Out at Hogwarts Dumbledore was wondering what he should do. He knew that for sure that he needed Harry to come to school this year. He wasn't happy about not having his weapon here last year but there was nothing he could do about that. He had decided to not keep the sorcerer stone at Hogwarts but keep it hidden in his home outside of Hogwarts. Voldemort did show up but when he didn't find the stone, he just killed his host and left the school. Dumbledore knew that he would be back, and he needed the boy under his command. He decided that if he wanted the boy then he couldn't give him a chance to say he wasn't coming. With that thought he called Professor Severus Snape down to his office. If the family tried to tell Snape, no then Severus would show them why he was the reason students feared him.

Severus was relaxing in his room at Hogwarts. Since it was a weekend, and he had the day off from prowling around the halls he was trying to enjoy his freedom from the students and the teachers. Of course, like always when you enjoy something, someone always ruins it. In this case it was Headmaster who wanted to see him. Sighing he floo to the man's office and waited for him to tell him why he was called.

Dumbledore wasn't surprised that Severus came immediately after he sent the letter. He just looked at his teacher and said, "Severus I know you're a busy man but, I need you to go to this address in China and talk to Harry's family and make sure that he comes to Hogwarts this year. I let them keep him back a year for whatever reason they had but they can't hold him back this year and I think that you would be the best one to persuade them to let him come."

Severus sighed he knew that it had to do with the blasted Saint Potter. He knew that Dumbledore wouldn't take no for an answer and said, "Fine, I'll check on your precious boy, but I don't know if I can persuade people into coming to a school that they don't want to attend in the first place."

The next day Dohko, Shiryu, and Mushu were up near the waterfall training well Mushu was training Dohko and Shiryu were arguing. It wasn't normal for the two to argue with each other unless it had to come with the gold Libra cloth. Dohko had wanted to teach an attack that could be beneficial for Shiryu to learn and Shiryu didn't want to learn it which caused the argument. Mushu learned a long time ago to just keep doing what he was supposed to do, or he would also have to deal with whatever punishment Dohko could come up with. The one rule that Dohko had was never complain about the training. It was something that all the gold knights had for their students. Mushu figured that his papa really didn't mind the punishment since he would sometimes argue with Dohko on his training.

Severus woke up to realize that he had to go to China and talk to the family that had been taking care of the Potter brat and make sure that he was ready to come to Hogwarts this coming up school year. Once he got dressed and had his breakfast and two cups of coffee, he was on his way to the end of the school wards to be able to portkey to China.

Once he felt his feet back on the ground from the portkey, he was startled to see a peaceful looking forest in front of him. He sighed as he knew that now he had to walk, and he didn't have a clue in the direction that he had to go. Seeing that there was a path that had rocks placed on the side of each trail was suspicious, but he decided that he would follow the path anyway. He treaded carefully and was fully alert. He was wondering why there was rocks along the side of the trail when there was no running water or hills that you could slide down. He could tell that the rocks were deliberately put there and for a reason.

After a ten-minute walk he noticed a small cottage with a woman hanging laundry out to dry. He decided to get directions to the house and hoped that he wasn't to fall off. As he walked up to her hoping not to scare her, he made his presence known. She turned around and stared at him as she asked, "Are you lost? Can I help you?"
Severus was shocked he had no idea what she was saying since he didn't know Chinese and was cursing Dumbledore out for this. He just hoped that she could speak English or at least understand it. He said, "I'm sorry madam, but I don't know Chinese, but I do need help if you understand me please let me know."

Shunrei sighed one thing she hated was speaking a different language. She preferred her native tongue. She knew English and Japanese because of her husband and son but even they spoke in Chinese mostly unless they were talking to Shiryu's friends and brothers. She replied, "I understand you; how can I help you?"

Severus said, "I'm looking for the family that took in a Mr. Harry Potter. I was told that he lived in these woods but I'm not sure were."

Shunrei looked at the man and realized that he was talking about Mushu. She replied, "Will you found where he lives as I am his adopted mom. He isn't home right now he's out with his father and grandfather. May I ask why you are seeking him out?"

Severus said, "My name is Professor Severus Snape of Hogwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry. I am here to talk to you about him joining Hogwarts come September and were he is supposed to go to get his school supplies. I don't know why the Headmaster is making me do this right now as the school list won't come out until July, but I was asked to come in person to tell you."

Shunrei was starting to really hate this headmaster. They had told the little man from last year that if Mushu wanted he could join this year. Either the Headmaster was just reminding them by sending a teacher or he was pushy and going to force her son to go to this school. She had a funny feeling that it was the latter. She said, "Will if you would follow me, I will take you to them. Just don't be surprised if you don't get a warm welcome, they hate it when someone intrudes on their training."

Severus was surprised by what this woman said. He still didn't know her name, but she did give him a warning that worried him. He now knew that the boy might be able to hold himself in a fight if he was being trained. Did they know that the dark lord wasn't dead and decided to train the boy to defeat him once and for all?

Shunrei finally stopped at the end of the forest and was trying hard not to laugh since Mushu was still trying to create Excalibur which he was starting to get something close to a sword, but it frizzles out after only going about a foot away. He seemed impressed with the attempted. What was making her laugh was her husband who was doing vertical pushups with an old man that looked shorter than any goblin sitting on his feet. Severus was amazed at the giant waterfall that was behind the group. Shiryu stalled in mid push as he looked towards where he could feel his wife's cosmos with a stranger's cosmos as will. Dohko felt the same thing as his ex-student and looked over at them. He jumped off Shiryu's feet so his student could stand right side up. As he landed, he noticed that Shiryu was back on his feet. Dohko looked at his grandson and said, "Mushu, come here we have company."

Mushu heard his grandfather and stopped what he was doing as he walked over to his Papa who was whipping his face with a towel. Mushu said, "Papa, you know you wouldn't be sweating this hard if you just did as grandpa told you to do."

Shiryu looked over at his son and said, "Mushu, just remember I'm still your teacher and your father I can give you the same punishment. Plus, Dohko knew that I would argue with him about the training since it was one that he gave me when I was still a child working on getting the cloth you now wear. He expected me to argue with him since he doesn't have anything better to do then try to find a way to punish me. It's a yearly tradition now."

Mushu just kept smiling as he knew all too well that his Papa was right. There was only one year that Dohko didn't try to argue with Shiryu and it was the year that Shiryu won the gold cloth of Libra. Mushu figured it was because they were forced to fight each other and Dohko had stated that it hurt Shiryu more than anything.

Shiryu noticed that his wife and the stranger was already near them. He knew that Dohko must have directed them over while he was talking to his son. Shunrei grabbed the towel and wrapped it around his shoulders and helping him to sit on a bolder. Shiryu smiled at her as he sat down. Mushu just thought that his parents needed to get a room as he went to sit next to them. He always felt safe when he was next to his Papa. He knew that Shiryu was strong and when it came to his family getting hurt; then he reminded people why he was the bronze knight of the Dragon. Even though he hasn't worn the cloth in four years. Then again, his mom once told him that no matter what Shiryu will always be, part of the dragon cloth or at least he will always be a dragon.

Dohko looked at the young man as he morphed to his younger self and smiled at the now astonished wizard. He said, "Sir, why don't you tell us why you are here as you interrupted our training."

Severus nodded as he said, "As I told this young woman, I am Professor Severus Snape. I am here to talk to the guardians of Mr. Harry Potter…"

Mushu interrupted, "The name is Mushu not Harry Potter."

Severus narrowed his eyes and said, "As I was saying when I was rudely interrupted, "I am here to talk to the guardians of the young one over there."

Shiryu said, "Well, I am Mushu's adopted father Shiryu, this is my wife Shunrei, and the man that is lying next to the tree on the ground is Dohko, and of course we have Mushu."

Severus now knew two things one that Dumbledore was never going to get the young man under control and two that he was going to kill Dumbledore for giving him this assignment.

Severus replied, "Well as I stated before my name is Severus Snape and I teach potions at Hogwarts as for coming to meet you is that the Headmaster Albus Dumbledore wants to make sure that Mr. Potter will be attending Hogwarts this September and if so, I can take you to Diagon Alley to show you around before you get your school list in July."

Dohko and Shiryu both narrowed their eyes as they understood what this man was telling them. They could tell that it wasn't a request this man was ordered to make sure Mushu would be going to Hogwarts and they weren't going to stay quiet on the matter.

Shunrei replied, "Mr. Snape, one my son's name is Mushu and I doubt that he would answer to his real name. He never went by it. When he came to us, he didn't even know his name and in the seven years that he has lived with us he has always gone by the name Mushu. Please use it. Second, this Albus Dumbledore has told you to bring us to a place not in our homeland without a letter or an explanation on why my son must go to Hogwarts. I could have come up with the idea to home school him or let him go to a wizardry school here in China. He does happen to know Chinese, and this is his home. My husband and I have legally adopted him in both the muggle world and the Wizardry world. Third why would you show us a place to get our supplies if you don't have a school list now it's pointless."

Severus knew that the woman had a point and sighed. Severus said, "Look I understand your position. Dumbledore wasn't happy to not have Mushu at Hogwarts last year. He refuses to not have your son at Hogwarts again. I don't know his reason for this I am just following orders."

Dohko said, "We told that one Professor last year that Mushu would join this coming up year if he so wanted to. Mushu has expressed that he wished and since he was able to complete his training, he is able to go as he pleases. All I ask is that he has a place to practice while he is at the school. I would be most unpleased if he becomes rusty and all our training was wasted. We live in a place that what he has learn so far could be a matter of life or death."

Severus replied, "I understand your concern and I will try to find a place that he could train undisturbed. If you want, I can take you to Diagon Alley now if you want so you will know your way around before you get your school list or you could wait until July and I will personally come to show you the way."

Shiryu was quiet as he tried to think of what to do. He knew that either way they would have to go to England to get his supplies. The problem was that they had nowhere to stay over there unless Athena was going to be nice and let us stay in his father's home. Which happen to be owned, by her since his father had left everything to his adoptive granddaughter. He still had a problem with that little memo. He really wished that he could give his father a piece of his mind.

Mushu decided to let the adults figure out what to do. He didn't care when he went just that he would get to see someplace new. As he felt a breeze go by him and a few strands of hair fly in his face he decided to fix his hair. He took out the low ponytail and was trying to get his hair to put it back up. Severus who was watching the young teen he noticed that he didn't have the scar on his forehead and wondered when it disappeared.

Mushu noticed the look and said, "If you are looking for the scar then you won't find it. Around four years ago it disappeared, and no one knows why. I'm thankful for it not being there as it was a reminder of my birth parents not being with me anymore."

Severus nodded he understood what the young one meant. He believed that no one should have to remember that sad night.

Shiryu replied, "We will wait until we get the supply list as we don't have a place to stay. I would rather have a place to stay until we can figure out if we will stay in England or return to China after Mushu goes off to school."

Severus nodded and said, "I understand I will bring Mushu his letter and meet up with you in July or early August."

Mushu said, "Thank you for all your help."

Severus got up and started to leave as he thought maybe the Potter child won't be so bad after all. From the little interaction he had with the boy he didn't seem like he was anything like his birth father. He could tell that he was intelligent like his mother or more than his mother. He was also just as brave as his birth parents. The only thing was how did he change so much that he resembled his adoptive parents. He just couldn't figure that out. Plus, something was up with Mushu's adoptive father. The man was more attuned to his presence even when Shunrei and he were in the bushes. Even he wouldn't have realized that someone was there until it was too late. Something was defiantly up.

Once the family of four made it back to the house after they were sure that Severus had left them. Shiryu went to the phone and dialed the number to get a hold of Sasori. They had set up a phone line to her at sanctuary so that if they needed her for any reason and they weren't at Sanctuary or couldn't get to Sanctuary they could reach her. When he got through to her, he said, "Sasori-san I need a favor. Did my father have any homes in England and if so, can my family and I live in it for at least the summer or longer. If not, then I can start looking for other arrangements."

Sasori thought and said, "I'm not sure Shiryu, call Tatsumi he would be able to look up in all the records and see if he did have one, I do not see a problem with you staying in it."

Shiryu replied, "Thank you Sasori."

As they hung up, he quickly called Tatsumi. When Tatsumi picked up Shiryu quickly told Tatsumi the issue. Tatsumi told him that he would investigate it and get back to him in a few days depending on how long it took to find the file.

Tatsumi sighed as he knew that it would take him days to find the files since his master was one of the worst people when it came to be organized paperwork unless it was on the cloth. He had no care for anything but the cloths and how the boys were progressing in their daily training at the manor. He sighed as he went to the storage room to see if he can find the proper paperwork.

Out in England at Hogwarts Severus was making his way up to Dumbledore's office. He wasn't sure if he should give the headmaster a warning about Mushu or his father. He finally decided that the old man could find out on his own. As he knocked on the door he waited until Dumbledore gave him the clearance to enter. Once he did, he quickly declined the lemon drop and tea before the old man could offer. Severus sat down and said, "The boy will be coming to Hogwarts this year. His parents decided that they would come when the school supply list came out. I must tell you though his name is Mushu, and he doesn't look like the baby you remember. He is completely different if I didn't hear the description from Flitwick, I would never have believed it was Potter. He doesn't look like his father anymore."

Dumbledore nodded as he dismissed Severus and plotted on how to get the boy away from his adoptive parents there had to be a way.

Shiryu told his family the sad truth. Dohko was smirking by the end of it since he knew that one thing Shiryu's father wasn't it was organized. He made sure that he taught Shiryu that skill himself. Thankfully, the other members were just as organized. With that Shunrei went to go make dinner which was some type of vegetable soup and chicken. Dohko was talking to Shiryu about how to protect the Libra temple even if he wasn't in it. Mushu was just meditating hoping that the cosmos would tell him where he was going wrong with the Excalibur move.

Days passed and Mushu was still working on the attack he was getting better since now he was getting the form of a sword blade it was just dull. Shiryu was starting to get worried since he hadn't gotten any word back from Tatsumi and it was now mid-June. Dohko was trying to keep Shiryu busy by training him which worked for a short amount of time. Shunrei was doing the household chores when the phone rang. She grabbed the phone on the second ring. Picking it up she heard Tatsumi's voice on the other end. He told her that the only house in England that Shiryu's father owned was number 4 Privet Drive, Little Whining, Surrey, England. He then said, "The only problem is that a family still lives there still. They haven't paid rent since Shiryu's father died when Shiryu was nine years old. Athena didn't know about any of his properties and when she was old enough, she just figured that since the rent wasn't being paid that they all left when they found out that he died."

Shunrei replied, "Tatsumi keep calm. We aren't leaving England until the end of July or beginning of August. My guess is the beginning of August, write a letter of evection. They have 30 days to leave the house. The reason for years of not paying rent. Make sure that you bring police with you since they will fight you on this since we didn't file it sooner."

Tatsumi nodded and said, "I'll go to England today to work on it. Till Shiryu what is going on and that I will talk to him in a few day times."

Shunrei agreed as she hung up and went to go and find her boys. As she walked to the waterfall, she felt like this was the clam before the storm and she wasn't sure she wanted to see what this storm would bring. She had heard of Hogwarts and technically it wasn't the best school of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Ever since Dumbledore came into office and stopped half of the classes. Hogwarts was one of the worst schools to go to. On the other hand, Ilvermorny in the United States was the top school to get into. She finally saw her boys all sitting near a tree as she walked toward them. Shiryu noticing his wife getting closer to him quickly grabbed her and had her sitting in his lap before she knew what had happened. Mushu just rolled his eyes sometimes he wondered if his parents were still teenagers.

Shunrei told them what Tatsumi had told her and Shiryu nodded as he knew that it was the best course of action, he would have rather just kicked them out without the thirty-day warning but knew that they had to abide to the law this time. Shunrei said, "Well while we wait why don't we go to Hide away alley and at least get Mushu his wand."

Mushu nodded as he looked at his grandpa with pleading eyes seeing as it wouldn't work on his father. It annoyed Mushu that pleading had no effect on his father. It was if his father knew that he was about to plead about doing something he had no interest in doing and it fell on death ears. Shiryu would just make him do it anyway if it didn't risk his safety. That only almost happened once. Shiryu really didn't realize that a six-year-old couldn't break a rock with his bare hands on the first time using the cosmos. Thankfully Dohko was there to stop him before anything could happen.

Dohko looked at his grandson and nodded since they should have done it last year, but the adults believed that since Mushu wasn't starting school that the wand could wait. They walked down the mountain will Mushu mainly ran down wanting to get there quickly even thou he hated shopping. His mom always wanted him to either try something on or help her hold the bags. He rather train, than go shopping, but since his dad suffered with him most of the time he quietly complied.

As the family finally got to Hide away Alley, Mushu was surprise to see how busy it really was. The last time he was here was when he was five and it didn't seem so busy. His mom never really went into the Wizardry World. If she had to go shopping it was in the muggle world and even, then it wasn't often she enjoyed living off the land just like his dad. He knew that his dad made money by helping some of the farmers in the village near them. It wasn't much but it was enough for them to get clothes and other basic items.

Shunrei quickly guided everyone towards the bank and got out enough money for a few items that she was sure her son would need along with the wand. She knew her son would want to go to the bookstore. It was one of his favorite places and the easiest way to get him to go shopping was to bribe him with books. It always worked on her son. Now only if she could find a way to bribe her husband and father then life would be peaceful. As they walked out, they quickly went to the store wands and lore. Shiryu didn't really care for the wizardry world he felt like he didn't belong there. He had talked to the goblins when he had turned fifteen and the goblins pretty much told him that because of his training to be a knight he was a wizard, but he didn't focus it like other wizards did. He was stronger because he could use his powers wandless and wordlessly, but he was at a disadvantage because he wasn't train on the other spells that other wizards learned. He only focused on what his cosmos wanted him to use and that was it. Shiryu didn't mind that since he liked what the cosmos could teach him since it was what made him well him.

They walked into the store and waited for the owner to come out. The owner was a middle age woman who Shiryu had saved once when he was training to be a knight. She was a teen back then and always remembered the brave ten-year-old that had saved her. They met again a little after she had opened the shop and he had just married Shunrei. They had become great friends. He even made friends with her husband. When she came out, she smiled and greeted them. She looked at Mushu and said, "Mushu, I thought that I would have seen you last year, but you never came for your wand."

Mushu replied, "I know Aunt Cindy, Mom and papa wanted me to wait until I officially decided to start school which is this year. They didn't want me to overwhelm to use it without proper tutoring."

Cindy nodded she could understand where his parents were coming from after all they were training him to protect himself and with a wand in hands of a child not being taught yet was dangerous. She looked at Mushu and said, "You know what to do go for it."

Mushu walked over to the wands and put his hand out over them. He focused on the cosmos or magic whichever one you wanted to call it. He moved his hand over each wood and didn't feel a connection with any of them until he came to vine and beech. He went to the cores next and found that his was a dragon heartstring. Cindy smiled at the young boy and quickly measured his arm and hand. She quickly went to work as Mushu, and his family watched her. Cindy loved letting her customers see her work. She noticed that her customers always took better care of her wands than anybody else. She didn't like how the British people did wands as her belief was that to truly match up a wand to their master was by custom made not premade.

After an hour of work Cindy handed Mushu his 9-inch wand with a smile as he flicked it and green glitter came out in the form of a dragon. Every one of them had a smile on their face as they saw how powerful that wand truly was. Cindy also let them have it for free telling Mushu that it was an early birthday gift. They only paid for a wand holster and a wand care package.

As they drove home Mushu was grateful that he was able to see Cindy and that he was able to get one of her custom wands. He had seen his moms first wand and they all agreed that it was okay but not the best when Cindy open the shop and they decided that she should try a custom wand it was way better, and she ditched her first wand for the better preforming one. Once they got home Dohko smirked as he saw that his grandson was fast asleep using his father's lap as a pillow. Shiryu was running his fingers threw his son's hair. When Shunrei opened the door for her husband, Shiryu got up then grabbed his sleeping son. There was no reason to wake him up when it was dark out already. He couldn't believe how much time it took to do some shopping when they had to go into town. Dohko smiled as the small family walked into the house.

When July finally hit them Shiryu had an idea that would be beneficial for Mushu. He had a hard time with this task, but he believed that his son would master this task better than he did. When Mushu came over Shiryu said, "Son, I'm going to teach you how to fight if you lose your vision. I had to learn this lesson the hard way and I almost lost your mother and my life because of it. I don't want you to have that same problem."

Mushu nodded he knew that his papa wanted him to have every advantage that he could get. He still wasn't where he wanted to be with Excalibur, but his papa told him that it takes time. He understood that his papa wanted him to be better prepared, but what had his papa so worried that he would be this overly cautious. When he was younger his papa took months working with him to get a movement right or to get a stance down to where, he knew how to do it instinctively. His papa sensed something bad was coming it had to be the reason behind his papa's weird behavior.

Shiryu knew that his son was worried about his behavior, but he wasn't going to kid himself. The cosmos had told him to teach his son to fight if he couldn't see and one thing he knew was if the cosmos is telling you something then you do it. He knew that Mushu would learn this lesson quicker than he did since the Dragon cloth was used to him fighting this way even if most of the time, he didn't wear the cloth. It was the most useful things about his cloth. The cloth had other secreted but Shiryu wasn't about to tell that to Mushu it would ruin the fun.
