After another hour they were waiting for Mushu to arrive McGonagall already sent the letter to the Grangers with one of the school owls. When Mushu arrived, he looked at his papa and said, "You're taking me out of school aren't you?"

Shiryu replied, "Yes son, Hermione is coming too. I couldn't get Dumbledore to agree to let you train and I already told you I will not allow you to get rusty. Now I know that both you and Hermione are worried about the students but that isn't your job to protect them from the basilisk. Protecting Athena is your job and even she doesn't like how these magical people aren't looking after their younglings. I want you to go and pack what needs to pack and come back here."

Mushu sadly looked at his papa and said, "Yes papa."

As Mushu was going to the Ravenclaw tower or the Raven's nest as the Ravenclaw students call it. He happened to see Ginny Weasley acting strangely since she was walking when he normally always sees her skipping or running. He decided to follow her and see where she was going. He hoped that his dad didn't get to pissed with him. As he saw her go into the female bathroom, he knew that it was the one that no one ever went into and he was right as he saw her go to the sinks and watch it turn into a tunnel slide. Once he was sure that Ginny was at the bottom, he quickly jumped in just to see the opening close. He finished the slide by skidding against the ground surrounded by bones. He saw the shadow of Ginny and followed her but keeping his distance. He was shocked when she went into the middle in one room and just dropped. He ran over to her and was shocked by how cold she was turning. He noticed the book near her and saw that it was blank and thought that was strange.

Suddenly he heard a male's laugh and noticed which room it was coming from. The male looked like he should be in sixth year, but he was sure that he never seen him before. The male said, "Hello, I'm taking a guess that you are Mushu. Ginny here talked a lot about you how she fell for you even thou you don't notice her. How she wishes that she could run with you and your friends in the morning."

Mushu just said, "I don't care about what she thinks I want to know who you are. I know that you don't go to this school at least in this timeline."

The man laughed and said, "She did mention your smart and your robe does show that you are a Ravenclaw that explains a lot. I did happen to go to school a long time ago in fact it was probably 50 years ago."

Mushu said, "Will why do you need Ginny she didn't do anything to you."

The man said, "Ahh, that is where your wrong see I am just a shade so to speak and, in a few minutes, Ginny will die as she is giving me her life energy. Once that is done, I will be fulling living once again and finish what I started. Though I was surprise that she never wrote about Harry Potter like I thought she would. I mean what girl wouldn't fall for the boy who defeated Voldemort.

Mushu asked, "How would you know that name he was after your time?"

The man chuckled as he picked up Ginny's wand and wrote the words Tom Marvolo Riddle appeared then he rearranged the words to spell out I am Lord Voldemort."

Mushu stiffen a little and said, "I see you, anagram your name to something to cause fear among the masses. You must haven't heard Harry Potter doesn't exist anymore and he doesn't care about a war that he was just a baby since you didn't even manage to kill his parents. Have fun while it last but I have to stop you now and save Ginny."

Voldemort said, "I don't care what you say I will not let the girl go and revert back to that diary."

Suddenly he turned back to the statue and spoke something that Mushu didn't understand but saw the statue mouth open and knew that he had to be careful it must be the snake that his papa was talking about. He knew that if you look into their eyes you would die. He tore off a strip of his robes and tied it around his eyes. Now he was glad that his dad taught him how to fight blind since he couldn't look but then again, he could feel the snake's cosmos it was gigantic and bright. He decided to run while he tried to come up with a plan to defeat the snake. As he was running, he thought damn it why didn't, I call on my cloth it would have been helpful. As he kept running, he heard a squat of a bird and something falling on his head. He finally got an idea and prayed that it works; if not it wouldn't only be Ginny who died in this chamber. He turned around and got into position gathering his cosmos in his right arm and swung his arm as quickly as he could just as the snake was about to strike him. He felt the fang dig into his arm while he heard Voldemort scream as the snake died. Mushu pulled off his strip of his robe and moved over to Ginny where the diary was. Without giving Voldemort a chance to do anything he tug the tooth out of his arm and started to stab the diary and watch Voldemort disappear and Ginny start to breathe again.

Flawks seeing the boy die and flew towards him and cried a few tears on the wound neutralizing the poison and healing the wound. He smiled at the bird and said, "Thank you for saving me but do you think you can take me, and Ginny back up I don't have the energy to walk or climb at all."

Flawks squawk as he swiped his tail feathers in front of his face. He smiled as he grabbed Ginny and the diary as he grabbed the tail feather and watched as Flawks flew off and got his guest in front of not only Dumbledore but also Shiryu who wasn't happy in the least. Dumbledore asked, "My boy, what happened?"

Mushu told his story opting out that he used Excalibur to kill the snake, at the end Shiryu sighed and said, "Son, we will talk about this with your mom and grandfather. Trust me your punishment will be severe. As much as you did exactly what any saint would do you should have sent me a message with your cosmos. Now tell me how you killed the snake I don't believe you used your wand to kill the snake."

Mushu replied, "Remind me to thank Shura for teaching me the sharp wand trick."

Shiryu caught on and noticed why his son worded that way since Dumbledore was trying to listen in. He said, "Son, I want you to go to the hospital wing and tell the healer that you fought a basilisk. I will be there in a few minutes; Hermione should already be there."

Mushu nodded as he limped out as his cosmos was close to zero.

Shiryu looked at the headmaster and said, "I am not happy with you, but if I were you, I would be calling the poor girl's parents and letting them know that she is safe and let them come and see her. Now I have two children that I need to get home and taken care of before my wife has my head. With that Shiryu left to make sure his son was indeed in the hospital as he went to go find Luna and ask her to pack Mushu's trunk for him.

He found Luna in the next hall and asked her to pack his son's trunk and to bring it to the hospital wing. She quickly agreed as she went back to the Raven's nest and asked one of the boys to help her. Shiryu walked toward the hospital wing by following his son's cosmos. He was trying to figure out how to tell his wife what their son did. He knew that she was going to kill not only Mushu but himself as well. He never had to deal with that side of her since he came back from hell when he went after Hades.

Mushu knew that he was in trouble his papa never that direct with him. His papa normally would just tell him not to do something and that was that, but to order him to go to the hospital wing and wait for him to get there. As he got there, he saw Hermione sitting next to a bed that held Ginny. He sat on an empty bed and told Madame Pomfrey everything that happened. She looked at him in shock and quickly checked him and was glad to see that no poison was in his system, she told him to lay down and try to get some rest as his magical core was low.

Hermione watched as Mushu was told to rest and she had a funny feeling that she might be staying for one more night. She remembered when she came back down to McGonagall's office and was told to go and wait at the hospital wing for Shiryu and Mushu. She had done that and Shiryu explained that Mushu followed a student into the chamber trying to save her. He was going to Dumbledore to tell him off and try to get answers. She knew that it was bad when she saw Ginny, she was shocked and really didn't want to leave the girl's side.

She noticed when Shiryu and Mrs. and Mr. Weasley came walking in. She had met them last year at the end of the year and allowed Mrs. Weasley to sit in the chair that she had previously sat in. She sat on the bed that held a sleeping Mushu. She noticed Shiryu come over and sighed. Hermione said, "Madame Pomfrey just told him to rest as his magical core was low."

Shiryu said, "I'm going to talk to Pomfrey and see if I can take Mushu out tonight but if not you're sleeping in here as well so we can leave first thing in the morning."

Hermione nodded as she looked at Mushu and laid down next to him, she just needed to feel someone close to her with everything that had happened.

Shiryu knocked on the office door and saw Pomfrey open it up. She allowed him in and let him sit down. She asked, "What can I do for you?"

Shiryu replied, "I am Mushu's adoptive father and Hermione's guardian. I want to know when I can take my son home with me. He isn't staying in this school any longer than necessary. The same is going for Hermione."

Pomfrey replied, "The only thing wrong that I can find is his magical core being extremely low but everything else is fine. All he really needs is some rest but if you want to leave now then all I ask is that you take him while he is sleeping if you think he will react well."

Shiryu sighed he knew that Mushu would react badly the last time they had moved him Shiryu had to grab his son because he thought that he was kidnapped even though they were still at Sanctuary.

He said, "I will leave after Mushu wakes up tomorrow morning even though I rather be gone tonight."
Pomfrey asked, "What did Albus do to get on your hate list?"

Shiryu replied, "He broke a promise to not only my wife but also to me and my adoptive father."

Pomfrey nodded as she could see where breaking a promise could get anyone on someone's hate list.

Seeing the nod Shiryu said, "I told both Flitwick and Snape that if my son was to come to school then he needed a place to train in his self-defense as were we live then he needs to keep sharp. Both agreed and neither of them have come through or has Dumbledore who has told me that it was prohibited even though before he was headmaster, they had dueling in both magical and muggle."

Poppy sighed she knew that to be true as her parents had told her about the clubs and classes, they got to take but sadly she couldn't take part of. She replied, "I understand and since Mushu should sleep all night you and Hermione can take up beds here, so it's not rushes to find everyone."

Shiryu replied, "I appreciate it Poppy."

He was glad that when Mushu disappeared he had given his brother Ikki a heads up on what was going on and that they had to do it a different day. Ikki had told him that he would let Saga and Kanon know that there was a change of plans. He walked out of the office to see that Luna was now sitting next to Hermione watching over a sleeping Mushu.

Shiryu said, "Miss Luna, thank you for bring Mushu his trunk. Please come by around 8am and you can properly say goodbye for now. We will have to find a way for you three to meet up during the summer as these two won't be coming back to Hogwarts next year."

Luna nodded and said, "I will pass it on to Neville as well. Hopefully, Neville will be able to keep his grades up since Hermione won't be able to reread his work."

Hermione sighed as she said, "I already told him my decision and have found him a tutor that can help him. I'm sure that Daphne will be able to help him even though they are in rival houses."

Shiryu smiled at the two girls who would have never become friends if it weren't for his son's unusual way of being able to understand people.

As he sat there looking at his son sleep, he felt a presences coming closer to him and looked behind him seeing a plump red hair woman walking towards him.

She noticed him looking at her and said, "I wanted to see if your son was up so I can thank him for saving my daughter."

Shiryu replied, "He isn't awake, and he only did what my father-in-law and I have taught him to do. I knew I should have forbidden him coming here, but no I had to remember I had no choice to make my decisions as a child and early teen life. If I had told him no, he wouldn't be in this condition now."

Molly looked at the man and said, "If your son wasn't here, I wouldn't have my daughter right now. I am gratefully that this boy saved my only daughter, and she owes him his life."

Shiryu said, "He has a heart of gold. I just wished that the Potter's would notice that he wouldn't be the child that they would have raised but it is their son that they can be proud of. Now the two have lost it all."

Molly smiled and asked, "What are you talking about? The Potter's have been dead for eleven years."

Shiryu looked up and said, "Sorry, I forgot I wasn't alone. I saved the Potter's from Dumbledore earlier this summer. After an incident with a ritual with the goblins the Potter's got to visit Mushu who is really Harry Potter. Let's just say the Potter's aren't fond of how me and my wife raised Mushu."

Molly nodded and said, "Look at it this way, you raised a boy that put his life in jeopardy to save a girl he didn't even know. Not many people could say that about their child. I had happened to know the Potter's from before the fall of the dark lord and I sadly believe that if they raised their son, he wouldn't have turned out like he did. You did well as his parents. Plus, if he doesn't want anything to do with the Potter's he doesn't have to."

Shiryu nodded as he watches her go back to her husband and sleeping daughter. He noticed Hermione watching him and quietly told her to get some sleep. He wasn't tired now and thought that he won't get any sleep until they were out of Hogwarts, he didn't trust Dumbledore.

The Potter's were sitting at their home at Potter Manor and were wondering why they hadn't received any letters from their son. Lilly felt hurt that their son never written them even though she had sent letters to him. James just kept telling her that he was probably busy causing mischief and mayhem to write back. Lilly sighed as she looked at the calendar and thought maybe she should offer to have her son home for the easter break that would give them two weeks to get to know their son better.

The next morning Mushu woke up at seven in the morning and noticed his papa meditating. He knew that his papa must have stayed up all night due to not trusting where he was. He had only experienced it once when he was younger, and they had gone out camping as a family. Mushu just decided to sit in bed patiently knowing that his papa already knew he was up. He wondered what his punishment was going to be. It was already clear that he wasn't returning to school which he didn't mind he didn't like it here and he didn't feel like he fitted in with the rest of the people here.

About five minutes later Shiryu said, "Son, we will be leaving around 8am since Luna wanted to say goodbye to both you and Hermione. I will find time this summer to make sure that she and Neville can come over and visit with you and Hermione this year."

Mushu nodded and said, "Papa, what about the Potter's do they even know that you are taking me out of Hogwarts?"
Shiryu smirked and said, "Of course they don't know what I am doing. After everything I have been told about them and what I had witnessed the first day after we rescued them, I refuse to deal with them. Shunrei won't even talk about them seeing as they only want you to act a certain way that maybe the way you were if you weren't raised by us. Of course, if you still want to see them, we will allow you to spend time we just want to limit our exposure to them."

Mushu replied, "No, I'm fine without seeing them. I agree that they try to get me to do pranks or try to make me play. I am fine with just training and talking around the table at mealtime. I love what I have in China, but the Potter's want me in their custody and will try to get it."

Shiryu replied, "They can try all they want Mushu, but both me and your mother had legally adopted you in both the muggle world and magical world. We also have all the saint's apprenticeship which the magical world must hereby, or they could cause a war with Athena and her saints. We have all of our bases covered."

Mushu smiled as his papa went toward Hermione who was still sleeping and was trying to figure out a way to wake her up without giving the poor girl a heart attack. He decided to just try to shake her awake will have to work. When he noticed that Hermione was opening her eyes, he stopped shaking her. She sat up and stretched her arms as she yawned. Mushu smiled at his best friend who was going with him to live with him.

Shiryu had Poppy check Mushu one more time and was told that he had a clean bill of health. Shiryu wasn't so sure about that and decided that he could always get a healer from sanctuary to check on his son when they got back home. Luna came in with Neville and all the kids gave their goodbyes. Shiryu just gave Luna and Neville a pat on the shoulder as he passed them. As they were leaving Shiryu whispered, "Don't worry you two, Shunrei is making breakfast for us. I let Dohko know everything and Shunrei pretty much told Dohko that we were to come home for breakfast."

Mushu asked, "Papa, how much trouble am I in?"

Shiryu replied, "Not as much as your probably thinking. Dohko pretty much saved your hide from Shunrei. He reminded me that I pretty much did the same thing when I was fifteen and went to go with Athena to Sanctuary while I was still blind. Of course, I pretty much only went because I wanted to fight Deathmask one more time. So, your mom forced me to punish you in the same way that Dohko did after our fight with Poseidon, which is that you are going to be working on how to keep your head before or after you enter a battle and need to let someone know through the cosmos. I know that you know how to, but you could have easily called me, and I would have been there immediately."

Mushu nodded as he was mentally hitting himself for not thinking about calling his dad with the cosmos.

As they left the school they didn't know if they would ever go back or not but they did understand that they would eventually have to come back to England when Voldemort would rise. Shiryu really didn't care about Voldemort as he was more worried about the now with the headmaster, he had not only given him a tongue lashing about the danger he put his son in but so did half of the Hogwarts staff.

Mushu and Hermione both turned one last time to see the school that they were now leaving as Shiryu grabbed both by the shoulder and teleported them to the front door of his house in China. Mushu opened the door as they could smell the food cooking from the open window. As the three walked in Dohko looked up from the table and smiled as he saw the three people walking in.

He said, "Mushu, Hermione welcome back I hear that you two had an interesting year at Hogwarts this year."

Hermione replied, "I think Mushu had more of an interesting time then me seeing as he was the one that went into the chamber of secrets and saved Ginny Weasley life."

Shiryu just went toward his wife and gave her a hug and swipe a piece of bacon which he wasn't successful as she slapped his hand to make him drop the piece of bacon he had grabbed. She smiled as him with the look of try that again and I will hit you again.

Shiryu sat down next to his master as the two children told him about the school. All three adults listened to the two speak about their experience. Shunrei was confused when Hermione told them that the headmaster kept talking about school unity when the children are sorted into four different houses and two of the houses have a bad rivalry. She could see if the school separate it by year but to do it by year and different houses was not going to help children make friends in their age group.

She said, "If that headmaster of yours wanted true school unity then he should separate the classes by years so that you can make friends no matter what since you are one group and then you split it for classes, but you still share a common area and sleeping quarters. This way they can't say their house is better than yours. That is basically how most schools even in the muggle world works."

Shunrei looked at her husband to agree with her, but he just said, "Don't look at me love, I never went to a public school I was homeschooled just like Mushu was up until now."

Shunrei sighed as she brought the food over to the table. She knew that her husband still was pissed with how his father had them raised. She had pleaded with him for months to get his high school diploma and with the help of Dohko and Tatsumi. Shiryu almost told them no when they told him that Tatsumi was also going to teach him but didn't as Shunrei had threatened to call Athena. He grudgingly agreed to at least showed up. He did graduate and was glad since he did get his degree along with Ban and Jabbu. The other saints didn't go for their high school degree as they pretty much stated that they were saints why would they need a high school degree for.

After breakfast Dohko told the children that for the day they would settle in and they would pick up their training tomorrow morning. Hermione and Mushu nodded as they went to their rooms so they could unpack. Shiryu smiled and told his wife he would be back in a few hours he needed to talk to a few knights and get a healer here to give both Mushu and Hermione a physical as he doesn't trust the healer at their old school.

Shiryu made it to sanctuary and quickly went to Saga and Kanon who told him that they would try to help this weekend and will let Ikki know the new date. Shiryu told him that he would tell his brother since he had to go see Athena anyways and let her know what is going on. Saga nodded as he knew that the younger knight was never here just to relax. He was starting to wonder if any of Seiya's group knew how to relax they were always training or running around with a list of things that need to be done. He also knew that Shiryu was busy with trying to keep an eye on his temple and raising his family.

Shiryu quickly told Ikki the plan then did a quick check on his temple which he pretty much thought come on Seiya and Shun we need another party and you two are the only ones left. He finally made it to Pope Shion and Athena. As the three sat as Shiryu told the two leader's what happen at the school and if he could borrow a healer to check on the two children. Athena was more than happy to let him borrow a healer seeing as she had a soft spot for her knights even if Shiryu and his brothers more than the others.

As he was able to leave and get the healer, he teleported the healer to his home and showed her the two children that he wanted a full physical done on. The healer smiled at her two young patients and said, "Mushu, your first as I know your medical history as I am your normal healer."

Mushu sighed as he sat on the bed with his shirt off knowing that she would win and didn't want to cause a scene knowing what would happen if he did. The last time he did he was six years old and his mom grounded him to his room until dinner time. He was told if he ever did that again then not only would he be grounded but he also wouldn't be able to train for a certain amount of time. Let's just say he never through a fit when the healer came.

After checking the two children the healer went to Shunrei and Shiryu and said, "Both children are fine and healthy I am actually surprise after hearing Mushu say that he was bitten by a Basilisk which is the poisonous snake in the magical world and saved by Phoenix tears. Both are rare to find or even seen."

Shiryu asked, "By your expertise would it be okay for us to pick up his training tomorrow or should wait? We already know that if it were me, I would not care and go back to training the first chance I got."

The healer glared because she knew how right he was about that statement, but said, "I don't see why he can't train. I would like him to go easy for the week and then he should be fine if anything seems off with him get me immediately. I will be back at the end of the week to check on him. Also, Shiryu remember your physical is due next month."

Shiryu nodded as he knew that she would have reminded him, and he was just going to have her due it when she came back at the end of the week. He hated going to the healers so why hold off when she was coming to them, otherwise he was sure that Athena would send Shina to drag his ass to get the physical done. It wouldn't be the first time that it had happened thou it's normally Seiya that she is dragging to the healer
