harriet was spending time between Catherine and Richard's home and with Mer's kids.

Maggie was at the sister house picking up Harriet. She was having coffee with her sisters after they had all had dinner together.

Meredith was reading up on a procedure. She and Amelia were talking about the gifts they had gotten for the men in their life for Christmas.

Amelia had just told Maggie that she had gotten Link season tickets for the Seattle Mariners. Amelia asked, "So what did you get for rich ass Dr. Avery of the Catherine Fox foundation."

Maggie smiled sneakily and Meredith squinted her eyes at her sister. Maggie said, "I can't tell you, but I think I managed to get the perfect gift for the man who has everything. He'll be surprised when he opens his gift on Christmas morning.

Amelia asked, "Where are you all going for Christmas, again?"

Maggie placed her mug on the table. She said, "I don't know. Jackson asked me to trust him. He wants to surprise me and Harriet."

Meredith squinted her eyes. She said, "What if your holiday getaway is to the woods?"

Maggie's eyes grew wide for a second. She shook her head saying, "Jackson isn't stupid. The last time we went to the woods it nearly ended us. He wouldn't risk that again."

Amelia chuckled. She said, "I'm glad you're confident about that. Link and I still clash over my need to verbally vomit when something is wrong and his need to ignore it and talk about rainbows and silver linings."

Maggie sat there considering what Amelia was saying. She shook her head. Jackson wouldn't actually try to take her camping again, would he? They didn't talk for weeks after that incident. Their relationship had almost come crashing to a screeching halt.

Maggie continued to contemplate this as her sister's jokingly chattered around her. She knew that she had to figure out what Dr. Avery had planned.

By the time Maggie made it to the penthouse with a pouty Harriet in tow, Jackson was coming down the stairs dressed for a workout. He noticed his daughter pouting and scooped her up placing kisses all over her cheeks asking, "What's up with the sad face."

Maggie took off her coat answering for Harriet who just snuggled closer into her father's arms, "She's not too happy with me. She wanted to spend the night with Ellis, and she wasn't too happy when I told her not tonight. I'm probably giving her evil stepmother from Cinderella vibes."

Jackson chuckled at his wife's comment. He said, "But you're way too fine to give off those vibes. She's just a tad bit spoiled and no isn't easy to hear. You'll be besties again soon enough."

Jackson put his daughter on her feet, and she took off towards the stairs. Maggie asked, "You going out? I wanted to talk to you?"

"I was going to meet Ben to go for a run, but what's up?" Jackson asked lacing up his shoes.

Maggie looked at the clock on the wall. She asked, "This late? It's almost Harriet's bedtime."

Jackson finished with his shoes and pulled Maggie into his lap as she attempted to walk past him. He nuzzled her neck answering, "He needs to talk. I thought you could handle bedtime. I didn't know you'd be on your evil stepmother today."

Leaning further into Jackson's arms Maggie said, "I know! I don't know what's gotten into me, but I can still handle bedtime if Ben needs you. However, since you are sending me into the warzone you owe me."

Jackson was busy working his fingers into her curls. He said, "Whatever you want is yours. However, if you're about to ask me what I think you're about to ask, I am going to have to tell you no, babe."

Maggie stood from his lap giving him a pout of her own. She said, "Come on Jackson, give me a hint. It'll help me know how to pack."

Maggie had texted him before leaving the sister house to ask him to tell her where they were going. He had left her text on read.

Jackson chuckled as he grabbed his keys. He shook his head saying, "It's Christmas time pack warm."

Maggie playfully glared at his back as she watched him leave. She had a plan for when he returned to get the information out of him.

She took a deep breath and turned towards the stairs, but for now, she had to get her sweet but spoiled child in the bath and ready for bed.

By the time Jackson came back from his run with Ben Maggie was upstairs getting her plan of attack underway. When she heard the front door close she turned on the shower and quickly undressed and stepped in.

Just as she knew he would an excited and very sweaty Jackson entered their bathroom and immediately started stripping so that he could join her.

When Jackson opened the shower door and stepped inside Maggie turned to him with a bright smile. Jackson instantly reached for her and Maggie sidestepped him and turned around so that now he was under the water. She kissed his chest asking, "How was your run? Is everything alright with Ben?"

Jackson threw his head back into the spray of the water as Maggie began leaving a trail of kisses down his torso. He sucked in a deep breath and said, "Uh, I-. Yes. He just needed help with Bailey's Christmas present is all."

When Maggie took his erection in her hands he automatically moaned. As Maggie massaged him, she glanced up and caught his eye. Jackson said, "Maggie Pierce-Avery, what are you up to?"

Maggie gave him the smile that she knew drove him crazy. She used her tongue to circle the head of his swollen tip and asked, "Babe, where are we going for Christmas?"

Jackson's eyes flashed with surprise. He pushed his wet hands into her curls. He said, "Wow, babe you don't play fair."

Maggie batted her lashes up at him. She said, "All you have to do is tell me and I'll-"

Before she could finish her statement Jackson pulled her up and walked her into the shower wall and let his fingers do the teasing.

Maggie moaned as Jackson took over her plan of seduction. By the time the water went cold, they were both completely sated and no information about their upcoming vacation had been spilled.
